She kept us updated throughout our pup's stay with frequent communication and adorable photos, which gave us great peace of mind. “John was great from the start! I inquired about using him as a last minute weekend sitter. I was in full panic mode because our usual sitter was unavailable due to emergency. John arranged a meet and greet several hours later where he and our dog took to each other instantly. His house is clean and accommodating for a pup, or more! His fenced in backyard is great and the neighborhood he is in is quiet and safe. The very next morning is when we needed him for, so our dog was dropped off bright and early. I got a couple updates a day via messages and every message included at least 3-4 photos and videos. From the start you could tell he was attentive based on the questions he was asking me. We’ve never used Rover before and Luna has never stayed with anyone other than a few family members so it was a first for all of us. We would 10/10 use John again and we hope this review helps others feel at ease with his services!! :)”

She gave my girl a homemade pup cup, sweet potato and rice on her food, and all the snuggles. About: I’ve been the primary care taker of my dog. I have also dog sat multiple times for 4 different dogs, three of which are in the same household. I’m currently working part-time at tacobell, and I’m still in high-school, but for the summer I am mainly working from around 930/10 to about 5/530, this will definitely change when school starts back up though! I would like to work more at other peoples houses due to my own dog being territorial.. I can take the dogs out for walks (Maybe take them on a trail if that’s alright) or I can let them into the backyard if that’s what is preferred. I will also pick up the dog’s poop (I’ll bring my own poop bags and will throw it away in the outside garbage can).

About: I have taken care of dogs my whole life as my family have always owned dogs along with the occasional neighbor going on vacation. I love to go on good long walks with my dogs and I would love to do the same with other pets! My schedule is different from day to day depending on my classes. I have more free time on the weekends but also have several hour break between classes during the week. My house has a big backyard along with walking trails in forested area near by that is great on hot days. I don’t normally like walking next to roads so my favorite is to find secluded trails.

Beginning in 2020, I became a dog foster and have taken care of several different types of dogs while they awaited their forever home. If your pet is staying at my home and really doesn’t like other pets, I could definitely accommodate keeping them separated! I treat my dogs and others as my babies, I’m always letting them out whenever necessary, and making sure to administer any medication properly and on time, I let my personal pets on furniture and beds, but understand if you have rules regarding that and I will be sure to follow those. I have boarded friends dogs at my home before for the past two years, and have cared for both dogs and cats in others homes. I live farther off the road on 31 acres, we have a super large yard, and lots of wooded trails! If I am staying in your home overnights I will need to currently bring along my little senior dog, as he requires medication and supervision from me. He is very well behaved, and is mostly just in my arms being carried the whole time. I’m very flexible, so if you have any questions at all, be sure to reach out to me! I’m currently home full time, so your furbaby will never be left alone and have supervision 24/7! Also, if your pet has a schedule that they’re used, please do let me know so I can continue that! I prefer to take pups out on a leash as my yard is not fenced, however if you feel that your pup would do okay off leash, I can let them off for periods of time. I of course will always be right there with them and supervising! I also have a very large home, so there is plenty of room to play inside as well!

My husband Adam helps me out quite often too, he has grown up with dogs all his life! We are both working from home and have a very flexible schedule! My husband is also here to help most days. Our schedule is flexible to fit your needs with drop off and pickup times. During the day, the dogs hang out and play. For dogs who don’t like to play much, and just want to relax, we have a couch or a separate area for them to be in. Throughout the day we take the dogs out about every hour to go to the bathroom because we keep them hydrated due to their high activity. SAFETY is our priority!!! What makes us different than other Rovers sitters is that we make sure each dog has their own individual food/water bowl so they are NOT sharing. We also vacuum and sanitize our floors with pet safe disinfectant everyday to be sure that we are keeping the area clean and safe! If your dog is crated then we sanitize the crate after every use as well! We have a 6 foot tall fence to prevent any dogs from escaping the yard. We also require all dogs to show PROOF of being up to date on vaccinations!

At the first visit, slow and quiet are the name of the game, I take my time going about their routine so they can get used to me! After my tasks are done, it's my goal to make them as comfy as possible by offering them their favorite toys and treats at their own pace. About: I've worked with horses my whole life, and I've had dogs growing up animals are a big part of my life, they replace my stress with love and fulfill my happiness i can relate to a dog better then i can with a human, animals will always be apart of my life no matter what i am doing, being with dogs is a way for me to be myself my availability is pretty flexible if i can help people that are in need of a dog walker then i am willing to abolish with the request. the AM hours are better for me seeings that i have horses to take care of and then teaching children how to ride later on in the day :) I currently run my own equine facility and I have my own dog and cats that I care for. I love that I can make a difference in the world when it comes to the equine community and I want to do the same for pet owners with dogs and cats. I have a invisible fence in my back yard for my dog , I would listen to what ever the client would need me to do for their pet.

About: I grew up with two labs of my own and pet-sat frequently for family and friends. I have been walking and sitting/boarding dogs since February 2020. I work from home Monday through Friday. About: I’ve had animals since I was a young girl. As a child we had cats. As a young adult I worked for a grooming, daycare, and boarding facility for 16 years. The only reason I stopped working was because of the birth of might twins.I also volunteered for a pet rescue, a pet shelter, and of course owned my own dogs, cats, and hamster. I’m a mom of 7! Some grown , some in college, and my youngest 2 are 9 year old twins. I have plenty of time during the days to walk, spend time, cuddle, and love on your furry family members. My specialty is mid day breaks/walks or check ins while you’re away or have a long day at work. I am aware of the tremendous responsibility it is caring for your pet. I have my own pups and kitties and will give the same love, care, and respect my babies receive.
About: I’ve been surrounded by pets since I was born. I grew up walking, feeding, bathing, and loving my first two dogs—a Chocolate Lab and a giant Weimaraner. Since those two, my pet family expanded to a Yellow Lab, a rescue mutt (Australian Kelpie), a Hound mix, an Australian Shepherd-Pitbull mix, a Great Dane, a Pomeranian, a three-legged rescue dog, three horses, five goats, two pigs, three mini horses, and a cat. Throughout my life, I’ve helped to take care of each and every pet that we’ve had. While it’s not always easy, I love every second of it. I am home from college for the summer (May-August), so I will be very flexible and available to help out you and your pets :) I will always make sure your fur baby is happy, healthy, and comfortable. My boy had a health concern that wasn’t bad enough for her to call me while I was away but was worth mentioning when I picked him up which I can’t even say how much I appreciate. “John was great from the start! I inquired about using him as a last minute weekend sitter. I was in full panic mode because our usual sitter was unavailable due to emergency. John arranged a meet and greet several hours later where he and our dog took to each other instantly. His house is clean and accommodating for a pup, or more! His fenced in backyard is great and the neighborhood he is in is quiet and safe. The very next morning is when we needed him for, so our dog was dropped off bright and early. I got a couple updates a day via messages and every message included at least 3-4 photos and videos. From the start you could tell he was attentive based on the questions he was asking me. We’ve never used Rover before and Luna has never stayed with anyone other than a few family members so it was a first for all of us. We would 10/10 use John again and we hope this review helps others feel at ease with his services!! :)”

“Where do I even begin? Heidi and her family were life savers. I had a different host that I had booked well over a month before my trip, and on the day of drop off I could not get a hold of her. I was in pure panic mode, and I found Heidi. She lives even closer to my home so that was another bonus. I got all the pictures and updates constantly. She treated my fur baby as if she were her own. She gave my girl a homemade pup cup, sweet potato and rice on her food, and all the snuggles.
