About: My name is Katie. I’m a full time dog groomer and have a lot of experience working with pets. I have been around dogs since the day I was born, never without one in my life. I grew up with two gentle giants, my parents Bouviers, Bear and Irving. I have since adopted my own dog, Sheba, a rescue from the humane society of New Mexico. I love dogs, as well as cats, and I cannot imagine my life without them. I do not offer any grooming services through Rover, but I’d be happy to set up appointments at my place of work! I look forward to hearing from you! I work four days per week, 8 hour shifts. As far as boarding, your pet will be free to roam my home while I am at work. If you prefer I kennel them, I am happy to do that as well. I will never leave my dog or any dog I am sitting alone for longer than 8 and a half hours, but they would be alone for the day while I work. For this reason, I cannot accept puppies that are currently being potty trained and I cannot accept dogs that cannot be left alone unless we discuss this prior to the booking. I have a home and can offer multiple walks per day. I do not have a yard but can ensure that each dog spends plenty of time outside.

“Holly and Robert were amazing. Kenzie had some trouble interacting with other dogs before but they have amazing dog skills to help her to work and have fun with the other dogs. They did great and Kenzie came home happy and healthy. Way better than some sterile kennel. I am so happy Kenzie found a home away from home.”

“I will definitely be having Tina stay with Holly and Andrew again. You can tell they are very comfortable with all sorts of dogs as well as boarding. Tina is a smaller mini pinscher with a big attitude, she is a Houdini and was worried about leaving her for a whole week as she has run away before and sometimes is anxious about making friends with new dogs as well as new people. But— Holly and Andrew were so good with her from the get go and sent me pictures every day while I was on vacation, so I felt at ease. They also kept her separate as much as she needed from other dogs although I can tell she had a lot of fun and built a lot of confidence from making new friends this week. We plan on having her come back in the future for even smaller patches of time as possible for her to socialize or future vacation trips given the trust I now have in Holly and Andrew.”
