“Jessica was very attentive. She paid close attention to my dog, Teddy, and kept him busy and happy. She sent adorable pictures frequently and spent a lot of outdoor time with Teddy walking and playing with him. I felt very comfortable with Jessica. She showed strong knowledge about dogs and a clear love for them as well. I absolutely recommend Jessica for anyone who needs their dog taken care of.”

“This was my first time using Rover and Katherine helped me through it! She sent updates and photos at the right cadence while I was away. We both agreed that a space with a yard would be a better fit for my husky mix if I should use Rover again, as he needs a lot of more intense activity. One small note is that my dog was barking at her cat during the stay, and there didn't really seem to be a way to keep them separated. He does well with my cat, but I guess not necessarily new cats! So just something to keep in mind that if your dog really does need to be separated from a cat, it's not the right space.”

About: I have had dogs since I was a child. Throughout the years I have owned Shepards, Rottweilers and most recently Boxers. They have been a part of our family since before I can remember but after losing our last Boxer “babies” and with the kids now in college, I have decided to pour my love for dogs into taking care of yours. It was always stressful leaving our dogs so let me take some of that stress away from you. I promise to stay in contact, send pictures and give them a home away from home. I work 3 minutes from home with a typical workday being 8-4 with an hour lunch. Although I will say this is pretty flexible. However, my husband works from home so there is always someone home. I am happy to come to your home to take your dog for a walk or to let him/her out in your yard. I can also feed him/her and give any needed medications. Or in my home, they will be treated like our own. We do allow pets on the furniture if that is what they are used to and accept dogs that are not crate trained.
