About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, and I currently have two of my own. I’m very familiar with the puppy phase and senior phase! I’ve house sat for two dogs of my own and I like to make sure we get our walks in as well as some cuddle and affection! It’s a treat for myself and them! (I forgot to tell Coco that Roxy gets one after the walk.) Coco is so in tune with dogs that she figured out Roxy was missing something, and what it was! She asked to bring some extras over so that Roxy would be sure to be happy for the day. Treats are just little extras, and not necessary, but it was SOOO SWEET that Coco wanted Roxy to be happy. I am a full time employee for UC Davis. I get off work around 6 and have Thursday-Saturday off with flexible pet sitting availability on Sunday I would ensure I wear clean clothes over every time to limit any unwanted illness. With my job specifically I don't deal with sick animals so that won't be an issue. I am also used to placing animal in crates and potty walks.

If your dog is not good off-leash, I have a 50 ft leash they can use if they have a compatible vest. My dog is very friendly and loves playing with other dogs. She does get very excited when she sees new dogs and people, but I've never seen her be aggressive with any dog or person.

About: Growing up with dogs of my own, I have a deep love and adoration for the animals. I've been told I was always able to have any animal like me, no matter the size, and that people could tell I cared deeply for animals. Family and friends have asked me to care for their pets and such whenever they go out of town, and it is very fulfilling to be trusted with an important member of one's family. I am looking for work that can give me a bit more to do during my weeks. I am a college student, so I couldn't necessarily keep a full-time job while taking 7 classes as much as I would've liked to. Pet care/sitting would just give me the little extra cushion on money flow to allow me to be less stressed about college tuition. Plus, playing with cute animals would definitely help me relax and make my day 10x better. I do live in apartment, so it is a bit of an obstacle. But, I live in a gated community that closes its gates every night and opens at a certain time in the morning. I love to go for walks, so I could keep them in good company and fun while taking them out. I have dealt with crate-trained, and crate-training, dogs before as well!
