“Maleny was amazing with our 2 cats! We had her check in with our cats for 6 days and she sent lots of pictures of her feeding and entertaining the kitties, which helped us feel at ease about the quality of her care. When we got home we can tell our cat were very happy kitties. I will definitely be a repeat customer and will be asking Maleny to come back for future check ins with our pets.”

We have cared and house sat for many of my friends and families animals while they have been away. I also have experience from growing up with two pugs. David has experience from growing up with two Golden Retrievers. We have had experience administering meds, feeding, bathing, walking, and taking to vet appointments. Willing to help out and do what it takes to keep your furry babies happy and loved! We also currently have two cats of our own, a 16 year old Pug, and two crested geckos. We are adaptable to many different situations and animals of all kinds. I’m currently in a hybrid position which gives me some flexibility on working from home. I am happy to stop by and do a check in on my lunches. I get off work by 4 PM and can stop by after work. I am also available weekends and holiday breaks as I usually have those off. David is currently able to stop by anytime that I am not available which makes us a powerful care team! ☺️ We love to meet and greet in the families home to see what their daily environmental safety looks like. This helps us determine how we can best provide support.

About: I currently own a 75lb Pitbull/GSD mix (6 years old), one orange tabby (4 yrs old) and 6 hens. I have had a host of cats and dogs in our home in Woodburn, OR, we've fostered kittens and puppies between 6 months to 3 years old. I have 6 years of dog care experience. I have owned cats for about a decade now. We spoil our pets with daycare visits, treats, toys and we're strict about keeping our vet appointments up to date. To better understand our dogs, we had hired an in-house dog trainer to enhance our dog-human relationship. Note - I do not have any official certs, but I do have an extensive amount of pet experience! I can also check in on small pets like guinea pigs, cats, fishes and walk any dog of any size; including big dogs like Great Danes (we owned a mixed Great Dane three years ago). We are serious on how to properly treat your cat or dog. When you book with me, I will be treating your pet with the same love and respect I have for my own pets. I have personal experience in medicating with OTC or prescribed medications as well. I am a stay at home parent, I have a very flexible schedule. I can usually do any job requested, unless I am booked with another client. Message me for details on what time works for you! When boarding dogs - I will only be taking one dog or client in for boarding at a time. This ensures we are keeping them safe and we are frequently interacting with your dog. We have an extra indoor dog kennel, only for safety reasons, and a large fenced in yard to play in. We have extra dog bowls and will only feed according to your directions! I will have extra snacks, leashes and dog poop bags on hand when walking dogs. My dog is use to hosting foster pups and will sometimes even play with other dogs. My cat Toby is also a very friendly cat host and was raised by big dogs. I strongly believe that your pets are also your family members, please feel free to message me about any special requests or questions you may have. Thank you for reading my bio, I hope to be of service soon!
