About: I’ve had dogs and other various animals since I was a child. My first job in high school was at a pet boarding facility. While working there my love for animals grew. Ive pet sitted on and off since I left the kennel. I married a man who shared that love and we have 5 furbabies of our own! I’m currently a stay at home mom. I have a kindergartner, a 1 year old and 5 adult dogs. I spend my days taking care of my kids and dogs but wouldn’t have it any other way! My kids love playing with animals. If you choose us, we have all the time in the world to love on your babies! I have a few acres of land with a large fenced in back yard. Lots of room to run and play with our own dogs!

About: I’ve taken care of mine and other people’s pets for over 20 years and have loved every opportunity that comes my way! I have experience with dogs, cats, farm animals and reptiles and am very comfortable with all creatures big and small. I am experienced and am confident in meeting any specific needs for your fur baby. That includes puppies in training to senior dogs in need of medication in whatever form it needs to be given. If I seem like a fit I would love the opportunity to take care of your four legged baby! I currently stay at home and work on my little corner of what I call paradise. I live on a 10 acre farm with lots of room for play time and exercise. I do have a fenced in dog park for play time or I can walk your pup on a leash. Also your dog can run free if that’s more comfortable. I also have two very friendly dogs of my own that would love a friend! We have lots of land and room to fit your fur babies needs. We are a multi generational family living on a farm so there will be plenty of love to go around. I have a very open schedule and would love to fill it with spending time with your animals!

About: Hello all! My name is Alex and I am currently a stay at home mom here in Powhatan VA. Ever since I can remember I have been an animal lover. I have never not owned an animal, and currently have two dogs, two cats and a turtle of my own! I also have volunteered 200 hours at the PSPCA in Newport News, where I gained a lot of experience in the care of different types of dogs and cats. My husband and I live in a house with almost an acre fenced in, so your pup will always have a place to run around when staying with us!! Communication is key! I will be sure to keep you updated about your pup throughout each visit, as well as send pictures periodically. I look forward to watching after your pet! I'm currently a stay at home mom, so I have plenty of free time! With my flexible schedule, I can almost always meet my clients scheduling needs! Large fenced in back yard with a dog door that allows them to go in and out as they please. We always walk the fence before a stay to make sure there are no holes your fur baby could escape from! I am available to keep your fur baby overnight at our house. I am unable to stay at the clients house due to being a mom to two beautiful little girls!

About: I have 7 years of experience taking care of dogs. This includes outside dogs, inside dogs, crated dogs etc. I have experience taking care of puppies as well as senior dogs. I’m currently working part time while doing full time online college, this gives me the opportunity to spend more time at home and focus on pet care! During the school year we attend a homeschool co-op for much of the day Tuesday and Thursday. We have 10 fully fenced acres for safe, joyful exploring, plus two friendly dogs and four dog-savvy cats to keep your pup company. Crating is available if needed (especially for new potty trainers), but we love welcoming guest dogs right into our daily routine. Your dog can enjoy farm walks, endless ball throwing, and plenty of cozy couch time with us. They’ll feel like part of the family from day one!

About: I’ve taken care of friends’ and family members dogs since I was young. I have been assisting my girlfriend with her pet care business for the past two years and am looking to expand my services. I have learned a lot from her veterinary experience and have assisted her with nail trims and medication administration as well. I have experience with regular dog walks and boarding. My two most important skills are 1) keeping pups entertained and 2) keeping pups safe. I will pretty much have an open schedule all week. I have a couple scheduled dog walks but am mainly working from home all day. I am home most of the day. I walk my dogs and client dogs every 2-4 hours and make sure everyone gets their energy out before bedtime. On scheduled walks, I typically provide thirty minute walks in my clients’ neighborhoods, making sure my little buddy gets their energy out. Plenty of water and treats are always offered.
