About: Aloha! I want to help you and your family member (dog/pets) feel less stressed about being away from each other! I noticed that every time I used a kennel service for our fur baby, our dog would get so scared, sick, stress shed, nervous/anxiety, she would not eat, different times she caught kennel cough (which meant more vet bills), and our dog was definitely unhappy with the small kennel space surrounded by other upset loud barking pups/dogs/animals! I believe I can help your dog/pet feel loved, safe, comfortable, fed, clean, exercised, washed (optional), fun/waggy tails, like our family when you are away. My name is Michelle. I love animals! We have a small dog, bunny and fish! I used to volunteer at SPCA and Paw-sitive (Non profit, walk, groom, and feed stray dogs until they got adopted). I have housesit/housesat and dogsit/catsit/ bird and turtles-sat for friends and was suggested to extend my love on ROVER! (Side note: My husband goes to work during the day.I recently changed our schedule to homeschooling my 3 yr old. My 2 kids are used to me caring, playing, and walking other dogs. They loves animals as well. We all have experience caring for animals, see pictures). I have went out of the way to teach , show and guide my children to be gentle, slow approaching/no sudden movements, no chasing, be responsible, ask before petting, and to be aware around animals. I want to help other families feel comfortable and confident to leave their pet with me. We have our Covid shots and boosters. I am home everyday (except 3-4hours out of the house now and then for groceries , gym, or friends farm, or kids play dates). I keep my distance from crowds, we sanitize, and wash our hands frequently. I clean the house and wipe everything all the time. We got a new Hoover carpet wash, and our dog is up to date with shots! Your pet is safe and will be treated like royalty, pampered, loved like our pup/family! I will text or email you pictures and FaceTime your dog/pet too, if you like. Your dog/cat/pet is unique and special to you so I will do my best to help. I have owned dogs most my life (had my first pup with the responsibilities at 6 years old, and owned/fostered animals on and off for about 34 years) …cared for puppies, adults and senior dogs such as pit bulls, Pekingese, Shih Tzu , mini pincher Dobermans ,then fostered a German Shepard, a black pup Labradors, also taken cared of a Golden Retrievers, a Pitbull, poodles, bulldogs, Soft- wheat Terriers, birds, hamsters, turtles, a class pet guinea pig, and cared for friends cats too (see photos). (Yes, I have a small dog but our house is big enough to have another dog/cat/pet around . I can gate, and keep my dog separate if need) Your pet will be taken out for a run or walk at least 4x a day (usually 4-9 times with pictures)! Schedule: I take your/our dog out first thing in the morning, break, lunch, then around 3-4pm, around/after dinner time, and right before bedtime too ( update you with photos)! I will spend time with your dog/cat/pet. I will sit with, read to, massage, clean, comb, feed and pet (constantly check on, if they don’t want to be disturbed)! Even while I read to my kids, homeschool or while we watch tv at night. And my dog will be gated, separated, away from your dog/pet when we are out and when requested. I left my 911 emergency call taking position to be a stay at home mother. I would love to care for, walk, play, cuddle with your dog and take your dog to the park with us too ! *** ONLY DOGS UNDER 35lbs at this time. Thank you*** I have a lot of room, space, toys, pillows, blankets for your pup/dog/cat/pet (separated away from our dog), open concept spacious house, and animal-friendly neighborhood. I live in a cul-de-sac with extremely caring sweet neighbors that know me/us. Several families around us have animals of their own and I know most dogs have been trained or gone thru training as well as ours. I will text or email you pictures and FaceTime your dog/pet too if you like. Your dog/pet is unique and special to you so I will do my best to help. I will keep your dog/pet on a leash every time we go outside, so they don't go missing or let other dogs bother them ***Off leash free to run roam inside the house ***! Our dog is up to date with all shots, vet visits, and takes medication for tick/flee, heart worms. We give our dog a shower once every other week and when she gets muddy. I can help clean your dog/pet too, let us know!

About: I have experience with a variety of animals from dogs and cats to horses, birds, and reptiles. These have been my own pets or others' pets. I've helped with puppy care and senior dog care. I am a mental health therapist. I have my own private practice, so I have great flexibility. I don't work on Saturday or Sunday. Those days I am open. I have a fenced in backyard for my 2 dogs. Inside the house they have plenty of space to roam, play and relax. They get walks and see their favorite vet when needed.

