About: I have hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats, including feeding, providing fresh water, giving medications when needed, cleaning up after pets, playing with them, and making sure they receive plenty of attention and affection. I’m comfortable caring for pets with different personalities and needs and understand that every animal has their own routine and comfort level. My own pets have also given me years of experience understanding and caring for animals. I’m currently working full time at a vet clinic, but I would be able to stop in on my way into work, on my lunch (depending on how close you are), and on my way home. “Kendra was absolutly fantastic!!! We have two very high energy, happy Vizlas. They are known for being a bit attached :))) to their owners. My female , Lily, definetly is. Kendra met us the night before to make sure Lily was good. Lily warmed up to her immediatly. We spent the day up in Mackinac Island and I literally didn't worry about my dogs once. Kendra sent updates with video and pics. We came home to two happy and tired dogs. They went on walks. Kendra even found a great beach to take them out for a little swim. If there was a way I could give her six stars...I would. If you are bringing up dogs to this area and want to hike Chapel Loop or anywhere the dogs aren't able to go...reach out to Kendra. I am open for drop-in visits or dog walking at your house, but cannot bring your dog to mine at this time. I love to fill my day up with dog visits! We love going on runs/ walks and keep her on a strict training and schedule! I work from 8:30 to 4:00 Monday through Friday. I am free to stop by before and after work and free on the weekends. For overnight care in my home any night works. I am super accommodating to any of your dogs needs including puppies to older dogs. If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.

During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
