Our dog had serious separation anxiety and can be very timid with strangers, so we were somewhat hopeless, but our dog took immediately to Faith and was immediately very comfortable, even confident, being walked by Faith, who also had some really smart ways to distract our dog before she got overly anxious while we were away. About: Animal Handling Experience - I have been caring for animals as a career consistently for the last 3 years. I have been working as a Veterinary Assistant for the last eight months at a reputable animal hospital and have truly found my calling in life. I feel that my experience in the veterinary field provides both pet owners and myself peace of mind when your animals are under my supervision. I know what little symptoms are concerning and important to note that others may miss. I make sure to track bathroom habits and meals. I am confident managing and giving medications to your pets while you are away. Dog Walking - Extensive experience walking and caring for multiple dogs at one time. I am very popular within my neighborhood and my family to care for dogs when people don't have time, and I am always punctual. I like the walks to be enjoyable for the dogs, not just a task that the walker has to complete. Overnight Stays - During overnight stays I also offer to bring in mail, packages, and water plants. When I care for an animal I make sure they receive special attention that goes beyond food and water. I play with them and provide enrichment, walks, and exercise. This includes visits as frequently as requested and caring for all the animals' special needs. I enjoy spending time with all animals, so if there are any other critters in the home I would love to help take care of them as well. I currently have a lively aquarium and have previously kept birds and reptiles so I am comfortable looking after our fur-less friends. I currently work four days a week and my shifts are approximately from 7am-6pm. My days off are a bit varied but I get my schedule almost a month in advance so I am able to commit confidently to future events. I care for your pets however you need. I understand that some animals have truly interesting quirks and I'm ready to do whatever your fur baby needs. Do we need to sing a specific song to go into our crate? Do we have a 15 step dinner routine? I am here for it all, and I'll be talking to your pet throughout every step.

About: I love animals and have been caring for pets for over 10 years! I have experience with dogs of all sizes, puppies, cats, and very young kittens. I have worked with many breeds, ages, and personalities. I have also worked with different feeding and walking routines, given medications, and even changed dog diapers. I can easily adapt to any pets needs! I just graduated college and have a largely open schedule at the moment. I can pop in almost any time of day and am usually open to last minute visits if they fit into my schedule! I prefer week day visits but can make weekends work too if necessary. In your home I can adhere to any safety protocols you give me and take pet safety very seriously. I have a small dog at home who I keep from getting outside on her own every day, and will treat your pet with that same level of attention and care.

I also have experience watching and walking dogs for other people, including strangers’ pets, and I’m comfortable with different personalities and energy levels. About: Hello! I'm Selena, a student at Skidmore college, doing research over the summer. Back home, I'm the owner of one dog as well as two cats, and I regularly dog sit for my friends and family members. My love of animals is well known and I'm always their go-to for pet sitting, as they know I'm always happy to do it. My current Bernedoodle has been with me since she was just a puppy, so I'm very aware of how much care and attention puppies need. I've also cared for dogs on the older side, and I'm open to dogs of all ages and sizes! Caring for pets is very important to me, so much so that when I do not have an animal to care for (i.e. when I'm alone at school), I become very sad. Growing up, taking care of animals every day was very important to me. I am unfortunately a college student living in on-campus housing, so I am unable to care for pets in my own space. However, I make sure pets are happy in my client's home and makes sure to keep the space maintained well!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was a kid, I have also had my own dog. People describe me as sweet with a big heart. I am empathetic and good at seeing a pet's needs. I am protective and very conscientious. Friends and family rely on me to walk, feed, and take care of their beloved animals! I am at home for the summer while I am not at school.
