Dog Boarding in Hubbard, OR

About: I currently own a 75lb Pitbull mix (5 years old), two domestic short hair kitties and 6 chickens (two silkies and 4 orpingtons). I am consistently fostering a host of cats and dogs at our home in Woodburn, OR. I have fostered kittens and puppies between 6 months to 2 years. I got my dog when he was 1 year and 2 months. I have owned cats for about a decade now. We spoil our pets with daycare visits, treats, toys and we're strict about keeping our vet appointments up to date. To better understand our dog, we had hired an in-house dog trainer to enhance our dog-human relationship. Note - I do not have any official certs, but I do have an extensive amount of pet experience! I can also check in on small pets like guinea pigs, cats, fishes and walk any dog of any size; including big dogs like Great Danes (we owned a mixed Great Dane three years ago). We are serious on how to properly treat your cat or dog. When you book, I will be treating your pet with the same love and respect I have for my own pets. I have personal experience in medicating with OTC or prescribed medications as well. I am a stay at home parent - I will be available all week days or weekends, if I'm not booked with other clients. Message me for details on what time works for you. When boarding dogs - I will only be taking one dog/client in for boarding at a time. This ensures we are keeping them safe and we are frequently interacting with your dog. We have an extra indoor dog kennel, only for safety reasons, and a large fenced in yard to play in. We have extra dog bowls and will only feed according to your directions! I will have extra snacks, leashes and dog poop bags on hand when walking dogs. My dog is use to hosting foster pups and will sometimes even play with other dogs. My cat Toby is also a very friendly cat host and was raised by big dogs. “When it comes to finding a sitter for our dog, Momo, "reliability" is the most important trait for me. Let's face it. We don't know how she is really doing while we are away from her, so I see the trait as a barometer when finding a good sitter for her. In that sense, we have been lucky meeting excellent sitters through Rover since we started using the service. When we met Neal and Bonnie though, we thought their dedication to being a sitter was even beyond those ones we had in the past; quick responses to my texts, spending a good 30 min for a meet & greet, asking many questions about our dog and her regular lifestyle, confirming our reservation a couple of days ahead, providing instructions for how to care for our dog to them so that it would be easy on her, etc. Those things told me that I could rely on them for our dog. I would know that she would be taken care of well. I really appreciate their efforts in making our dog and us comfortable and worry less (I can never be "worry free" from her. lol) while we were not together. Definitely, we can count on them as a good caregiver for Momo.”

“John was great at accepting a late day before request. Our other plan had fallen through but he made it work for us. Our 2 dogs came home all tuckered out and I could tell they had a great time.
