About: I’ve been caring for dogs through walking and pet sitting since 2024, helping neighbors, friends, and family with everything from daily walks to overnight care. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and personalities and always make sure they feel safe, exercised, and well cared for. In addition to pet care, I’ve been babysitting for about 5 years, which has made me very responsible, patient, and reliable. I’m used to being trusted in others’ homes and keeping a consistent routine. I treat every pet like my own and always make sure to provide updates and photos so you feel confident while you’re away. I have a very flexible schedule this summer, which allows me to give your pet lots of attention and care throughout the day. I’m available for walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting on both weekdays and weekends. I can adjust to your pet’s routine and make sure they get the time, exercise, and consistency they’re used to. I always prioritize safety, trust, and making pets feel comfortable in their environment. I carefully follow any instructions you provide, including feeding schedules, walking routines, and any special needs. I’m respectful of your home and make sure everything is kept clean and secure. I also provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident and at ease while you’re away.
“Danielle was amazing! She took such good care of Lola, communicating with us everyday and sending us pictures. We felt very comfortable having her in our home and will absolutely be having her sit for us again!”

“Lisa took great care of my 3 dogs (including 1 puppy) while I was gone. Additionally, tidied up (puppy, remember??!!!) so I didn't have "chores" to address when I returned home.”

About: Caring for animals (both young and young at heart) isn’t just something I do — it’s who I am. I grew up in a house that was basically a zoo, and that never stopped. My whole life I’ve been the person who chases down a loose dog to find its owner, takes in strays, and stops on the side of the road for an animal in need. I have professional experience in dog daycare and kennel work, but my actual experience goes way beyond that. Over the years I’ve cared for dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, fish, snakes, iguanas, hamsters, gerbils, rats, lizards, and more. If it has a heartbeat I’ve probably loved one and figured out how to care for it. I currently have 5 rescue cats of my own and care for a colony of outdoor strays — they have insulated shelters with heat mats, daily food and fresh water year round. Rain or shine. I’m not just someone who watches pets. I’m a bleeding heart animal lover who treats every single one like my own. Your pet won’t just be cared for — they’ll be genuinely loved while you’re gone. 🐾 Ask for availability - pet care is my priority and I can work around your schedule. I have one standing weekly appointment on Tuesdays. I can work my best to accommodate. I have 5 cats of my own, all rescues, and I also care for outdoor strays with insulated shelters and heat mats year round. Your pet will be treated with that same level of love and attention in your home or mine.
“Grace is a pro! From the start, we could tell Grace had her stuff together and was very experienced and professional. She was great with our crazy boxer puppy, and she gave him all the love and care we needed him to get while we were out for the weekend. We are already booking her up for future house sitting needs! Thank you again, Grace!”

“Debbie stayed with our 3 dogs while we were away and they loved having her here. She kept us informed with how our dogs were doing and anything going on at home and let us know right away when there was a little medical issue going on with one of our dogs. I would definitely recommend her and use her services again.”

“Kimberley was fantastic and we highly recommend her. Our dogs clearly love her, and we had total peace of mind while we were away. Her experience caring for diabetic dogs was especially invaluable and made us feel completely comfortable leaving them in her care. We came home to happy pets and a well-kept house — we will continue booking with her!”

“Ann has watched my pups prior and they were SO happy to see her return!!! I have her booked for our future vacations as well. She is the best, sends lots to pictures, keeps me updated and house is perfect when I returned.”
“We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter! Scott was fantastic with our dogs during the nine days we were away. He clearly cared for them like they were his own, and the thoughtful updates he sent made us feel completely at ease while we were gone. Our pups were happy, healthy, and well-loved when we returned. Beyond being a reliable sitter, he’s just an overall great guy, and we feel very lucky to have found him. We’d book with him again in a heartbeat and highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent care for their pets.”

Make sure they are in safe
About: Hi there! I am so excited to finally be making my pet-sitting official with Rover. I am still new-ish to the area after having moved back in with my parents a little less than a year ago (originally from New Jersey, then moved to California for college and work). I have had the pleasure of taking care of my family dog (Winnie the Cavapoo) since we got her 9 years ago. Hanging out with her is one of my favorite things to do, and she truly makes each day better with every walk we go on and every cuddle we share. I've also gotten to dog-sit for some of my best friends and locals while I was in college, and it really helped me whenever I was missing my Winnie girl! As I have now been job-searching for more than 6 months, I decided what better way to pass my time while living at home, than getting to meet and care for some new furry friends! I will truly treat your fur baby like my own, by adapting to their needs, personalities, and routines. If they love all the cuddles, I will be soaking all that in, but on the other hand if they are a bit grumpy and set in their ways and want their own space, I am happy to just chill beside them and let them do their own thing. I'm open to whatever you need to feel reassured that your pup is in good hands. Whether that is more frequent potty breaks, walks, play-time, meal/snack times, photo/video check-ins, etc.; just let me know what would make both you and your dog feel better about being apart for however long you need me to watch them. My only hope is to provide you with peace of mind that your pup is in good hands with me! I am currently unemployed and job-hunting, so my schedule is pretty wide open and flexible! If there is a time/day on my schedule that looks unavailable, message me and I'll see if I can move things around to make it work (as I share a car with a family member). If you need me to come over and pet-sit at your home, I will respect all the rules you provide me with so you are comfortable with having me in your home while I watch your fur baby. Please let me know in advance to your booking if your pet is allowed on furniture, or in certain areas of your home, and what/where are absolute no-go's, so I can remember to keep them away from those areas. If you use a crate with them, please let me know how you use it with them - if they must be crated the entirety of time while indoors aside from meal and potty times, or if for certain periods of time. If you have a backyard that is fenced and secure, I am comfortable with letting them of their leash (if you permit it) so they have free reign to run around, but if it is not an enclosed space, I am not comfortable letting them off their leash, even if they are trained perfectly - just want to be safe and take all the precautions I can to make sure they are safe while with me!
“Abigail was an amazing dog sitter for our little rescue dog. He can be a tricky one with lots of separation anxiety, but Abigail was such a great support and comfort to him. She was very communicative and tried everything she could to make sure he was happy and healthy. She went above and beyond and we are so thankful to have had her as our sitter!”

“Valerie did an amazing job with our three doggos. She was very easy to communicate with, sent us daily pics and we came home to a clean house and very happy pups! We would 100% use her services again and recommend anyone who is looking for a very caring individual who will treat your pets like her own!”
“Sydney was great! Very friendly and willing to do all the tiny things our little guys needed! She sent us pictures and kept us updated on how they were doing as this was their first time with a sitter. We would highly recommend her for anyone and hope to use her services again. I'd rate higher if I could.”

About: When I had roommates, they have a cat who has wobbly cat syndrome (Cerebellar Hypoplasia) which makes him walk a little funny! He can’t go more than two to three steps without falling over, and eating is quite a challenge. Having cared for him has made me really patient and understanding of animals. I recently just left a data entry job, so I have all the time in the world to care for your pets! I love animals more than people so they are going to fit perfectly into my daily routine. I would spend time with your pet as much as you’d like! I love spending time with animals whether that’s playing with them, giving them pets, going on walks or just being next to them giving them company!
