About: Hi! I am Christy! I’m married to Jefrey, and we have 3 lively, happy children who love dogs! We currently have no dogs ourselves but we have do have chickens in a coop. I’ve grown up with dogs and provide care for friends pets when they need. We love to provide people with trustworthy, loving care for their pets and know how important that is. I am comfortable with daily medication giving. Although I will be the only one responsible for caring for your pets, we do ask that all dogs be friendly with children and we make sure our children respect dog boundaries. We have a large 6ft privacy fence in the back yard with the front and sides of the fence being privacy fence, and the back part of the fence is chain link. The dogs will be free to go in and out throughout the day as they please. I recently had to leave my job to stay home and care for my children, so I have plenty of time to be home and take care of your pets while you are away! In the morning, we would get up and let the dogs outside to go potty and get some fresh morning air. They will have plenty of opportunity for cuddles or playtime throughout the day, and will be able to go in and out as they please. I have three children who love animals. All dogs must be child friendly, and I will make sure that my children are respectful of the dog's boundaries. We have a fenced in back yard and plenty of space for them to run and play.

About: For as long as I can remember, I have grown up with both dogs and cats! I have been surrounded by them whether it be them being my own pets( or should I say my own family members because let’s face it, they are our family), my relatives house and even my neighbors house when babysitting. I know it can be hard leaving your fur baby alone, I just hope that I can make them and you comfortable! I am a full time teacher at Camp Lejeune! I work Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm so I am available weekdays after 5:45 pm and then all weekend long. I take hour lunches so if in a nearby neighborhood I can let them out during the day or frequently on the weekends! In order to keep you and them at the most comfortable, I am able to house sit and take care of them in the comfort of your own home. I am 100% honest so that everyone has a happy, healthy and most importantly and safe stay!
About: Pets, specifically dogs, have been a part of my family since I was born. Love all animals and care for them deeply. Currently, I have 2 dogs and a cat. All my children! About: Dogs are one of my favorite animals. I make my way to the shelter every weekend just to play with them. I’m more than sure your dog will have a blast playing all day and taking walks every 2 hours. I am available from 4:30 and on. If you need me to watch for a couple days I will be sure to take them out before work, during lunch and spend the rest of the day with them afterwards. I am the go to girl for all my friends when they are in need for a dog sitter, never have I ever let them down when it comes to their little babies. About: I have always been the one everyone goes to for animal care. Animals are driven to me. And when I come into somebody's home, the animals always sit with me or love up on me. I know how to take care of a variety of animals from dogs, cats, exotic animals, too farm animals. I have started watching pets on my own and have nothing but great reviews. I work for myself and I need a flexible schedule, as my son is autistic. He loves having animals around as well. I am a single mom and I love the fact that I can teach my son the appreciation for animals and what they bring into the home. When I am able to care for your pet in my home, they are able to socialize with my dog is well. He is very active. He is a lab pit mix. He is friendly and never had any issue with any other kind of animals. Your pet will also have more one on one care. When i do check ups at your home I'm only there for a short time and tend to get anxiety from being alone too long.

A Meet & Greet is a casual meeting to vet potential sitters and communicate care needs for peace of mind before a booking begins. Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.

sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
