About: I grew up with a dog, and have always lived with either a dog or cat as an adult. My heart just fills with joy when I am around all four legged friends. I currently work full time as a pediatric medical assistant, but would be happy to come by after work to take care of any sweet dog or cat. Currently do not take care of of animals at my current residence as I am living with family who prefers to be pet free, but I am happy to come to you!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for neighbors and family friends. I was a recurrent dog sitter for a year and I would take dogs on walks, follow their food schedule, and also take some time throughout the day to continue simple parts of their training. I’m currently available part time, mainly on the weekends and Wednesdays where i’m available from early morning to late afternoon. Im currently only able to do drop ins and walking for your puppies or cats. For my clients home, i’ll be there to take care of your pets and only do as you instructed. I’ll play with your pets and if preferred, I can take your pet on a walk around your neighborhood.

About: I have a 5 year old cavalier King charles spaniel, and had dog before him. Since small I always wanted take care dogs and know I want try it . I work Sunday- Wednesday morning shift, I can alway change a day to have weekend off or I can board after work Wednesday thru sunday I’ll treat the pet the same way if there were mine too. I do rover full time Maintaining your house rules including your dog’s training and safety are top priority. Keeping track of your dogs behavior and making a relationship is imperative.

About: I've been looking after dogs, primarily small ones, for quite a long time now. Have had to feed and walk and watch over them plenty of times over the years for family members. Currently unemployed, so my schedule is quite free, which includes all reasonable hours of the day. Currently unable to watch over animals at my place of living. I personally care for my own cat and one of my mother's dogs on the daily, but the house itself isn't fit for me to watch over any additional animals.

I have been working with clients both on and off Rover for more than 10 years. Since I work evenings I prioritize spending time with and exercising your animals during the day so they can rest for the few hours I’m gone. I take into consideration you and your pets routines to create a schedule and environment we’ll all feel safe in. I will take dogs on hikes or neighborhood walks but will always keep a dog on leash unless the owner is comfortable and the dog has great recall. I will not take dogs to the dog park even if they can go with their owners just as a safety precaution. I prioritize frequent communication so an owner can feel assured their pet is being taken care of in the way they feel is best.

“If I could give 10 stars I would. I’m new to the area and having an anxious dog going through some major changes has been challenging. The first night Mickenzie came over to let him out, Beanie wouldn’t let her touch him and growled the whole time. He wouldn’t even eat a treat that she left in front of him on the couch! Mickenzie was gentle, patient, and communicative through the entire process. The following day she agreed to come out on her own time to meet beanie with me and let him get more acquainted in a safe space with mom. She was kind and understanding even as he barked and growled at her throughout the visit. That night she came back to try again. She took her time, was able to connect, Beanie let her pet him, pick him up, and put a harness on. She was able to let him out to the bathroom and get him back in without any issue other than the time and patience it took from her. Mickenzie is excellent. I HIGHLY recommend her especially for those who are anxious leaving their babies in the care of someone they don’t know. I’m so grateful and will continue to use her as often as possible. About: Whether your pup is young and full of energy or on the older, calmer side of life and likes to lounge, I am your woman! I currently provide daily care for my friends 7 year old Shih Tzu mix, as well as my neighbors 4 year old Husky. I would say I definitely understand Dogs more than I do people. I love talking to them, taking them for long walks, playing fetch and teaching them new tricks. I am also a Cat lover! If you have a cat or kitten that needs to be fed, litter box cleaned or just loved on, I am available for that as well. I am a compassionate individual and I find that I connect with animals in a way that can sometimes be unexplainable. I understand animals and how they work, I think humans can learn more for animals (dogs, cats, etc.) if we all paid more attention to what they are trying to teach us. I have a fenced back yard and I live in a single level apartment. We spend our days out in the yard, weather permitting and walking at Minto Brown Park.
