About: Animal Handling Experience - I have been caring for animals as a career consistently for the last 3 years. I have been working as a Veterinary Assistant for the last year at a reputable animal hospital and have truly found my calling in life. I feel that my experience in the veterinary field provides both pet owners and myself peace of mind when your animals are under my supervision. I know what little symptoms are concerning and important to note that others may miss. I make sure to track bathroom habits and meals. I am confident managing and giving medications to your pets while you are away. Dog Walking - Extensive experience walking and caring for multiple dogs at one time. I am very popular within my neighborhood and my family to care for dogs when people don't have time, and I am always punctual. I like the walks to be enjoyable for the dogs, not just a task that the walker has to complete. Overnight Stays - During overnight stays I also offer to bring in mail, packages, and water plants. When I care for an animal I make sure they receive special attention that goes beyond food and water. I play with them and provide enrichment, walks, and exercise. This includes visits as frequently as requested and caring for all the animals' special needs. Fish, Reptiles, Rodents, and Birds- I enjoy spending time with all animals, so if there are any other critters in the home I would love to help take care of them as well. I currently have a lively aquarium and have previously kept birds and reptiles so I am comfortable looking after our fur-less friends. I currently work four days a week and my shifts are approximately from 8am-6pm. I get a full hour for my lunch breaks so I am available for drop in visits and walks mid-day if the residence is within 15 minutes of the hospital I work at. I typically work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. I get my schedule almost a month in advance so I am able to commit confidently to future events. I care for your pets however you need. I understand that some animals have truly interesting quirks and I'm ready to do whatever your fur baby needs. Do we need to sing a specific song to go into our crate? Do we have a 15 step dinner routine? I am here for it all, and I'll be talking to your pet throughout every step.

I have also been a dog groomer for 3 years now so I understand everything under the sun with them, from administering home vet care such as shots and pills for older senior pets or the care of special needs pets. Maybe your pets have a certain schedule that most people can't do because they work most of the day and need in home 24/7 care because of their needs. Maybe they need in-home grooming such as hair cuts, bath and brush or nail clippings-nail grinding. We can do it all with love and compassion for the pets and their owners in life. About: I've worked with horses my whole life, and I've had dogs growing up animals are a big part of my life, they replace my stress with love and fulfill my happiness i can relate to a dog better then i can with a human, animals will always be apart of my life no matter what i am doing, being with dogs is a way for me to be myself my availability is pretty flexible if i can help people that are in need of a dog walker then i am willing to abolish with the request. the AM hours are better for me seeings that i have horses to take care of and then teaching children how to ride later on in the day :) I currently run my own equine facility and I have my own dog and cats that I care for. About: I’ve had animals since I was a young girl. As a child we had cats. As a young adult I worked for a grooming, daycare, and boarding facility for 16 years. The only reason I stopped working was because of the birth of might twins.I also volunteered for a pet rescue, a pet shelter, and of course owned my own dogs, cats, and hamster. I’m a mom of 7! Some grown , some in college, and my youngest 2 are 9 year old twins. I have plenty of time during the days to walk, spend time, cuddle, and love on your furry family members. My specialty is mid day breaks/walks or check ins while you’re away or have a long day at work. I am aware of the tremendous responsibility it is caring for your pet. I have my own pups and kitties and will give the same love, care, and respect my babies receive.

About: Hello! I have a big heart and do my best to understand animals. Some say I have an animal magnetism. I've had meaningful relationships with animals most of my life. I used to walk dogs at Saratoga County Animal Shelter. Right now I own 4 cats who were feral and each found me in their own fascinating ways. I adore the unique personalities of each of my cats. Whenever friends or family ask me to check in on their pets I always make a point of spending quality time. I keep my service radius within a 15 minute drive for myself. I am able to travel with a charge of $15 per half hour. When one of my cats (all indoor) got out by mistake, I did everything to get him back: -Made signs and posted in my neighborhood - got the help of an animal intuitive - walked the woods and my area 3x a day -posted all over facebook including Steve Caporizzo’s lost pet connection. - borrowed a motion camera I could monitor from my phone anywhere. -set up a shelter outside one of my doors with food, blankets and water. The night he came back Tommy was circling my house for an hour and crying for the 3rd night in a row. I sat on the step of the door he initially got out of, talked sweetly to him, he got closer and closer until he threw his body down to the pavement and crawled his way to me. It was amazing how he returned. I had a cat live 20 years and my oldest right now is almost 15. With this 15 year old, I’ve become exceptional with giving special attention, food, grooming and medicine. I trim my cats claws. Thank you! About me: I am a creative type. About: I have tons of personal experience with my own childhood dogs as well as all dogs that I know through my friends, family friends, coworkers etc. whether your dog wants to snooze the day away or walk for miles on end and sniffing everything in sight, I’m happy to offer my time and attention for your fur baby to be 110% taken care of when you’re away. I also fully believe anyone on vacation should be able to enjoy their time away without excessive texts from a sitter—so unless you want extensive updates, I would only contact you if it was absolutely necessary/urgent. If you want daily updates, I’m happy to do so because I know I enjoy some cute pics of my cats snoozing away in the sun on days I go to the office! I work remotely and depending on your needs and distance, I am available for mid day drop ins. If given enough time to plan ahead, I can also be available to work remotely from your home to keep your pets company in your absence. I’m extremely flexible—willing to stay overnight or just do day time visits. I require a scheduled meet & greet beforehand for any service. At this time, I do not offer any services from my own home since I rent and have 4 cats of my own that would definitely not enjoy extra visitors. I’m happy to conduct any services from your home. Again, I always like to schedule a meet & greet beforehand for any service. For home stays, I also prefer 1 emergency contact that lives close by and the address/phone number for the vet your animals see. I’ve lived with dogs my entire life and I’ve had experience with dogs from puppies, to elders, small 5 lb breeds to Great Danes, couch potatoes to super active. I’ve also watched dogs who needed special training or who had special needs (like seizures.) I have no breed or size restrictions. I do walks, drop in visits, boarding, and staying within your home. I do prefer repeat clients over one-off sessions but contact me if you have any questions! I am currently working from home running a small business! So I have open availability for your pet. I do not have my own dog at the moment, so all of my pet-loving energy is going towards yours! With dog walking, I prefer times between 9am and 10pm. I have an apartment in a complex that is incredibly pet friendly, with a fenced in dog park and dog washing station. I try my hardest to make sure that pets are comfortable in my home.
