“This was my first time using the Rover service, snd I could not be happier! Annie too excellent care of my two cats and everything was in order when I returned home. My female is shy, but came out to greet Annie. I would highly recommend Rover and Annie if you are looking for a reliable person to provide TLC to your fur baby/babies!”

“Danielle was amazing - she took the time to get to know our dogs' personalities, and they loved spending time with her. The communication was wonderful and she sent very thorough reports, and the cutest pictures. We'll absolutely use Danielle again!”

“Michelle did a great job caring for our family member Lily. She was great about communication and I could tell she was really trying to make sure Lily ate while we were gone and even gave her a little preventative medicine when she noticed Lily eating grass. Lily seem to do much better at home than in a kennel being boarded so I’m sure we will definitely use Michelle again for future trips. I would highly recommend from Michelle.”

About: What sets me apart as a pet sitter is my hands-on experience working with dogs of all sizes and personalities. I volunteered for two years at an animal shelter, where I helped care for dogs by providing exercise, socialization, and daily attention. This experience taught me how to work with a variety of temperaments and how to make animals feel safe and comfortable. I am also a dog owner myself and currently care for two Doberman Pinschers, which has given me extensive experience handling large, energetic breeds and understanding their physical and emotional needs. In addition, I have provided pet sitting services for many neighbors and family friends, earning their trust through my reliability, communication, and genuine love for animals. Whether your pet is energetic and playful or prefers a calmer routine, I am committed to providing personalized care, plenty of attention, and a safe environment. I understand that every pet is unique, and I strive to make them feel loved and comfortable while their owners are away. I currently have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets in my care. I am available for dog walking, drop-in visits, and pet sitting throughout the week, including many evenings and weekends. As a dog owner myself, caring for animals is already part of my daily routine. I enjoy spending time outdoors, going on walks, playing with dogs, and making sure they receive the exercise, attention, and companionship they need while their owners are away. Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I take the time to learn each pet's routine, personality, and specific needs so I can provide consistent and personalized care. In my home and in clients' homes, I ensure pets have a safe, clean, and supervised environment. I carefully follow feeding schedules, exercise routines, medication instructions, and any special requests from owners. Having cared for my own two Doberman Pinschers and many pets for neighbors and friends, I am comfortable handling dogs of different sizes and energy levels. I also provide regular updates and photos so owners can feel confident that their pets are happy and well cared for.

About: I grew up on a farm and we've always had 3 dogs and 2 cats along with a plethora of other animals. I know how to ensure safety and have a clear head when things go awry. I absolutely adore dogs and cats of all ages and can competently take care of any range of behaviors. I'm a ballerina and a personal trainer. But I will absolutely check in, walk or play with your pet any chance that I get! Normally it would be in the morning or near the evening. My schedule is more open on the weekends. I am a very precautious person when it comes to the safety of your pets. I always double check instructions and make sure the door or cage is secure before I leave. I also will give them all the love and attention they could want.
“She was absolutely wonderful! She made both of our cats feel comfortable and cared for from the very beginning. It’s clear she genuinely loves animals, and it gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were in such caring hands. She kept us updated and treated our cats like they were her own. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, kind, and dependable. We’ll absolutely book with her again!”

About: We have grown up around cats and dogs. We are the go to pet sitters for our families and friends. We have experience with cats, dogs, snakes, turtles, fish, and ferrets. We have house trained our dogs and know the patience required with the process. We both work from home so we are able to take dogs out as needed and nothing is better on a work break then cuddling some fuzzies. We have a large fenced in yard,so dogs can safely run and play. We always stay outside with them. Inside the house is pet proofed with couch protection covers and scratching posts for cats. All kitty litter is gated off from dog access. Water bowls are available upstairs and downstairs. If we are outside for more than 15 minutes we also bring a water bowl outside.
About: I've been helping care for animals for as long as I can remember! I have helped my family pet sit, volunteered at the animal shelter, and genuinely enjoy the company of animals. I am available for drop-ins/walks most days of the week, and I usually have some weekend availability! It's a priority of mine to establish trust with your animals! I am very keen on body language and other behavioral cues that allow me to meet your pets where they're at. If there are special instructions for an animal, I make sure to follow them to the letter.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
