“Nancy was very accommodating after we discovered an error with our booking dates/times. We appreciated that very much! Came home to happy cats and dog.”

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 11 years old which has been about 8 years now. I love all kinds of animals, no matter what size or age. I also have experience in doing daily check ups on pets, and overnight stays. I have a lot of flexibility currently, so I am free for a wide array of pet care! I will always be able to prioritize my clients. I will always communicate with my clients whenever I am in their home. If the client desires it, I will not hesitate to send them photos of their pets. I will also always prioritize the needs of my client’s pets, whatever it may be.

“Sara is always very responsible and responsive. Super grateful to have her around - even when we surprised her with adding a week puppy to our stay request. Thank you so much Sara! 10 stars!”

“Was available at the last minute when our regular dogsitter had a medical emergency. Very caring for our dog and took her on long walks. She was happy when we returned.”

About: My professional house and pet sitting journey began in 2021. However, my connection with animals started much earlier, with many beloved pets throughout my childhood. This lifelong experience has given me the skills to provide comprehensive care, including administering medicine to older animals with specific needs. Im currently taking a gap year so that allows me to dedicate specific attention to your pets' needs, providing plenty of playtime, loving care, and ensuring their complete comfort and happiness. My focus is providing in-home pet sitting services. I come to you, allowing your pets to stay happy and relaxed in their own environment and surroundings.

About: I love and have kept dogs of all breeds and ages. I know when to cuddle, discipline, give space and to administer medications when needed. I have a very flexible schedule we both can work with. My work allows me to make my own schedule so I have time to devote to something I love to do. I have two dogs over 10 years old, and I walk a golden pup. I know what’s needed for their best care by communicating with their vet and doing my own research.

“Zach was absolutely wonderful to have as a dog and house sitter. He went above and beyond in commuting from work to take care of our dogs and when we returned home, our house was cleaner than we’d left it. I highly recommend Zach for both pet and house sitting.”

About: Animals have always been a big part of my life. I’ve cared for dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, turkeys, goats, and even more exotic pets in both urban homes and rural off-grid environments. Whether it’s walks, belly rubs, or administering medicine, I treat every animal as a unique being with their own personality and needs. Friends and community members often turn to me for pet care because they know I genuinely love and respect animals as soulful companions. As an entrepreneur with a flexible schedule, I’m available for daytime visits, overnight stays, and extended care. I work remotely and manage my own hours, so I can easily tailor my availability to your pet’s routine—including last-minute needs or irregular schedules. Your pet’s well-being is my top priority. I offer a calm, loving, and secure environment where your animals can feel safe and at ease. I take time to learn your pet’s specific needs, preferences, and routines to make sure they feel comfortable and cared for in your absence. I’m attentive to behavioral cues and quick to adapt to ensure trust is never broken. Whether we’re enjoying outdoor play or snuggling indoors, I create a grounded and peaceful space for them to thrive.

“Amy was a great sitter, she was always on time or early. She had a great connection with my dog. She was a fun energy to have in the home. I highly recommend her. I look forward to working with her again.”

About: I enjoy having a couple dogs with my little dog in our house. We have a sweet little home in downtown Grass Valley and a great yard. We're right next to memorial Park and we go for walks around town. I'm usually at home spendimg most of my time with my fur family. Gardening and neighborhood walks are what we enjoy the most when not traveling. We have a very calm and easy lifestyle. It's just myself and my 13-year-old terrier mix. We enjoy having another dog or two in the house and going for dog walks. We eat healthy as I fix Coco her own pup loaf

“Alex was so amazing staying at the house with my dog! She sent lots of updates and was extremely flexible when my travel plans were delayed and she had to stay an extra night. I will definitely be using Alex again!”

About: I have lived on a ranch in Wyoming most my life, where I learned everything about animals, including animals other than house pets. I have lots of animal medical experiences and know how to handle emergency situations. I have raised and rescued many kittens, dogs, and horses. Taking car and looking after animals is a very big joy in my life and I love doing it. I have a very flexible and free schedule, I usually have 1 class per day around 12:30 Mon-Thurs. I always have Fridays and the weekends free, and am free most afternoons and mornings. I believe in having a good schedule and loving environment is very important with my pets. I tend to spoil mine, they are my biggest and most important responsibility in my life. I always make sure I will be able to care of them and they will be okay throughout the day. Making sure my pets know they are loved gives me joy. I will spend a portion out of my day spending quality time with each of my pets, taking them on walks, playing, or just cuddling.

About: Been a current proud owner of nine goats, four cats and two dogs. I've had experience in the veterinary field, worked with care for livestock and house pets. I am currently available to provide 24/7 pet care, but looking for part-time jobs that will still give me plenty of time to give lots of attention to your pet. We do lots of walks around our neighborhood with our young malinois/shepherd mix and five year old cockapoo. With our high energy pup we have an open yard that we will run/play fetch with her. She would be the main outside play buddy.

“Natalie was an awesome & thoughtful caretaker of my sweet Ollie Polly & home. As a farrier, I imagine she's great with all kinds of animals (my dog is pretty shy) and she left my space tidy. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a reliable sitter. Really grateful I was able to connect with her last minute and go on my trip!”

About: I had a pug for 17 years (senior) and she was my best friend. I will always care for your pet as if they were family. I have a flexible job so I can care for pets around my schedule. I can come after work or on my days off. Thanks! I would prefer to care for your pets in your home. There they are comfortable and familiar and safe in their space. I won't be taking any pets to my home at this time.

About: Keeping your pets happy and healthy at home while you’re away on vacation or work trips. If you aren’t keen on boarding your dog and they seem happier at home then I’ll a good fit. The care I provide is loving, hyper aware and fun! I’m free weekdays and weekends morning, and night. I’m available to give walks in the morning and night. Feeding times preferred are 7:30am and 5:30-6:00pm I offer overnight stays for long or short visits in the clients home. I’m clean and tidy and will always clean up after myself. Sleeping arrangements are important to me as well. Always love a good nights sleep and don’t mind your doggie sleeping in bed with me.

“Nyx, our exuberant black lab, had a great time with Jessica. She was able to run in the open space at her house and had walks. Our cat was snuggly upon our return, and was also well taken care of while we were gone. We will have her take care of our pets again.”

“Cynthia was a wonderful house sitter and took extremely good care of our home and animals. We were so happy to have found her and would absolutely let her watch our home and animals again.”

“We recommend Avalon and will be requesting to book her for any future pet sitting needs. She is a great communicator, our pets loved her, and our house was in great shape when we returned. She let us know when she arrived at the house and sent us pics of our pets. While we were gone our cat got into a bag of dog treats I left out and Avalon let us know right away and checking in to see if any action was needed.”

“Paola was great with my husky, Athena. I thought she'd miss me while I was away but Paola had won her heart:) She was really good about sending me pictures during my trip and communicating as needed.”

“Anytime we are planning to travel we reach out to Marsha before making any plans because our 10 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel loves being at her house. This is a dog who is pretty nervous and is used to being with us all the time since we work from home. We call it going to "camp" and Marsha is the only person we trust to treat her with as much love and care as we do... and give her even more walks than she usually gets! Don't hesitate, Marsha's the best.”
