“Buff had another day at doggie day care and even made a new friend! She must have had an enjoyable day because she came home happy and tired out.”
2. Paula C.
“Paula took excellent care of our dog Loki. We were visiting from out of town and need a place for Loki while we visited older relatives. Paula was good with communication and Loki came back all happy. Definitely recommend!”
3. Svitlana F.
“Svitlana did great with Otto's nervous mom (me). She sent plenty of photos, updates, and reassurance. Otto felt comfortable at the house during his doggie daycare stay. He was relaxed enough to eat, sleep, and play. I rarely have anyone watch Otto, but we'll return if Svitlana is available when needed in the future.”
4. Carolyn & Jeremy C.
“So glad I recently found Carolyn for occasional doggie daycare support for my sometimes-anxious Doodle. She was so responsive and clearly cares deeply for dogs!”
5. Zach D.
“I cannot say enough positive things about Zach. He was gracious and flexible with a last-minute request and time changes. He has the right balance of structure and play, and is clearly passionate about understanding and training dogs. He sent some great pictures throughout the day, and don’t think I’ve ever seen my puppy smile any bigger. I also appreciate the act of the time show me his set up and allow time for communication since this was our first time using day care. Thank you so much, Zach!!”
6. Alexandra C.
“Alexandra is such a wonderful dog sitter. We send our pup to her each week and know she’s getting amazing care. She even has been helping her with leash training! Cannot recommend enough!”
7. Mary R.
“Mary and her family are awesome! Sage has some health issues and Mary was extremely attentive with him and took wonderful care of him. We are blessed to have found her and Sage will definitely return for daycare.”
8. Jessica L.
“Jessica and James have both been great daycare hosts! They’re efficient communicators and home most of the day so my dog gets a lot of time outside the crate. They’re great at being flexible as well and we definitely recommend and will continue to use regularly. This was my first rover experience and it was great!”

About: I have been taking care of dogs and cats for over 20 years, pets are my passion! I am also a former Petshotel and Doggie Day Camp Manager for a national chain and have extensive experience handling dogs, cats, and small pets of all sizes and breeds. I am currently accepting small and medium sized dogs for in house day care and overnight stays. I specialize in small and delicate breed types, not usually suited for kenneling or vet boarding. All fur babies will be treated as family members while here! They can sit on the couch, sleep on the bed, and watch TV with us just like at home. Some larger "gentle giants" can be considered on a case by case basis, just reach out. I believe pets are family! All pets in my care are treated with loving and gentle guidance using only positive reinforcement. All dogs will remain on leash the entirety of their walk. We have a fenced in area off the back patio for bathroom breaks with wood chips as ground coverage. No grass of any kind for the safety of those pets with grass and skin allergies.

About: I've been taking care of both cats and dogs since I was 7! I have experience with dogs of all sizes, including dogs as large as 100+ pounds. I also have experience with pets of all ages, including puppies and kittens up to senior animals. I love animals and promise that I will make sure your furry family member is happy, well cared for, and loved when they are with me! I'm currently on a break between graduating law school and my full time job starting, so I have plenty of time to spend with your furry family member! I live an apartment that is up 2 flights of stairs with my partner. We are a non-smoking home. While we don't currently have pets of our own, our home is ready for your pet to stay over! We have room for up to a medium sized crate in our home. Right outside our door we have an outdoor pet relief area and easy access to nearby parks for lots of enriching walks. I will send a photo with every visit and happy to communicate more frequent updates for longer visits or stays, whatever your preference is.

“Cocoa had a great time with Diana and the other doggies. It was a good place for her to spend a rainy afternoon. She was well taken care of, and got to make new friends.”
12. Heather N.
“Heather and her beautiful family have been a wonderful fit for Finnegan and I. They are really flexible and accommodating and their home environment is safe and fun for Finn who gets to play w/ her wonderful kids and pups! I highly recommend her services.”
13. Jill C.
“Jill is a friend to every dog she’s ever met! She is calm and loving to dogs both large and small. Jill is not only a responsible pet owner but also a responsible pet-sitter. She has watched my dogs for years as needed and I couldn’t be more pleased!!”
14. Cindee D.
“Lulu loves being at Cindy‘s”
15. Nora B.
“Happy pup and wonderful people! Thank you so much. Do not hesitate to book with Nora and Aaron. They will take exceptional care of your fur baby :)”
16. Tyler W.
“Tyler is a fantastic pet sitter. He took excellent care of my two dogs (age 2, under 15lbs). He made sure they were happy and healthy. He also went above and beyond to take care of my home while I was away. I highly recommend Tyler!”
17. Tamara T.
“I've known Tamara Tinsley since she was just a little girl. Ive watched her over the years blossom into a beautiful young mother. The one constant over the years has been her love for fur babies, dogs especially. What's so special about Tamara and her love for dogs is that she doesn't see them as animals. She sees them as little people trapped inside the body of a dog. You won't find a more caring, attentive and nurturing dog lover on this planet. I was in a situation where I was no longer able to provide the love and attention that my senior dog needed. What did Tamara do? She did a trial run by keeping my dog for two weeks to see how she would fit in with the rest of her "pack." After two weeks, we brought her back home. And when it was time for Tamara to leave, my dog didn't hesitate to follow her out the door and jump into the car with her. God worked it all out. To this day, my senior fur baby resides at Tamara's house. She has even opened her home to me, when I'm in the area, so that I can drop in for Fur Baby visitation. She is great with all dogs! She never meets a stranger, when it comes to dogs! And she will love your dog, the way you love your dog! Becky Shaver”
18. Chloe K.
“As an owner of two dogs of completely different personalities, I was cautious in trusting someone to take care of both of their needs adequately. I introduced Chloe to them one afternoon and it has since been the best decision for my dogs that I have made. Chloe loves animals and treats them like you would want someone to treat/ care for your child. She is loving, patient and takes the time and care to feed into both of them. It's not a "check-box" visit for her.”

About: I can't promise your pet(s) won't be spoiled! One level home with two live-in playmates, our 17 year old corgi, Bridget, and Dora, a 15 year old, sweet old aussie shepherd. I am retired and dogs are my passion. I am located in the George's Tavern area of Goochland. I am usually home daily. My schedule is flexible. We have a very large fenced yard. Your dog(s) will have room to explore inside and out. We can discuss any special needs. I have experience with all shapes, sizes and breeds, however, as much as I love them, I cannot handle bigger and stronger breeds; i.e., American bull dogs, pit bulls, great danes and German shepherds to name a few. Your dogs are my daily priority. I can schedule any time daily and I am open to a long-term boarding commitment when I am available. I have an additional smaller fenced area for smaller dogs and puppies. I have customers that found me through other avenues, and have outstanding reviews as I appear to have become Grandma to them. All will provide references. I give lots of time and attention to all dogs giving special loving attention to the aging beauties. They all need lots of love and often need special care.

“Ashley and her family were the absolute best! Our boys were beat when we picked them up! That’s how I know they loved it there :)”