About: My neighbors, family, and friends always come to me when they are in need of someone to take care of their pet! I have experience with dogs of all ages and all sizes, which leaves me experienced for most pets, nor am I afraid of any breed! College is out for the summer, so I currently only have my part time job at a farm which leaves me with plenty of extra time for your pets! About: I owned and loved my own AKC Standard Poodle when I was younger for her entire life. I have cared for various cats, a few Iguanas and many dogs. About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals over the years (including cattle, horses, pigs, goats). I’ve worked as a vet tech and in a rescue that had 70+ animals, many with health issues. I have a keen eye for things that are “off” in pets. I have post-op care experience for my own cat that was born with a severe congenital condition and I slept on my bathroom floor for a month so he wasn’t alone. I’ve taken care of neonatal kittens and have experience tube feeding. I have lots of experience popping pills down throats with easy-spicy pets. I only work part time during the week so I have a lot of time to care for pets year round. I am also available on weekends. I currently own 10 rescues (9 cats, 1 dog), most have health issues and are prescription food and medications so I know the importance of them! I have several litterboxes around my house and basement which are cleaned twice a day. The dog goes for a walk every 2 hours. My animals are fed twice a day and get fresh water twice a day. I’m at the vet frequently with my most recent fur baby due to his congenital condition. I am always willing to take any animal to the vet!

About: I’ve owned cats and dogs over the years. My family raised kittens for years when I was in high-school. I also had a dog of my own for 15 years. I’m always the first to volunteer to care for friends and family members pets when they are out of town or need extra help walking them during the work week. I am currently pet free and miss having furry friends around! I work evenings so I have plenty of time during the day to walk pets and take them on adventures! I’m happy to house sit or keep pets overnight as well, as long as they can be left for 4-6 hours in the evening! Your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine are always my top priorities. I have a dog park at my apartment complex, and take lots of daily walks as well. In your home, I make every effort to keep your pet on their normal schedule, including feeding, walks, playtime, medications (if needed), and plenty of affection. My 14-year-old son is gentle, respectful of animals, and has grown up around both dogs and cats, but all pet care and responsibility is handled by me.

About: I have been taking care of pets for 10 years now. My passion for animals boosted in 2013 when I started helping a nonprofit animal rescue. Since then I have fostered animals, became a pet sitter for past fosters and worked in animal care. Please not that I do NOT make as much as you pay, rover app takes a good chunk out of what you pay. Graituity and tips are highly encouraged if you want quality care and repeat stays/ watches. ) My rule of thumb: I aim to make about $75-$125/ day for house sitting and animal care. I am to make about $25/ hour so that would require me to spend about 4-5 hours on ruotine pet car (walks, feeding, taking out, medicine, adventures + household chores ect.) I have to factor in gas money, taxes, and rover fees so please consider that when booking. I am willing to go the extra mie and make your dog's stay a vacation and spend all day with them, I just expect to be fault comensated. Some dogs (+multiple dogs, cats ect.) require lots more attention than others. I find it very hard to work full time and pet/ house sit. As I am trying to move away from my other job and pet sit closer to full-time. I love animals but they are lots of work, as we know! Please be curtious and respectful of my time and love I show your pets. I am currently working part-time as a rideshare driver and am part-time student in grad school to get my masters in psychology. And back living at my parents house with a big yard in the basement to play in. When I am pet sitting I revolve my life around the needs of the pet and adapt my schedule to their potty breaks and eating habits. Like I said, I'm flexible and easygoing and luckily don't have too much on .y plate right now besides studying and private rides mostly at night! I have backup as well with my cousin who lives with me. Leashes all the time if they could get away or in public. I have a stand outside with a long leash for extended outside time but am usually just side-by-side the pet most of the time so they are in good eyes. Clean environment, no drugs, no partying, no garbage laying around. (I live with my parents currently in Montgomery, OH and they are on board as well as they love pets too!)

Love all animals and have experience in handling, interpretation, giving medicine from vets, animal care and cleanliness, and bonding with your pets! Currently I am in my last semester at UC while also holding down a service job. Typically, Tues/Thurs are days I am gaurenteed not to work, due to class, but on days I do they are around 4 hour shifts in the evening. Sundays I work until close, so that will be my only 6+ hour shift. Mondays, however, I work a double, but get time in between shifts where I can check on your animal! Experience with crating animals, feeding them, medicine administration, and play time! I like to give animals my full attention and feel as if I can read body language well to know comfort levels of the pet. I like to stay with them as long as my schedule allows, as if no one really left them home alone!

About: I worked at a boarding pet care store for over 2 years in high school. Where I took care of dogs of all ages and sizes as well as working up front where I gained tons of knowledge about animals. I currently have not much to do since I’m on winter break for college and have no other major responsibilities or vacations. I also can always stay the night if needed.
