About: My husband and I have an 11 year old German short haired pointer and recently lost our 13 year old Wheaten Terrier/King Charles Spaniel mix. I have taken care of my parents dogs when they are out of town and have stayed at many client’s homes the past several years to care for their dogs while they are on vacation. I would feed them twice a day and give potty breaks before and after work. I work for GCPS from 745-315 so I would be available for afternoon / evening drop-ins / walks and any days that school is closed. I have given my dogs medication to swallow when prescribed by their veterinarian as well as cleaning out their ears every 2-3 times a week for normal hygiene. Needless to say, I truly love animals so much (maybe even more than humans). I turn into a full on mom when any animal comes my way. I’ve had experience with taking care and training animals since I was 12. All in all, taking care of your lil ones while you’re away is not just a vacation for you, it’s a vacation for me as well. Expect to come home to healthy, relaxed, and happy lil guys and girls! I’m currently a part time student who is also working part time sooo I have a lot of free time on my hands! I’m available on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. I am currently only accepting boarding in the client’s home due to my own dog’s training. I will care for pets in my client’s home exactly as instructed by them. I will be able to stay with them all day, let them out every hour or so, feed them when scheduled, take them on walks, have play time, and cozy time as well.

Through my work as a zookeeper, I’ve developed strong skills in understanding animal behavior, providing enrichment, following individual care routines, and making sure every animal feels safe and comfortable. I’ll treat your pets like my own and make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, and love while you’re away! I am able to help during the days/evenings Sundays to Tuesdays and any other day after 5pm for taking out on walks, hanging out, administering any specific medical care, or anything you may need! I can follow any instructions you may need to take special care of your furry friends. I will make sure to always properly follow instructions on how you would like your animal cared for, and can also provide expertise from personal experience in animal care if you need assistance.
About: I've grown up with dogs my entire life and I adore them. I have two dogs of my own, a 12 year old Border Collie mix and a two year old Australian Shepherd, and I volunteer down at the Richmond Animal Shelter every week so I'm used to handling a variety of dogs! I have a very flexible schedule and I would love to work with dogs of any activity level, age, or size! I definitely understand the importance of frequent potty breaks, consistent meal times, and lots of love and playtime! Also, punctuality is something that I take very seriously so you won't have to worry about me being late! About: Hi we are Don and Bobbi! We both have grown up around dogs our entire lives and have always been passionate about caring for animals. Between our families, we’ve had many dogs and cats over the years, giving us experience with pets of different ages, sizes, and personalities.
