She even opened and closed my blinds for the animals! She sent photo updates and detailed messages every check in and was excellent at communicating any needs, thoughts or concerns. We absolutely felt comfortable and safe with her in our home and we have already planned to use her again very soon!”

I also do a safety check of the home, ensuring gates are locked, harmful substances are out of reach, and the environment is secure. • Trust: Building trust is key. I arrive on time, follow the owner’s rules, and communicate regularly with updates. This builds rapport with both the pet and the owner. • Environment: I maintain the pet’s usual routine to minimize stress. This includes adhering to familiar walk paths, playtime schedules, and sleeping arrangements in their own home, creating a smooth, stress-free experience. This balance of safety, trust, and comfort helps me ensure that each pet is well cared for, whether in my home or theirs.
