I’m currently unemployed outside of Rover so I’ll be free to be with your dogs all day! If you need me to be at your house for specific times (eg. timed feedings, routine-oriented dogs) please let me know.

I grew up with senior dogs in the house and I know how important and specific some care can be, so I’m more than happy to follow complicated instructions.

Please let me know if your pets have any specific or special needs! I need to know if your pet has specific feeding times, or other timed routines. The most important thing to me is I absolutely need to know if your animal has any food aggression or biting history, and if you have multiple animals, I’d like to know if they ever get aggressive with one another. Please also let me know if there will be anybody else in the house during my stays and drop-ins
A typical day
I love to play with the pets I watch! I’m more than happy to use any toys provided to play catch and tug-of-war, and I love to run around the yard with the pups that I watch! I love playing with cats as well, and will happily sit and play with laser pointers, stuffed toys, and dangly sticks for long periods of time. If requested, and if you’re in a good neighborhood, I can also walk your dogs if they have good temperament!

Pet care experience
Although I’m young I’ve been caring for dogs my whole life, and my love of animals shines through in the work I do. I am detail-oriented and I’m able to handle long lists of instructions and even thrive under routine. I know caring for your pups can get complicated and I know how important good pet care can be. Please know that not only do I strive to deliver the best possible care for your pup, but I’ve got lots of experience under my belt. I’ve sat for needle-teethed puppies, seniors who need a little extra love, and even blurs of fur who only ever want to play. Being away from a pet can be hard sometimes, so I never mind a check-in and will happily report back how your animal is doing! I think my love of animals really shines through in my quality of care.

Grace was available last minute for pet sitting in my house, and was very accommodating for my open-ended return. She sent pictures and good updates daily. The house looked great when I returned and my dog was very relaxed - I could tell she had enjoyed her stay with Grace and that Grace had treated her very well. I can recommend Grace for your peace of mind while you are away.
Grace was the perfect Rover for our special dog Bella. We only recently adopted Bella and she is still getting used to her new home, so we asked Grace to house sit for us while we had to go out of town. Grace offered to do both a meet and greet and a trial stay-in-home day prior to the trip to ensure Bella would be comfortable with her. While we were out of town, Grace kept us updated with cute pictures and managed Bella’s skittish personality with perfection. This was not an easy job but she did great. We are so grateful to have had a patient, kind, and caring Rover like Grace help us out with our puppy’s unique needs. Highly recommend to anyone with an anxious dog!

Grace was absolutely amazing watching Thor! She communicated very well and kept with Thors normal daily schedule which I truly enjoyed. She made it easy to enjoy my weekend and not have to stress on if Thor was taken care of. I highly recommend Grace to watch your dog while you are out of town!
