Then worked for another 3 years at a doggy daycare, interacting and monitoring dogs or caring for the ones that were boarding. I’m currently a stay at home mom. About: Hi! I’m Heather — a stay-at-home foster mom, runner, dog lover, and experienced foster/service dog handler based in Batavia, Ohio. After years in corporate recruiting, I’m finally leaning into a life that feels a little more like me — being home with our foster son, spending more time with dogs, being outside, going on walks, and building something slower and more meaningful here in Ohio. Dogs have always been a huge part of my life. I’ve helped foster and raise more than 50 dogs over the years, including service dogs in training, and I’m also a certified volunteer through the Clermont County Animal Shelter where I walk dogs, take dogs on day trips, and foster here in Ohio. About: Worked as a vet assistant for 3 years at a vet office, medically caring for pets and assisting in surgery’s. Then worked for another 3 years at a doggy daycare, interacting and monitoring dogs or caring for the ones that were boarding. I’m currently a stay at home mom.
