“This was our first experience with Kathy (dog walking). She's reliable. Great with communication. Attentive to details. All of which put us at ease knowing that Precious was in good hands! She goes the extra mile by providing pictures and helpful updates to let us know how Precious is doing. We really appreciated her thoughtfulness!”

About: I’ve loved animals my whole life and have been caring for them for over 8 years. For the past 2–3 years, I’ve regularly walked dogs at my college animal shelter. My experience ranges from energetic puppies to senior dogs needing a gentler touch. Friends, family, and neighbors have trusted me to walk, feed, and care for their pets like they’re my own. I’m patient, reliable, and genuinely enjoy connecting with every animal I meet. I currently work a few mornings during the week, which leaves my afternoons and evenings free to care for your pets! I’m also available on weekends for dog walking, drop-ins, or boarding. Pet care easily fits into my routine because it’s something I genuinely love and look forward to. I always prioritize comfort and safety, whether that means giving space or providing plenty of play. I’m also happy to crate your dog if that’s part of your home routine or training. Your pet’s well-being is always my top priority.

“Kyla is great with my dogs. She has done drop ins and walks and my dogs love it. She is great at communicating and I will definitely continue to use her and recommend others do as well.”

“Julia is very kind and considerate”

About: Hi there, and thank you for considering me to care for your pet! I’ve grown up around animals my whole life—everything from large and lovable dogs to tiny, energetic pups, plus more cats than I can count. My childhood felt like a mini farm, filled with dogs, cats, ducks, chickens, and more. That environment gave me early, hands-on experience caring for all kinds of animals, and it’s something I’ve truly loved ever since. Over the years, I’ve also fostered dogs, puppies, and kittens, and regularly help care for my family’s pets (a fun mix of all sizes and personalities). In 2021, I adopted my own dog, Squid, who’s taught me even more about patience, structure, and the joy that comes with being a pet parent. I graduated from college in May 2024 and now work full time, but my schedule is flexible—especially when it comes to making time for animals. I’d love the opportunity to meet your pet and make sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for while you're away. I work full time but my schedule is very flexible. I can make routine stops during the day enduring a minimum 15 minute walk (minimum 15 minutes during the work day-on weekends, walks can and will be longer depending on pet health and/or weather). But, my schedule is very flexible and can try to accommodate your schedule/pets schedule to the best of my ability. Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for your pets. With years of hands-on experience—from growing up in an animal-filled home to fostering cats and dogs of all ages—I’ve learned how to create a calm, secure, and nurturing environment for animals of all temperaments. Whether your pet is energetic, anxious, or shy, I approach each one with patience, understanding, and close attention to their individual needs. I always treat your home and pets with the same care and respect I give my own dog, Squid, ensuring they feel comfortable, safe, and genuinely loved while you're away.

“Carly was great! She arrived promptly, asked the important questions on how to best take care of Millie, and was very flexible with her availability. I know Millie loved her midday walk. Would recommend and am planning on having her walk our girl again in the future!”

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was young, especially growing up with two in the house. Also, all the families I watched had dogs, or cats, or both. I am working part-time online this summer, so I can allocate my time and flexible schedule to taking care of the pets whenever it is needed. I have a friendly dog at home, but if necessary can separate them from one another. Also, the town is very walkable, so even without a fenced-in yard, your pet will be taken care of.

“Karina was great! When my dog wouldn’t get in her collar Karina problem solved and made the best of the visit. She kept me up to date with what was going on. Would definitely use Karina again!”

“Bethann was great! Very punctual, friendly and our pup liked her instantly.”

“Matt was great with our two dogs! I highly reccomend!”

About: Former mommy to two pit bulls (one purebred and one pit-corso mix). Currently no pets at home so looking to love and care for others! Teacher who who off and home all summer - flexible schedule! Both of my kids are in camp so home all day and can come to you or watch your pets at my home! I will follow whatever rules or schedule you need. I can walk pets, bathe, feed, etc. I am a teacher and good rule follower :)

About: I have had at least one pet in my own home my whole life and love meeting new animals. I like to stay busy and have been able to help friends and neighbors when needed with their fur babies. I'm currently working part-time and enrolled in college part-time, but I have a decent amount of free time to give attention and care to your pets! I prefer to take care of pets in their own home. I am committed to providing care as per each individual's preferences for their own pets. I always ensure, unless asked otherwise, that the pets I care for are fed on time at least twice a day, are walked for about 30 mins or longer at least twice a day, are let out into their yard to run around if possible, I prioritize spending time playing with them and giving them space when they need it, and ensure to follow specific instructions if administering medication is necessary.

“Lauren has been great with Leon. Responsive and communicative on her stays / walks.”

“Chloe is great. She was very communicative and let me know when she started/returned/left. She took great care of my boy and I couldn’t have been more appreciative.”

About: I’ve grown up with pets since the time I was born and have always been an animal lover. I was walking dogs by the time I was 7 and helped train my two German shepherds I grew up with. I also love cats and own a cat currently who is quite a handful. I’m comfortable with all breeds of dogs and cats and also have experience with fish, hamsters, and rabbits. I work during the weekdays but my schedule is flexible generally, I could come over before work and after work to check on your pets. weekends I am usually around all the time and can spend all day there if need be. I can stay overnight on weekends as well I can walk your dogs as often as needed, and in my own home I have a cat who is very friendly and gets along with any animal.

Avery G.
“Avery has been walking dogs for our local shelter for the past 2 years, being so dedicated as to find ways there when not having a vehicle or reliable way to get there. Now, 2 years later, she is still passionate and dedicated to spending time with animals and pets in her free time. She always finds ways to fit going to the shelter into her course schedule.
