About: Hello! I'm Selena, a student at Skidmore college, doing research over the summer. Back home, I'm the owner of one dog as well as two cats, and I regularly dog sit for my friends and family members. My love of animals is well known and I'm always their go-to for pet sitting, as they know I'm always happy to do it. My current Bernedoodle has been with me since she was just a puppy, so I'm very aware of how much care and attention puppies need. I've also cared for dogs on the older side, and I'm open to dogs of all ages and sizes! Caring for pets is very important to me, so much so that when I do not have an animal to care for (i.e. when I'm alone at school), I become very sad. Growing up, taking care of animals every day was very important to me. I am unfortunately a college student living in on-campus housing, so I am unable to care for pets in my own space. However, I make sure pets are happy in my client's home and makes sure to keep the space maintained well!

About: I’m always helping others take care of their dogs; watching, feeding & playing with them. Even trained my own pups! My fiancé Adam helps me out quite often too, he has grown up with dogs all his life! We are both working from home and have a very flexible schedule! My fiancé is also here to help most days. With doggy daycare and boarding my schedule is flexible to fit anyones needs! Plenty of room and time to play! I have a good sized fenced in yard with two friendly young pups, who will keep your dog company! They love meeting new friends! We have multiple sections in the house to separate dogs if ever needed. Crating your dog is always an option as well! We just fully renovated our detached garage that is next to our house. We made a brand new 400 square-foot indoor play space for the dogs to enjoy! This has a brand new heating and cooling system, electric upgrade, rubber flooring, and a new gated section outdoors. For dogs who just like to hang out, we have a couch that the dogs can lay on too. Our schedule is flexible to fit your needs with drop off and pickup times. During the day, the dogs hang out and play. For dogs who don’t like to play much, and just want to relax, we have a couch or a separate area for them to be in. Throughout the day we take the dogs out about every hour to go to the bathroom because we keep them hydrated due to their high activity. SAFETY is our priority!!! What makes us different than other Rovers sitters is that we make sure each dog has their own individual food/water bowl so they are NOT sharing. We also vacuum and sanitize our floors with pet safe disinfectant everyday to be sure that we are keeping the area clean and safe! If your dog is crated then we sanitize the crate after every use as well! We have a 6 foot tall fence to prevent any dogs from escaping the yard. We also require all dogs to show PROOF of being up to date on vaccinations!

About: I love animals and have been caring for pets for over 10 years! I have experience with dogs of all sizes, puppies, cats, and very young kittens. I have worked with many breeds, ages, and personalities. I have also worked with different feeding and walking routines, given medications, and even changed dog diapers. I can easily adapt to any pets needs! I just graduated college and have a largely open schedule at the moment. I can pop in almost any time of day and am usually open to last minute visits if they fit into my schedule! I prefer week day visits but can make weekends work too if necessary. In your home I can adhere to any safety protocols you give me and take pet safety very seriously. I have a small dog at home who I keep from getting outside on her own every day, and will treat your pet with that same level of attention and care.

About: I’ve been a dog sitter and dog walker since I was 10 years old, taking care of some of my neighbors’ dogs. My love of dogs and experience has only grown throughout my life. I have 2 dogs of my own, and have babysat and walked countless dogs since for family & friends. I work remote so I have a very flexible schedule. I already use my free time to give my own dogs a great life and I’d love to do the same for people without as much free time as I. For drop in visits I can let them outside (permitted you have a fenced in yard). We can play a little indoors and outdoors. I can crate them when I go, if this is something you do. If you already have food somewhere prepared, whether fresh or kibble, I can even feed them so you don’t stress about them missing a meal. They’ll get plenty of pets and love.

About: I’ve been surrounded by pets since I was born. I grew up walking, feeding, bathing, and loving my first two dogs—a Chocolate Lab and a giant Weimaraner. Since those two, my pet family expanded to a Yellow Lab, a rescue mutt (Australian Kelpie), a Hound mix, an Australian Shepherd-Pitbull mix, a Great Dane, a Pomeranian, a three-legged rescue dog, three horses, five goats, two pigs, three mini horses, and a cat. Throughout my life, I’ve helped to take care of each and every pet that we’ve had. While it’s not always easy, I love every second of it. I am home from college for the summer (May-August), so I will be very flexible and available to help out you and your pets :) I will always make sure your fur baby is happy, healthy, and comfortable. About: I’ve had a family dog my entire life, so caring for dogs has always been a big part of my life. I also have experience watching and walking dogs for other people, including strangers’ pets, and I’m comfortable with different personalities and energy levels. I’m active, reliable, and genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs, whether that’s going on walks, playing, or just making sure they feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. I’m available throughout the week and have a pretty flexible schedule. While I have an internship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, I still have plenty of time for pet care, walks, and check ins. I’m happy to work with your schedule and make sure your pets are well cared for! I’ve been around animals and loved them my whole life, so being around pets comes naturally to me. I’m patient and understand that not every animal is super outgoing or likes new people right away. I’ve had experience with pets that can be more stand offish or take time to warm up, and I’m good at being patient and letting them get comfortable at their own pace. I always want pets to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owner is away, and I’ll treat them like they’re my own.

I am protective and very conscientious. Friends and family rely on me to walk, feed, and take care of their beloved animals! I am at home for the summer while I am not at school. I am not currently working, but sometimes do have appointments or meetings. I have a fenced in yard with nice grass and plenty of room for play and no poisonous plants! I do not have any other animals.
