About: I have worked in doggy daycare and boarding, I have experience in in-home pet sitting, as well as volunteering with the humane society. My experience has been with large and small breeds. I currently work full time for the school district, I have the ability to take care of your babies early morning, and then after 2 pm. I am available on weekends and holidays, spring break, and summer. Your babies are top priority during sitting or playtime. In home visiting always consist of being given food, water, and any meds that may be required, as well and playing with and loved. Whatever your dogs needs may be.

âKimberlee did a great job with my dogs while I was away! I had to find a last minute dog sitter and Kimberlee responded quick and was able to let them out to use the restroom and potty! I highly recommend booking her and will be booking her in the future!â

âThank you so much for taking such great care of my fur babies while I was out of town! All the cats are perfectly calm and happy to see me and no one is giving me the cold shoulder so I know they were well loved while I was gone! Thank you!!!!!â
âShe was great! Gave us detailed updates each visit and took great care of our dog for 3 days. Made sure he played outside and even cleaned his paws so he didnât track mud in the house. Definitely recommendâ

âStacey is AMAZING!! My dogs love her, and she is so personable. I get the best pictures of my babies while Iâm away and I never ever worry about them. She communicates often and I feel completely at ease with her taking care of my fur kids.â
âMiranda is awesome! My German shepherd puppy is vary wary of new people, and he was best friends with her after the first day. She's made sure he's well exercised, fed, and happy. She is very good about communicating and sending pictures/videos of my dog whenever she visits so I can see how he's doing. She's got a lot of experience so she's been able to give me some pointers/tips that have really helped out.â

About: Me and my wife Anna love animals - we both grew up with several dogs, and we currently have chickens :) Weâre very active and would love to have your pet join either me or Anna for walks, hikes, or a game of fetch! Our schedules are flexible, and at least one of us would always be available whenever you need our services. Another great thing about choosing us is that we donât currently have any pets in the house. If youâre looking for a peaceful temporary home for your pet where they will get plenty of individual attention, weâd be a great fit! We are very flexible and can fit you in at any time! Though it's worth mentioning that we go to bed quite early, so the latest walk we could schedule would be around 5-6pm. We really think the key to a happy pet is just going with their natural rhythm. If theyâve got energy and want to play, great - walks, toys, all the fun stuff! If theyâre resting in a sunny spot and just want to relax, thatâs cool too. And of course, we always listen to the owners; you know your pet better than anyone, and we follow your lead :)
âKatie was patient and understanding as we worked through Rover's payment system SNAFUs. She communicated wonderfully and kept to all my requests in taking care of my three cats during their drop-in visits. Would most definitely recommend! :)â

âLexi has helped us with our dogs on multiple occasions and she is always amazing. She communicates if there is a concern, she cleans up if the dogs make a mess, and she is very reliable. We are so grateful for her! Definitely recommend!â

âRenee was so good with my cat. She went above and beyond in every area. She updated us regularly and made sure that our cat was well-cared for and happy. Renee is a terrific person and will be my go-to sitter when I need someone to take care of our pet in the future. I highly suggest that you consider contacting her if you are in need of pet-sitting services. Garfield will see you again soon, Renee!!!!â

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Gold Creek. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
