“Cheryl is wonderful!! She came for a visit to meet our kitty and hear care instructions ahead of our trip which was awesome. She has a really calm, loving energy which our cat seemed to enjoy because when we came back he was a happy boy and had clearly been well taken care of. Thank you so much Cheryl we will absolutely be in touch again!”

Susan B.
“A long overdue review for Susan for all her care and attention to detail to take care of our two senior dogs while we were away for a family re-union outside the country. I am ever grateful and couldn’t be happier for everything Susan did. She was flexible to accommodate a super last minute request, prompt, reliable, and importantly taking excellent care of our dogs while we were away. Right from the beginning when our dogs met with Susan, we knew they would be in good hands. She took the time to get to know the dogs and their routines, and even sent me daily updates and photos to keep me informed of how they were doing. Susan was also incredibly responsible and respectful when it came to the care of our home. She kept everything clean and tidy, and I returned home to fresh flowers arranged in a beautiful vase. I would highly recommend Susan to anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy house sitter. She truly went above and beyond to make sure our dogs were happy and healthy, and I couldn't be more grateful for all her help. Thank you forever Susan <heart>”

Teagan R.
“Teagan has been awesome at helping watch my dogs. My brother and I have 4 dogs between us (none less than 60lbs) and she has watched all of them at the same time, being willing to go the extra mile and stop in any time or even when she thought it was only going to be two dogs. She is also very good with being able to handle the dogs on walks! My dogs love when she is there and they seem to have a great time with full tail wags :) I’ve never had any issues with her service or pet health concerns while she has been taking care of my pups! 5 stars hands down, highly recommended if you need someone to watch or walk your dogs!!”

Mikayla B.

“Our 3 cats, two dogs and rabbit were well loved and cared for. Mikayla sent daily pictures and even walked the dogs daily. Every pet was calm when we arrived home after our long weekend. Very nice experience for them.”

About: I have been professionally offering training and behavior services for over 18 years. My first internship out of college was working in animal rescue and it was there I found my passion for behavior work. I served as District Manager of Training and Boarding for a nationally recognized training program after completing several internships, managing 27 training facilities and daycare facilities where I helped shape the program to use effective, science based methods of training. I have worked on national level projects partnering with Human Animal Support Services and Maddie's Fund working on redefining canine bite scales and forensics, improved behavior protocols for sheltered behavior animals, redefining enrichment and training protocol standards of care and developing effective behavior monitoring methods for behavior, managed medically and through training. Other projects include behavior case study, study design and research on shelter animal engagement and in-kennel behavior, in-shelter testing behavior protocols for dogs and cats and behavior support services. I am a Knowledge Assessed Certified Trainer with the Certification Counsel of Professional Dog Trainers, a professional member of the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants, an FSDS Service Dog Trainer and Evaluator, a certified Fear-Free Professional and is currently enrolled for my CBCC certification in the spring, one of the most advanced animal behavior certifications that can be earned in my field. Our property is a fully fenced, 3+ acre property with multiple play yards and separate fenced areas! Dogs are never left unsupervised both inside and outside the property. The resident cat is always kept separately. For home visits, I am happy to care for additional pets such as chickens, livestock and look after the garden. I work as a behavior specialist from home so I have open availability. Your pet is my priority and will receive training, enrichment and scheduled activities throughout the day in addition to playtime. Enrichment includes lickymats, kongs, puzzle toys, activity mats (snuffle mats), nosework games and more! Speciality overnight care with dog training and Behavior Modification services included. Unlike traditional board and train programs, we offer services in your own home where your pet feels most comfortable and safe. For board and train programs, we only care for one client at a time, and never split our time between multiple pets, ensuring you get exclusive, fully attentive care. We specialize in special needs pets including separation related problem behaviors such as clinical separation anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, fearful and shy animals and aggressive animals including those with previous bite histories. We strive for accessible, affordable care never charge extra based on the behavioral or medical needs of your dog.

Cypress P.

“Cypress is the absolute best! She is extremely accommodating and understanding, and will work with you to keep your pet happy and healthy in your absence. I completely trust Cypress with our pet in her own home or ours. She has earned that trust by being totally amazing every time I have needed her, and very respectful of our rules and requests. You will not be sorry if you choose Cypress to care for your animals. Cypress -- you are my hero! Thank you!”

About: I've had dogs & the occasional cat all my life and miss having their presence. I've been caring for my niece's three dogs when she travels, so I decided to join Rover to be able to spend more time with animals and earn extra money in retirement. I'm currently retired and have a flexible schedule, interrupted by the occasional golf game. I'm free any day of the week and available for short and long term care. Until recently I've always had a dog. I'm a retired ICU/ER nurse with the ability to provide a caring environment for your pet. I'm fully vaccinated.

About: Confide in someone with experience and knowledge. [Over] a decade worth of fostering, voulenteer work, and sitting for friends and family. Now at 22, I’m ready to bring my skills to a professional field to support my digital nomadic funds when I’m home to recoup some cash. Growing up around all sorts of situations with animals, I’m trained for any challenges your pet might be facing. I have dealt with dogs that range all sorts of “issues”. These may include: physical (sickness or disability), mental (former abuse, old age, is illness), or even just dietary. Your pet will be happy to feel a part of a pack and won’t have time to be sad about your departures! Also down to keep your pup company at their own cozy house! My job is remote and web based so my scheduele is as flexible as can be. Living where we are to be blessed with so much sun, makes it even easier. I treat the pets firstly as family and secondly as a patient. I'm mostly in this service to provide a reliable option to people thats pets may have special accomodations than most pets. My top priority is comfort, but of course, any special steps needs to meet those accomodations would then take place. (Example: meditations, arthritis, blind / deaf, etc.)

Erin V.

“Erin was so great! Adjusted to the time we needed. Fed, played, and made sure our pups went potty before she left. Sent pics and looked like our fur babies were so happy to see her. So glad we had her stop by! Thank you, Erin!”
