Becca had the foresight to have a separate room prepared for Avery's meals, so there wouldn't be any altercations over mealtime, allowed the two dogs to get acquainted under supervision so they could set their own boundaries, then kept in touch with me & sent pictures to show the two dogs playing happily together. Avery came home happy & well loved and I was able to relax and enjoy my cousin's wedding. All in all a great experience.”

“Unfortunately, our dog was very anxious and having some issues with the other dog when staying with Jeannie, so we had to cut the stay short. Rover refunded me the money for the rest of the say, and then Jeannie went above and beyond and offered to refund the remaining amount! She was so patient with us and with our dog, even though she didn't need to be. I am sad it didn't work out as I think she is a wonderful person and you can tell she really cares about the dogs she watches. I think your pet would be in great hands staying with Jeannie.”

About: I've cared for pets my whole life. I've kept aquariums, grew up with dogs, even raised two puppies in my time. Unfortunately I am allergic to cats and do not want to track dandruff home, so I will not be offering services for cats aside from drop ins. I'm a dad trying to be more active, make friends, and provide a service to the community. I love pets and I think they are an absolute blessing. For my fee I will actively exercise and play with your pets, teach them tricks or commands (if desired), and ensure they are pampered, engaged with, and given attention, rather than simply supervision. I'm currently working part time and have a very flexible schedule, so I can accommodate most requests. I would be happy to look after your family pet, no matter the occasion! About: Since a child, I have been trusted to watch, walk, and care for neighbors and friends dogs. I still care for my friends and families dogs. I am still new-ish to the area after having moved back in with my parents a little less than a year ago (originally from New Jersey, then moved to California for college and work). I have had the pleasure of taking care of my family dog (Winnie the Cavapoo) since we got her 9 years ago. My only hope is to provide you with peace of mind that your pup is in good hands with me! My schedule is pretty wide open and flexible! If there is a time/day on my schedule that looks unavailable, message me and I'll see if I can move things around to make it work (as I share a car with a family member). If you need me to come over and pet-sit at your home, I will respect all the rules you provide me with so you are comfortable with having me in your home while I watch your fur baby. Please let me know in advance to your booking if your pet is allowed on furniture, or in certain areas of your home, and what/where are absolute no-go's, so I can remember to keep them away from those areas. If you use a crate with them, please let me know how you use it with them - if they must be crated the entirety of time while indoors aside from meal and potty times, or if for certain periods of time. If you have a backyard that is fenced and secure, I am comfortable with letting them of their leash (if you permit it) so they have free reign to run around, but if it is not an enclosed space, I am not comfortable letting them off their leash, even if they are trained perfectly - just want to be safe and take all the precautions I can to make sure they are safe while with me!

I am comfortable around cats, hairless or not! I allow them to approach me, rather than crowd their space. When they want to, I love cuddling with cats and feeling them purr. I have usually cared for multiple cats at once. Although I have never lived with a cat, I am confident in caring for them and interacting with them. My roommate has six ferrets and they each hold a little piece of my heart. I give them medication when she is stuck at work late, and let them out to play. “Unfortunately, our dog was very anxious and having some issues with the other dog when staying with Jeannie, so we had to cut the stay short. Rover refunded me the money for the rest of the say, and then Jeannie went above and beyond and offered to refund the remaining amount! She was so patient with us and with our dog, even though she didn't need to be. I am sad it didn't work out as I think she is a wonderful person and you can tell she really cares about the dogs she watches. I think your pet would be in great hands staying with Jeannie.”
