I’ve had dogs my entire life and have been personally responsible for my own dogs for the past 14 years. I currently have three dogs at home and have experience with everything from small breeds to large dogs. I also have extensive experience caring for dogs with medical and senior-care needs. One of my dogs developed Addison’s disease at a young age and later battled cancer, so I became very comfortable with administering injections and medications, managing chronic health needs, and caring for a dog through chemotherapy, arthritis and mobility changes. As he got older, we adapted his routine so he could still enjoy walks and activities safely and comfortably. I know how much trust it takes to leave your dog with someone else, especially when they have special needs. I’m patient, attentive and happy to follow your dog’s normal routine so they feel as comfortable as possible while you’re away.

I know how much trust it takes to leave a member of your family and your home in someone else’s care. I’ll follow your pet’s normal routine, your instructions, and any house rules closely so they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I pay close attention to body language and individual needs and will never force an interaction or put your pet in an uncomfortable situation. I’ll treat your home with the same respect I would my own and am always happy to send plenty of photos and updates so you can relax knowing your family member is in good hands.

Sydney would be great at taking care of any pets. She is kind, trustworthy and loves animals. If I ever need anyone to take care of my cats, I would definitely ask her.
Sydney cared for my dog while he was ill she was very attentive, reliable, took him to some appointments as I was working. Trust worthy and personable. Also took my other for regular walks. Very good with training consistently
Sydney is very comfortable around my 2 dogs. Her love for her own two dogs, Mae and June really shows through when she is caring for my pets. I would recommend Sydney to any of my friends, they just don't have any dogs to walk!

Schedule
My schedule gives me plenty of flexibility throughout the week for walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting. I’m happy to work around your pet’s normal routine whenever possible, whether that means a morning walk, some midday company, or extra love while you’re away. I keep my Rover calendar updated so you’ll always know when I’m available!
