About: Hello! I'm a student at NMU with tons of dog care experience! I've had three family dogs that I've taken care of, and I've walked, dog sat, and bathed many dogs for family/friends over the years. I volunteered at my local dog shelter for a summer where I walked, played with, and helped socialize the dogs, which was SUCH a rewarding experience. I am a huge animal lover, and I promise to treat your pets with love, energy, and care. Fun fact, I love dogs so much that I went on a dog podcast this summer! I am happy to check in on your dog once before work, and a few times after work! On my days off, I can spend even more time with your pup. While I cannot host dogs in my own apartment, I promise to treat your living space (and your puppy) as if it were my own. Like I said, I grew up with dogs, have dog sat for family/friends, and have volunteered in an animal shelter, so I'm experienced in sensing what a dog needs, respecting their space, and giving them all the attention they need when they want it.

About: I have had pets of my own for the past 38 years, since I was 12 years old. I also have a degree in biology and chemistry and have worked in animal hospitals and zoos. My husband, Scott, has had pets all his life. We treat our pets with the love and care that family members deserve, and we take our responsibility to them very seriously. Currently, we have a 2 year old black lab who absolutely loves all other animals, and a 14 year old cat who mostly sleeps in quiet, dark places. Our dog, Rosie, is always looking for new friends and is very submissive with them. She just wants to play and snuggle! Our children are grown and help with the care of them. Our house is full of pet lovers! We are very active and love to go for hikes, and we always keep dogs on their leash on the trails. We're happy to take your doggy to the dog park, as well, if you request it. You can have total peace of mind while your pup stays with us! I currently work part time and Scott, my husband, is a teacher and has summers off. I'm home a lot during the entire year, and we're both home on weekends. We have a fenced in backyard for running around and playing fetch. We have a large house and a fenced in yard where our dog, Rosie, loves to run around or playing fetch with us. We regularly go for walks in the neighborhood and hikes in the woods or on the beach. We love to take Rosie to the dog park, but will skip it if you're not comfortable with it. Scott is a teacher and has weekends and all summer free. Stephanie works part time, mostly from home and is at home most of the time during the week and is also available weekends. We have a large fenced yard and a wonderful Labrador retriever to keep your fur baby happy! We love giving dogs love and attention! We also love to take walks if that is something your dog enjoys.

About: ’ve had hands-on experience caring for animals for many years. Since around age 12, I’ve regularly helped care for pets belonging to friends, family, and neighbors. During that time I’ve provided feeding, walking, bathing, pet sitting, playtime, and general daily care. I also have experience helping with basic training and working with dogs who were preparing for adoption, which helped me learn how to work with different personalities, energy levels, and comfort needs. Most recently, I’ve been volunteering at a local animal shelter for over 4 months. In this role, I assist with a variety of responsibilities including walking dogs, bathing, playtime and enrichment, administering medications when needed, transporting animals, and helping with overall animal care at the shelter. Working with animals in both home and shelter environments has given me experience with pets of different temperaments, and I always focus on making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I truly enjoy spending time with animals and making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while their owners are away. I treat every pet as if they were my own and always do my best to provide reliable, attentive care. If you’re looking for someone dependable who genuinely cares about animals, I’d love the opportunity to meet you and your pet! I’m currently in an on call sort of situation, so my schedule is very flexible! I ask that we at least get a few days advance notice due to a fluctuating schedule. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and any special needs so I can provide care that feels familiar and stress-free for them. Through my experience caring for pets and volunteering at a local animal shelter, I’ve worked with animals of many different temperaments and understand the importance of patience, awareness, and safe handling. I always make sure pets are secure on walks, monitored during playtime, and given plenty of attention and care. I’m also happy to follow any specific instructions you have for feeding, medications, routines, or training. About: I have been around animals since a very young age. I grew up having to care for my dogs, cats, horses, cows, and sheep! I participated in 4-H for 10 years showing both cattle and sheep. Throughout high school and college I worked at a doggy day care, that cared for both cats and dogs, either for day visits or overnight stays. I was responsible for making sure the animals were as comfortable as possible. This involved cleaning their kennels daily, feeding, and medications. Later, I worked as a veterinary assistant for 6 months. I have house/dog and cat sat for various friends and family members throughout the years as well. I am very flexible! I am more than happy to stay at your home while pet sitting or simply come by to care for the pet a couple times a day. Open to working with you to figure out the best solution for your pet. Unfortunately my current lease does not allow pets. I am more than happy to work with you and figure out a schedule/plan that would fit your needs! While I am at a clients house I would stay in good communication with them. In the past, I have sent daily pet photos to the client and sending them updates whenever possible.

About: Hi my name is Marg I don’t work a typical 9-5 job and am in town every other month. I am a merchant mariner and work on a boat every other month, so when I’m home I’m able to fully dedicate my time to watch dogs and cater my schedule and needs to my clients. I have a very flexible schedule. I'm very passionate about every animal that I take care of and I will treat them as if they are my own. I have dog sat for many different breeds and sizes and have many years of experience taking care of animals. I am currently not able to board or watch dogs at my place at this time, but I am able to travel to your house and house sit and or do frequent check ins as needed. About: I've been taking care of dogs and cats since I've been 5 years old. Got my own cat at 10. I've been surrounded by a dog or cat since then. i'm not working at all and looking for a job to do. I got loads of energy and the cold don't bother me much anyways. I just walk dogs. But Ill make sure your dogs are taken care of and have extra water and a bowl every time I take em for a walk.
