“I did a lot of homework and reviewing of boarders for my 1.5-year-old, 70 lb. Aussie/golden before landing on Robin because of her amazing reviews and years of experience. We had just had a terrible board and train situation leaving him with some pressure sores and anxiety. I am so glad I chose Robin though. She allowed me to come out a month before booking to see her facilities, get to know me and my pup, and to explain how his days would be going. Ollie looked so incredibly comfortable around her then I started calling our vacation his summer camp. She sent pictures almost daily of Ollie running around and playing with other pups. He came back to me 5 lb. lighter than before because of it (he needed it!) and I can also tell that she kept up with his training that we have been working on which I greatly appreciated. He actually looked disappointed to go home! We will of course be back and will tell everyone we know who needs a boarder! Thank you, Robin!”

Amazingly, our lab seems to have learned not to be so mouthy when he greets us, something we've been meaning to teach him not to do! I loved how attentive to our dog's personalities Charissa was in our first meeting. It was incredible to find that she loves training dogs, knew exactly how mine had learned and was willing to reinforce their knowledge! She was kind enough to send daily photos which showed happy, active dogs (and a couple of sleepy ones!) and I know my dogs, they had such a great time! It's such a pleasure to know they have safe space to run, and sitters with such experience and know how to inspire confidence in my dogs. Communication was great, we were accommodated when drop-off time changed last minute, received pics/videos during Zuzu's stay, and received very helpful feedback on Zuzu when we picked him up. About: I have my vet assistant licenses and I’ve been working with animal since 2020 I went to MTC in Harrisonburg Virginia for vet. I’m also close to finishing my grooming school. I’m currently working part time. I can do weekdays and weekends anytime works for me. I’ll just need at least a day in advance. If you need me last minute I might be able to work something out. I love playing with animals and loving on them. I always make sure they are taking out and walked until they are ready to go back in. I make sure ever pup I take care of is happy.

About: I started my journey with dogs 4 years ago and have not looked back enjoying every moment since. I am a certified trainer who loves improving the relationship between human and dog. We have a dog yard plus 5 acres. All dogs stay in our extra bedroom, which is now considered the dog room. I personally have two dogs, a cattle dog and a husky mix. They are both very social with all other dogs. We like to have a good time here but I keep a very safe environment for the dogs, no fighting or picking on one another. NO DOG IS TURNED AWAY. If you think your dog is aggressive, I can and will evaluate them so that if possible, we will get them socializing with their own kind and having a great time. Thanks, have a good day! I train dogs for a living so I stay at my house 7 days a week besides when I work with clients and those lessons tend to run about an hour but no more than 2 hours! About: I love pets! I will make sure your pet is well taken of and loved while you are away from your home! I have taken care of a few different pets! I have a busy schedule, but I can make accommodations as needed :) I’m mainly available on Mondays and Thursdays and during the evenings anytime. I make sure your pet is fed and well loved. I will walk your pet 2-3 times a day. I also will spend lots of time with your pet, so that they don’t feel alone.

“I did a lot of homework and reviewing of boarders for my 1.5-year-old, 70 lb. Aussie/golden before landing on Robin because of her amazing reviews and years of experience. We had just had a terrible board and train situation leaving him with some pressure sores and anxiety. I am so glad I chose Robin though. She allowed me to come out a month before booking to see her facilities, get to know me and my pup, and to explain how his days would be going. Ollie looked so incredibly comfortable around her then I started calling our vacation his summer camp. She sent pictures almost daily of Ollie running around and playing with other pups. He came back to me 5 lb. lighter than before because of it (he needed it!) and I can also tell that she kept up with his training that we have been working on which I greatly appreciated. He actually looked disappointed to go home! We will of course be back and will tell everyone we know who needs a boarder! Thank you, Robin!”

Amazingly, our lab seems to have learned not to be so mouthy when he greets us, something we've been meaning to teach him not to do! It was incredible to find that she loves training dogs, knew exactly how mine had learned and was willing to reinforce their knowledge! We've only had Zuzu (rescued) for a few weeks; he has some "quirks", had no idea how he'd do, but Joey put us at ease during the meet & greet - he has a wonderful demeanor, his philosophy on having/treating/educating dogs is the same as ours, his place is great (lots of space, personal attention, socialization, etc etc). Communication was great, we were accommodated when drop-off time changed last minute, received pics/videos during Zuzu's stay, and received very helpful feedback on Zuzu when we picked him up. About: I am definitely the biggest animal lover you will get to know! For years i’ve cared for and trained a wide range of animals wild and domestic. I’ve also worked in shelters and rescue centers to helped troubled dogs and cats. I have experience handling about every personality type of animal and sizes + quantities. Every animal I meet, I treat with the same love and care as my own fur babies. I cant wait to take care of your beloved furry friends!! I have plenty of time to dedicate to all the lovely animals i work with! Im a full time student in college but only enrolled in online classes so I have a very flexible schedule. I have 3 dogs of my own who I spend most my days with but I have also been fostering many dogs up until now. I can work with crate dogs, big, small, basically anything I am ready to take on. Im by the book so you tell me how you want things done and it’ll be exactly that way.

Natasha looked after our partially deff and blind senior citizen pug and our ball obsessed boarder collie in their own home. The dogs were always around someone who could play and love on them.”
