Jordan was nothing short of phenomenal! I work from home and Archie is used to me being home a lot so Jordan shifted his schedule around to make sure that he was able to stay at my home as much as possible. He was super communicative throughout his entire stay, constantly kept me in the loop of things, and gave me lots of updates. Another thing I really appreciated was how punctual he was! I've had my challenges with the dogs so for someone to come in a take over for a week seemed a little daunting however Yolanda came through with 5 stars... I have no doubt the dogs were well taken care of as all instructions left were meticulously followed and the dogs were definitely well cared for not to mention the house was cleaner then I left it. Excellent cat sitter! She has her own kitty so she knows what the kitties like. They were happy and not at all stressed out when I came home. Raina left me home looking cleaner than I left it. The kitties definitely would love her to come back and play with them.
I adopted my large breed dog from the shelter, after he had lost his home of 7 years due to no fault of his. I had been told he howled all the first night in the shelter. When it was time for us to go out of town, I did a test board at a small boarder, thinking it would be less traumatic than a regular kennel, but he had a full-scale panic attack. The boarder suggested a home sitter. The first person we interviewed for a home sitter didn't work out, not a good match. What interested me in Caja was her experience in behavioral techniques, which I had found worked really well with our dog in helping him be calm and relaxed. After meeting Caja, our dog loved her. He behaved as if she were our daughter, who is away at college. Calm, in charge, playful, everything he loves. Caja took excellent care of our dog and cat, and we were so happy our dog was relaxed in his own home. I also found Caja receptive to hearing what behavioral techniques we used, and in reviewing the Halti collar we use with our dog. I will call Caja first whenever we next need a house sitter. We totally trust her with our house and pets. It was very easy to keep in touch with texting for status checks.
Natalie was prompt, professional, and warm with our two dogs. She sent us pictures of them along with some check ins. She went above and beyond to take great care of them and we especially appreciated the sweet note she left us after her stay. We will definitely use her again and heartily recommend her!
Cydney was amazing! Right away on coming in the dog settled right in to being comfortable with her and calming down from there somebody’s at the door alert. She was both attentive to the request and instruction we left and also shared her knowledge about Dogs as well, understanding even different tendencies of different breeds… Which is really helpful since we had one 80 pound rescue who’s ancestors are guard dogs and 8 pound little dog as well. She really gave all of her attention during the weekend to the dogs and their needs. I’m looking forward to having her come again.
Ashley was communicative and quickly responsive as well as proactive about reaching out to us while she stayed with our pets. Despite a power outage and brief illness, she took amazing care of our dogs, and they fell totally in love with her. I highly recommend her for anyone who wants peace of mind abt their pets while they travel.
We desperately needed a dog sitter at the last minute, and I’ve never had a dog in my life so I had absolutely no idea who to turn to. We needed someone to watch our dog while we were in church, but everybody we know goes to church! So there was nobody we could ask to look after the puppy. Brie was amazing. Our puppy took to her right away, and she knew exactly how to meet the needs of a young puppy. We checked in on a regular basis on the camera, we’re very pleased with all that we saw.
