About: I have had a dog for 40 years, in addition to other pets. I love all animals (more than most people 😊) and I love spending time with them. In addition to owning pets, I have also volunteered for dog rescues. I have cared for friends’ animals as if they were my own. Currently, I am not working for the summer and have a very flexible schedule. I can carve out chunks of time to spend with animals to give them attention, food, and exercise. I will continue caring for animals in the same way that owners do in their household, following all rules, routines, and expectations. I am an active person and happy to take a dog for a walk or a run.

About: My family grew up with dogs and cats; the animals are treated as family. Pet sitting (and baby sitting) were part of the routine from early on. My Consulting work is done remotely, which makes my schedule flexible for Rover assignments, and, additionally leaves ample Time for getting out on the trails with tails. I enjoy being out-of-doors, and hope that some time outside is part of your furriends’ daily care plan. I believe in sticking to the schedule that clients have established with their animals for meals, toileting, play time and quiet rest.

About: My name is Amelia and I am in college studying animal sciences. I have experience with dogs walking, cat and fish care, and would love to help you and your pets out in any way I can! I’m currently a full time student, so I can pop in and out mid morning and in between classes throughout the week. I will make sure the animal gets a good chunk of my time and attention and will make sure not to rush them. It’s important the animal is safe and stimulated while I am with them. If I am dropping in to feed or take care of your pet I will ensure a clean environment and that they are enriched until a caretaker returns. If I am taking your pet on a walk I will cater to the dogs temperament and endurance. The pet’s experience (and their bathroom/food needs) is optimized.

About: I love to go on adventures with dogs. I have been around friends and families dogs my whole life. I have done dog walks and potty breaks. I work 4 days a week and would love to help other families out with dog walking or potty breaks. I am looking for something for after work and on my days off. I will show up on time, complete the task as efficiently as possible. I love to play with animal so toys are always with me. I will always clean up any mess I make.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats all throughout my childhood and have taken care of a couple dogs full time over the years. I am experienced mostly with dogs but I am familiar with cat care. I work nights in the Burlington area so I can work around most schedules and prefer afternoon work for walking. If you need house visits I can work with you on a good schedule. I will follow your directions to a T and will transport animals as needed for walks/hikes. I will treat them as my own as I don’t have any pets and miss having animals around.

About: I have a fenced in yard and 2 friendly dogs. I live in a quiet neighborhood nice for walking and exercising the dogs. I was a dogsled guide so have experience with a lot of dogs with different personalities. I’m self-employed and work from home, so I’m with my two huskies all day, with constant indoor/outdoor time and regular neighborhood walks. I have a fenced in yard and 2 friendly dogs. I live in a quiet neighborhood very friendly for walking dogs and exercising the dogs.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life and absolutely adore them. Taking them on walks, playtime, feeding, and administering medications are just some of the skills I have learned through having dogs. I would love to take dogs on walks and doing check in’s throughout the day! I am currently taking a semester off from college at the University of Vermont so I have lots of free time to spend with adorable animals! I have my own cat so caring for pets in my home wouldn’t work but I do have access to a car and can drive wherever to walk, feed, and play with your animal! I believe that animals are the purest souls on earth and therefore I would care for them with the utmost care and respect.

About: I’ve been around both dogs and cats my entire life , personally owned both for 5 years now. Back in CO I house sat and watched dogs frequently and loved it , now I work at a Canine daycare and Training facility in Plattsburgh Tuesday-Friday. Brings me joy everyday to help people take care of their fur babies ❤️ I work Tuesday through Thursday throughout the day but have a lengthy lunch break that I can leave and assist others with their pets , Friday I have a half day so Im available all afternoon. Saturday- Monday I’m available for overnight boarding and checkins ( walks , feeding , etc ) . Let me care for your fur baby while you’re away ! I have a large yard with one well behaved girl dog and two cats, I can provide a run line if wanted or just frequent leashed walks if that’s preferred . There are plenty of toys and outdoor shade , as well as a baby pool for cooling off in summer . I have a XXL crate so I can crate your animals if wanted/necessary , and a “Pet room” where they can sleep on the bed or chair as they desire.

I also have experience with reactive dogs, as my girl Olive is still finding her confidence as a previous stray and working on her leash reactivity!
