“We had Mallory stay overnight at our house with our senior Persian. Before her stay, she came over for a meet and greet so everyone felt comfortable. It was apparent that she is a very kind and caring person. During her stay she kept us updated with how things were going and pictures. She cleaned up a couple of puking incidents and let us know that Marigold had in fact puked, had been sneezing and hadn’t had a bowel movement. These updates were truly appreciated and I was relieved she was paying attention to things that seemed out of the ordinary. Marigold routinely potties on potty pads and Mallory kept up with those changings which, in my opinion, is above and beyond kitty care. Additionally, Miss Marigold tends to yowl in the nights as she has aged and has reduced vision in one eye. Mallory was patient with those night time needs and brought her back to bed with her to comfort her. Overall, I appreciate the above and beyond care and I recommend her to anyone who has kitties!”

About: After rescuing two of my dogs and gi ving them a whole new life and world, I can't imagine life without dogs! My specialty is small dogs! I've grown up with dogs and dog sat for over 20 +years! Dogs really make my life complete! There isn't anything your dog will be missing at my house! I'm open to the hours that work for you to drop off/pick up at my home, you just name the time! I'm prompt and will always be ready for the furbabies visit! If your dog has anything special,i,e, a special fitted harness or collar, I can accommodate to anything! I have years of experience with harnesses and an assortment of collars, leashes, etc. I can also give them their daily medication, if applicable. I have a huge bin overflowing with squeaky toys! I also have a closet full of grooming supplies and would be happy to give them a bath and brush your pooch! I use biodegradable Earth Bath wipes undert their eyes if needed and soothing Coconut oil on the paws! NOTE: I will also be open to rabbit sitting or any other animals you may need taken care of if you just tell me plenty about them. Price negotiable. I'm available all the time, your dog will get full attention from me!! We will go on long walks, cuddle and go to the dog park!! I am a stay at home Dog Mom!! Since I'm full time at home, I can give my attention all day to your baby!! Allowed on bed and sofa, always! We go to the dog park daily so your dog will get lots of exercise!! A good dog is a tired dog!

About: I used to pet-sit. Worked at a day-care a while ago. I've worked and interacted with all types of dogs. I enjoy what I do. I actually get really excited when working with dogs. I know they're a lot to handle sometimes but I feel like they're great fun to work with and they always make me feel better. My favorite types of dogs include Boxers, Miniature Schnauzers, Miniature Pinschers. I like all dogs of all shapes and sizes. I am really into playing fetch with dogs. I also don't mind playing with rope toys. They might tear my arms off but hey! It builds character! I am comfortable doing overnight visits and morning/afternoon/evening walks. I'm currently in the process of trying to build clientele so I'm more flexible now than I might be in the future. But my long-term goal is to make this a full time 8 hour day. The 8-hour schedule block will entirely depend upon demand though. Whether it's broken up into different times of the day with a break in between or a full 8 hours non-stop, entirely depends upon when clients need availability. The number one most important thing about pet care is communication though. Between the owner and me. The sooner we know things, the better. Your pet's safety, comfort, and routine are always my top priorities. I currently provide care exclusively in my clients' homes because I believe most pets are happiest and most relaxed in their own familiar environment. Staying in their home helps keep their routine consistent, reduces stress, and allows me to focus entirely on giving them the attention, affection, exercise, and companionship they deserve. I'll also treat your home with the same respect and care I would my own. Whenever possible, I love to schedule a meet-and-greet before the booking begins. It's a great opportunity for us to get to know each other, for your pet to become comfortable with me, and for me to learn about their personality, routines, favorite activities, quirks, medications, and anything else that helps me provide the best possible care. I firmly believe that in pet care, overcommunicating is always better than undercommunicating. I'd much rather ask one extra question than make an assumption, and you can expect prompt responses, regular photo and video updates, and complete transparency throughout your time away. While I would be comfortable offering boarding in the future, I currently choose not to because I share my home with a beloved cat. My decision isn't out of concern for her behavior—it's simply because I don't want to bring unfamiliar dogs into her space. By focusing exclusively on house sitting, I can give your pets individualized care in the environment where they feel safest and most at ease, while ensuring every animal in my care is comfortable, secure, and happy.

If you’re a detail oriented pet parent who can’t imagine someone would be able to take as great care of your pets as yourself–or your family–this review is for you. We were nervous as this was our first time having someone we’d never met to live in our home and take care of our pets for 10 days while we were out of the country. Mary instantly put every single one of our worries to rest. Mary was able to follow a very detailed daily regimen for our senior (15 year old) German Shepherd & our 2 cats. She let our dog out several times during the day to minimize the risk of any indoor accidents. She stuck to a 3x daily medication schedule, and she gave the pets plenty of love throughout the process. In sticking to our pets daily schedule, she essentially stepped in as an extension of our own caretaking which allowed our pets to feel very comfortable in our absence. Communication was 10/10! She provided daily of updates with pictures and never hesitated to ask a question if something unexpected came up. She also left our home clean and in great shape!
