“Autumn has watched my dog and cat several times, and takes such good care of them. I know that my furry kids are in great hands with her. My dog Evan has severe separation anxiety, but Autumn gives him so much love that he is able to work through it. For this past booking, I had some scheduling changes and asked Autumn at the last minute if she could stay three additional nights. She immediately accepted, giving me such peace of mind. She sends tons of amazing pictures and updates. We are so grateful to have found her!”

“Val sit my fur babies twice now and she is phenomenal! My animals were happy when I got home and she did everything I asked. She even went back to stay with my golden retriever Karma when my flight was canceled and I was stuck out of town an additional night. I will definitely be having Val stay with my fur babies again the next time I’m away.”

“Brigit was wonderful. She worked with our incredibly complicated schedule without issue. Our dog really seemed to love her company. Very responsive during the day if we needed her. Left the house very clean and she was super considerate. Would 100% recommend.”

“Arman was great with our two pups! Since it was a longer trip he walked them for us as well as staying at the house which was huge since they are both very active and need time outside every day. Quick to respond and took good care of the house too. Will definitely book again.”

“Thanks to Juan for looking after our dog and home while we were on vacation. He provided regular updates and gave us piece of mind while we were far away for an extended trip.”

“As usual, Alexus did a fantastic job sitting for my dogs for a few days. She really goes above and beyond and it’s clear my girls absolutely love her!”

About: I've been around animals my entire life and grew up with both dogs and cats as part of the family. My current dog, Harley (pictured in my profile photo), has given me firsthand experience with specialty diets, medications, and the extra attention some pets need to thrive. When I was younger, I ran my own dog-walking business, caring for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and ages. I've also cared for cats during recovery from procedures such as spaying and neutering, ensuring they stayed comfortable and received the attention they needed. Whether it's a playful puppy, a senior pet, or a shy cat, I enjoy getting to know each animal's unique personality. My goal is to provide loving, reliable care and give pet owners peace of mind while they're away. I am home for the summer with open availability most days, making it easy for me to accommodate flexible scheduling and last-minute requests when needed. I strive to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client and their pet, ensuring they feel comfortable and well cared for while you are away. I value open communication so we are always aligned on expectations and responsibilities. On a personal level, I treat every home with the utmost respect and care, only using designated spaces and supplies as instructed. I approach each booking with the same level of care and attentiveness I would want for my own home and pets.
About: I’ve taken care of animals all of my life. My first pets were an albino hamster named Winston & my sweet Chow Chow, Sugarbear! I rescued a Golden Retriever named Bonita. She was the love of my life from 15, through college :) We kept one of her puppies, Tanner, who was special needs, missing a paw and some toes…he could always depend on me to take care of him. I’m comfortable and confident with dogs of any size. I always have some good treats on-hand :) I rescued my Shepard/Husky, CoCo from AH in 2021. She was 5, now going on 10. Now…I’m ready to take care of your furry family with the same care and level of professionalism. I’d love to get to know your fur baby! I am Patient and Kind, Affable & Excited. I’ll follow any and all instructions you have for your dog or cat, or both! I can’t wait to meet you and your fur babies, book me today :) I’m currently working 40 hours, M-F. I’m coming up on 5 years at my current job. I also volunteer weekdays & weekends with a local animal non-profit shelter. I’ve been doing this since 2021. I’ve logged hundreds of hours walking dogs, reading to cats and taking care of animals in need. I am an Advance Dog Walker, meaning I know how to walk hard-to-handle dogs. I am doing Rover after work and Friday/Saturdays for house sitting. I can walk Monday-Friday & am also available for drop-ins as well. I have a rescue dog at home. Her name is Coco. She’s 85 pounds of pure joy. I got her when she was five, she’s going to be 10 this May 16th. Coco requires a daily pill and a topical cream. Both administered by me. I have to pill her, but, I’ve gotten really good at making it quick and painless for both of us and I can do the same for your dog, if needed. Coco gets regular exercise. I do work but she’s a rockstar at home. She gets plenty of treats and a big daily dose of love! I’ll take care of your pets with that same level of care, love and attention to detail. Keeping a calm environment is paramount to successful care. I’ll keep you updated on your pet when they’re in my care with photos. I’m able to walk your doggo, drop-in or even house sit, so let’s meet up and get your dog or cat in good hands.
“Brooke was great! She left a happy pet and a clean house. She was also very helpful with a delivery that came while I was away. I would absolutely book with her again”

“Sam took great care of our 2 dogs and cat. The dogs got lots of walks and play time. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived home and the dogs were pleasantly tired. We would definitely book him again to watch our pets.”

“As always, Ava takes great care of my Tallulah & Dennis. Always prompt and arrives when she says. I’m so appreciative of the great care she gives my 2. Especially my Dennis who doesn’t really like anyone but me. She provides regular updates and communicates often. I’m so appreciative and grateful. She is a blessing.”

“Kaylin is an outstanding house sitter. She took care of Tigger (cat) for 2 weeks and did a super job and sent pictures everyday and left the house spotless. We will definitely be using her again.”

Big Bend pet parents share their Rover experiences
Samuel was very caring and understanding of my young, timid pup. He spent lots of time with him and helped him gain confidence in doing all the dog things. I am so grateful for all the play time and exercise he got in his care. Russell was more confident by the time we got back with all the attention he was given.

Scott did a great job taking care of our home and dogs! The dogs instantly liked him, and he sent photos and updates to us during our trip, as we had agreed upon. One of our dogs came down with a UTI just before we left, and Scott was just fine administering the additional medication that she needed to take for that. (she's all better now! Yay!) Our home was clean when we returned and Scott even kept the outdoor plants alive while we were away - in spite of the dry weather and heat. We look forward to having Scott as a house sitter again!

Armen was great with Dewey! Armen communicated well in advance, asked great questions during our meet-up and took really great care of Dewey while we were gone. He was very respectful of our home and followed the instructions perfectly. We wouldn't hesitate to book with Armen again.

Grace was available last minute for pet sitting in my house, and was very accommodating for my open-ended return. She sent pictures and good updates daily. The house looked great when I returned and my dog was very relaxed - I could tell she had enjoyed her stay with Grace and that Grace had treated her very well. I can recommend Grace for your peace of mind while you are away.

CK did a great job with my four legged kids! Our flight from Dallas was delayed for over an hour, which put us home at 11:30 pm. CK put the dogs to bed and was there when we came home. She sent pictures of my pets when we were gone. We tipped her cash for the extra time. We would gladly use her again.
