“Autumn stayed with my three dogs for a week while I was away. She was so great with them! She handled my old dog and my reactive little dog so well. I appreciate how much time she spent with them! Other sitters I’ve used just pop in for meals and leave, then come back close to midnight, only to sleep and take off again in the morning. Autumn actually spent time with them. I always worry about the old guy falling…and the reactive one is a handful…absolutely no worries with her here! Another review noted how clean she was - and they were right - you’d never know she was here…not that I would have minded a mess, as my 3 dogs are a handful and she was so great with them. Best River experience ever, and I’ve had several.”

“Candace has been a true savior for us with lots of travel and a home renovation project underway all happening at once. She stepped in and took care our our two dogs and our house, letting contractors in and locking up after they left for the day. Her confident and friendly presence enabled us to continue work on our project while we were away and avoid delays. We truly appreciated Candace's presence at the house while we were away and knew everything was being taken care of, including our two dogs who bonded with her right away. We have hired Candace twice now and will continue to do so in the future. She is wonderful. Book her early as she is in high demand!”

“Brooke was great! She left a happy pet and a clean house. She was also very helpful with a delivery that came while I was away. I would absolutely book with her again”

“Arman was great with our two pups! Since it was a longer trip he walked them for us as well as staying at the house which was huge since they are both very active and need time outside every day. Quick to respond and took good care of the house too. Will definitely book again.”

“Brigit was AWESOME! Got photos and updates every day, house was left perfect, and I felt my furries were well card for, my house was safe, and Brigit did everything asked. I was nervous on the frontside, as I've had bad sitters before. Not anymore! I will use Brigit every time-if she is available! Thank you Brigit!”

“As usual, Alexus did a fantastic job sitting for my dogs for a few days. She really goes above and beyond and it’s clear my girls absolutely love her!”

“We thought Hoss did a terrific job. She was communicative, professional, and very loving to our two cats, who we like to describe as being needy. She sent us photos, kept us updated, and took care of the house. We couldn’t be happier.”

“Grace was available last minute for pet sitting in my house, and was very accommodating for my open-ended return. She sent pictures and good updates daily. The house looked great when I returned and my dog was very relaxed - I could tell she had enjoyed her stay with Grace and that Grace had treated her very well. I can recommend Grace for your peace of mind while you are away.”

“Kaylin is an outstanding house sitter. She took care of Tigger (cat) for 2 weeks and did a super job and sent pictures everyday and left the house spotless. We will definitely be using her again.”

“Scott was caring and reliable in taking care of our dog and our house. He gave her lots of exercise and was careful to avoid other dogs and sent us pictures. He clearly has a lot of experience and carefully followed our directions. He’s a gem!”

About: I’ve taken care of animals all of my life. My first pets were an albino hamster named Winston & my sweet Chow Chow, Sugarbear! I rescued a Golden Retriever named Bonita. She was the love of my life from 15, through college :) We kept one of her puppies, Tanner, who was special needs, missing a paw and some toes…he could always depend on me to take care of him. I’m comfortable and confident with dogs of any size. I always have some good treats on-hand :) I rescued my Shepard/Husky, CoCo from AH in 2021. She was 5, now going on 10. Now…I’m ready to take care of your furry family with the same care and level of professionalism. I’d love to get to know your fur baby! I am Patient and Kind, Affable & Excited. I’ll follow any and all instructions you have for your dog or cat, or both! I can’t wait to meet you and your fur babies, book me today :) I’m currently working 40 hours, M-F. I’m coming up on 5 years at my current job. I also volunteer weekdays & weekends with a local animal non-profit shelter. I’ve been doing this since 2021. I’ve logged hundreds of hours walking dogs, reading to cats and taking care of animals in need. I am an Advance Dog Walker, meaning I know how to walk hard-to-handle dogs. I am doing Rover after work and Friday/Saturdays for house sitting. I can walk Monday-Friday & am also available for drop-ins as well. I have a rescue dog at home. Her name is Coco. She’s 85 pounds of pure joy. I got her when she was five, she’s going to be 10 this May 16th. Coco requires a daily pill and a topical cream. Both administered by me. I have to pill her, but, I’ve gotten really good at making it quick and painless for both of us and I can do the same for your dog, if needed. Coco gets regular exercise. I do work but she’s a rockstar at home. She gets plenty of treats and a big daily dose of love! I’ll take care of your pets with that same level of care, love and attention to detail. Keeping a calm environment is paramount to successful care. I’ll keep you updated on your pet when they’re in my care with photos. I’m able to walk your doggo, drop-in or even house sit, so let’s meet up and get your dog or cat in good hands.

Glenwood Hills pet parents share their Rover experiences
Armen was great with Dewey! Armen communicated well in advance, asked great questions during our meet-up and took really great care of Dewey while we were gone. He was very respectful of our home and followed the instructions perfectly. We wouldn't hesitate to book with Armen again.

Grace was available last minute for pet sitting in my house, and was very accommodating for my open-ended return. She sent pictures and good updates daily. The house looked great when I returned and my dog was very relaxed - I could tell she had enjoyed her stay with Grace and that Grace had treated her very well. I can recommend Grace for your peace of mind while you are away.

CK did a great job with my four legged kids! Our flight from Dallas was delayed for over an hour, which put us home at 11:30 pm. CK put the dogs to bed and was there when we came home. She sent pictures of my pets when we were gone. We tipped her cash for the extra time. We would gladly use her again.

Yet again, Autumn went above and beyond in taking care of my beloved cat, Zayda. She sent awesome pictures that showed how well they were getting along, and stayed an extra night when I had to change my travel plans. I trust Autumn completely with my animals, and my animals are my life. I know that she loves my fur kids, too. Very grateful to have found her!

This is my second time having Aislyn take care of my animals and couldn’t recommend them more. Every one of my requests was followed and the dogs and cat were happy and healthy when I got home. Aislyn made me feel super comfortable since this was the longest I’d be away in nearly 10 years. When a flight snafu caused me to need to extend care for another 24 hours, Aislyn was super flexible and quick to reply so I could focus on the stressful travel changes. If I ever go out of town again, I wouldn’t care to use anyone else!

Candace took wonderful care of our dogs over Christmas! She was attentive, reliable, and handled everything with ease, including one of our dogs who requires a little extra patience. Coming home to happy dogs and a clean house was such a relief. We were very impressed and are excited to have found someone we can rely on for our future petsitting needs. We would not hesitate to use Candace again!
