About: I’ve been helping care for two of my friends dogs for about 6 years. I’ve been trusted me to walk, feed, and occasionally bathe their pets. I’m comfortable with dogs of different sizes and types, and I always do my best to follow their routines. Although I don’t have as much experience caring for cats and I’m always respectful of their space and take care of feeding, litter boxes, and playtime if they’re up for it.. I will do everything I can to make sure your pet is comfortable and happy. I am available all times of the day besides at night when I have soccer practice twice a week, so the pet will be kept on their normal schedule. I am an active person and enjoy taking the pet outside or on a walk if needed.

About: I grew up with two labs of my own and pet-sat frequently for a family friend. I have been walking and sitting/boarding dogs more professionally since February 2020. I work from home Monday through Friday. I am happy to have a companion join me while I work or take care of your pet weeknights and weekends. My boyfriend and I live in a quiet neighborhood in Ballston Spa. Since I work from home, I can be with your pet all day.

About: I've been around animals since I was a kid. I am very comfortable with dogs and cats. I have a dog at home and have dog-sat for friends and family since I was a teenager. Whether it's taking a long walk or cuddling on the couch, I am happy to give your pet whatever they need. I have a dog at home so I am used to going on walks every day and a feeding routine. I've taken her to vet appointments and given her various medications for routine stuff like tick protectant. Over the years, I've helped friends and family take care of pets including walks, dog sitting, baths, and even puppy play dates. I do not offer boarding at my home but I plan to be respectful of both pet owners space as well as your pet's space. No matter where the pet is, whether that's on a walk or in a fenced yard, I will be alert and focused on the safety of your pet.

About: I have always grown up having dogs and love to be around them! I have experience in dog walking and daily pet care such as feeding, cleaning up messes and taking it outside to the bathroom. I am excited to meet your pup! I am a teacher who will be working short hours over the summer. I am available for weekday walks and weekday check ins for your dog. I plan to make sure that I clean any messes that the dog makes within the clients home and that I leave their house the same if not cleaner then how I found it.

About: 20 plus years experienced caretaker. I've rescued, fostered and adopted senior pets, pregnant mamas, puppies and the like. I have experience with walks, overnights, administering meds, wound care and of course snuggles. I work a pretty flexible part time schedule of afternoon and early evening hours a few days a week that allows me to schedule visits as needed to accommodate your pets schedule. However I am instructed to do so by the owner. In my home, I have a fenced in yard, there is also a dog park in the community. I have animal crates if needed. Large and small depending upon what is needed. I also have a silly dog of my own at home as a companion.

About: Hi! I'm a dog-loving teacher who has rescued and adopted many dogs in my lifetime. I have a dog at home: Gracie Lou, a 13 year-old pit-mix. I would love to be able to lend a hand to anyone else who knows the trouble of finding someone to watch the fur-kids when they travel. I usually rescue Seniors, so I understand the unique needs they sometimes have. Additionally, I have been involved with pit bull rescue and have a love and appreciation for the bully breeds. I have lived in Saratoga for 9 years and know all of the dog-friendly and accessible places to visit. If my schedule works for you, let me help! During the summer, I am available for walks during the week and on the weekend. When the fall begins, I have limited evening availability and average availability on the weekends. Occasionally, I am able to take in a dog or two for overnight stays, but generally, I will stay overnight at a client’s home. I will make sure that your dogs are loved and cared for.

About: Hello, my name is Alie and my #1 passion is animals! In search of my calling in life, I have found myself working for a pet grooming salon in my hometown, Milton, NY! I spend my days Tuesday-Saturday bathing, drying, and brushing the neighborhood dogs then go home to love on my own German Shepard/Belgian Malinois mix and Tabby! My weekends are filled with time spent with my family (pets are family!) and my pet sitting clients. I have spent my whole life around dogs and cats, helping to fulfill all of their needs, and have been formally pet-sitting for the public since 2021. Since I was about 12 years old, I have gained experience caring for dogs for friends and family, providing basic care such as feeding and potty breaks. As I grew, my experience expanded to include transportation to and from the vet and groomer, feeding, oral medication administration, ear drops/ointment, eye drops, walking, and (the best part of course) playing! My experience also includes my feline friends, most often multi-cat homes, for regular feeding, oral medication administration, ear ointment, litter box cleaning, and, you guessed it, playing! I currently work at a grooming salon in Milton Tuesday-Saturday, so on those days I am available to love on your pets in the morning before I go to work and in the evening! On Sundays and Mondays, I can come for a visit during the mid-day hours. Your pets safety and comfort are of the utmost importance to me, I take any time necessary to ensure your pet's comfortable with me being inside their home, even if I exceed the typical 30m or 60m visit length! Working at a grooming salon, I have honed my skills with dog body language so I know when your pups are upset. My experience with cats has also taught me when the kitties aren't happy as well! Meet & Greets are a necessary part of the booking process to ensure everyone's safety over the course of a booking. All bookings that include a dog are required to have a one-time complimentary Meet & Greet prior to booking. Dogs are careful about the humans they trust, espcially with their parents gone, so I'd like to make friends with you present! Other bookings that only include cats are not required to have a Meet & Greet prior to booking but you are more than welcome to request one! Any additional Meet & Greets that are requested beyond the initial complimentary Meet & Greet will be booked at the drop-in rate listed on my profile. At the first visit, slow and quiet are the name of the game, I take my time going about their routine so they can get used to me! After my tasks are done, it's my goal to make them as comfy as possible by offering them their favorite toys and treats at their own pace. By the end of the booking, my aim is to be your pets new best friend and your go-to sitter!
