“Diana cared for our 16 yr dog for a week. She is an excellent communicator and professional. Her home has plenty of outdoor space for him to roam free. She sent regular updates and pictures. She also is a groomer. Our pup is afraid of anyone who tries to groom him and hates water. Despite these obstacles she managed to give him a nice trim. It was his first time boarding anywhere and he was a little nervous but Nadine is a dog whisperer and gave him what he needed to settle in. She also introduced him to her cat; a creature he had little knowledge of, but had admired from afar. Rosco wanted to chase her a little bit but Nadine was able to talk him out of it. She took lots of pictures for us. Good ones! Rosco is usually either asleep or in motion, so he’s not the best photographic model. We’re homebodies, but if we go somewhere again, Rosco will stay with Nadine.”
