About: Hi, I'm Marissa - I love dogs of all shapes and sizes, but especially the big goofy ones (I recently lost my Great Dane to cardiomyopathy). Further, if your border collie needs a running buddy, I'm your person! Helping get dogs physically and mentally fulfilled so they can be their best selves is something I've spent years researching and learning about. I can't wait to meet your pup! I'm currently working part time, and able to take in drop-in visits with fairly short notice. I'm also training for a 10k, so having a four-pawed running buddy would make my runs even better! While I don't offer in-home services, understanding your dogs "vibe" is incredibly important. I know how to take cues from their energy and build up our relationship from there.

“Amanda was great! We have a small, super friendly but high energy dog that will not sleep through the night unless she’s had enough exercise. Inanna slept through the night after just one 30 minute walk with Amanda. Will definitely be using her again in the future.”

“I cannot recommend Ambar enough! She took incredible care of my 6-month-old pup, Chewy, walking him twice on both Saturday and Sunday. Her kindness, reliability, and love for dogs truly shine through, and Chewy absolutely adored his time with her. If you're looking for someone trustworthy and caring, she's the perfect choice!”

“Teffni is so sweet and communicative, and she had to deal with a lot: my dog not wanting to walk in the rain and the front desk attendant giving her a hard time. Really appreciated her help.”

“Malek is a dog whisperer! He was wonderful with our Australian shepherd puppy - who has a lot of energy and love to give! Malek took her on some great walks, and she was actually tired after! Thank you so much, Malek!”

About: What sets me apart is my real-life experience with dogs. I’ve raised my own German Shepherd, Max, since he was a puppy and have cared for him through all stages of life. Over the past three years, I’ve also looked after the pets of family and friends—dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I’m responsible, patient, and truly treat every dog like they’re my own. Whether your pup needs playtime, a calm companion, or help sticking to a routine, I’m here to make sure they feel safe, loved, and happy. Pet care fits perfectly into my routine because I genuinely love animals and enjoy spending time with them. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to give each pet the attention they deserve. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or just keeping them company, I’m happy to help. This isn’t just a side gig for me—it’s something I truly care about. I take pride in being dependable and someone both pets and their owners can trust. While I’m currently not available to care for pets in my own home, I’m happy to provide care in my clients’ homes to better assist those who need support. I make sure to follow each pet’s routine closely—whether that includes feeding schedules, walks, playtime, or administering medication. I keep things clean, calm, and comfortable, and always treat their space and their pet with care and respect. I’m skilled, reliable, and committed to making sure every pet feels safe, loved, and well cared for in their own environment.

About: I have 3 dogs, two 14 year old Labrador retrievers and a 5 year old Labrador retriever. I have trained and taken care of my younger dog and continue to provide senior care for my older dogs. This has given me experience with all ages and a diverse range of doggy needs. I currently have an internship from 9-5 but am willing to do any work after 5 including dog walking, delivering care, and dog sitting. I already take care of my three dogs and would happy to accommodate any other dogs into my schedule. In my home, my dogs are walked twice daily and fed twice a day. They are treated with love and respect, helping them to enjoy their all too short life. I will treat my clients with that same respect and hopefully be able to interact with your furry friends!

About: I've always been an animal lover, especially cats—but I really enjoy spending time with dogs and other pets too! While I haven’t had a dog of my own (yet!), I’ve helped take care of friends’ and family members’ pups over the years. Whether it’s feeding, walking, playing, or just hanging out, I’m comfortable handling the basics with pets who don’t have special medical or behavioral needs. I treat every animal with kindness, patience, and a genuine desire to make them feel safe and loved. If your pet just needs a buddy while you're away, someone to keep them company, make sure they’re fed, and give them a little attention—I’ve got it covered! Right now, I’m not tied to a 9-to-5 job, which gives me much flexibility for pet care! I can easily adjust my schedule to fit your pet’s needs, whether that's daily visits, weekend check-ins, or last-minute help. Since I’m home most of the time, I can give your pet plenty of attention and keep things calm and consistent while you’re away. My top priority is making sure your pets feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed in their familiar space. I always follow the routines and instructions you leave closely—whether that’s feeding schedules, litter box cleanups, walks, or playtime. I also pay attention to how your pet is feeling each day, so I can adjust my approach to match their energy or mood. ’ll keep you updated with messages and cute photo check-ins so you know your pet is doing well.

About: I grew up with cats and dogs and love animals. I’m highly responsible and always give lots of love and attention to the pets in my care. I work in the legal field and work from my home office Monday through Friday. I’m available during the week and some weekends. Your pet will always receive great care in my home. I have a private dog park at my condo that is rarely busy. Your pets can be crated or roam free in my home. They are also allowed to lounge on my large sectional.

About: I’ve took care of my two dogs ever since I was 13 years old. I would walk and feed them. I’ll help bathe them too. I can take care of your dog after 10 am! I’ll work a full time job taking care of your dogs! I’ll walk them for at least 20 minutes or less I’ll make sure to find any hazards around the home so the dogs don’t hurt themselves. I’ll make sure there’s food and water at home

About: Hi there! I'm Courtney, a lifelong dog lover who works from home. I aim to provide a safe, calm, and happy environment for your pet. With years of experience caring for pups of all ages and personalities, I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your pet. Since I’m home full-time, your dog will get lots of attention, regular potty breaks, and all the love and snuggles they could ask for. Whether it’s a cozy nap on the couch or a play session in the living room, I aim to cater to your dog’s needs and routine just like you would. We have a spacious 2 bedroom apartment they can safely roam about to play or relax. Our sweet Bichon/Maltese mix passed away last year. He lived to 17 years and we miss him very much! For the past two years, my husband, Scott, and I have been walking, sitting, and boarding dogs at our place through word-of-mouth and on Rover. We look forward to having your furry friend stay with us. We are Pet First Aid and CPR certified. What you can expect from us: -Small dog specialists: I specialize in small dogs (under 25 lbs), making sure they’re comfortable and not overwhelmed. -Low-stress environment: No crowded kennels or chaotic groups. Just a quiet, cozy home where your dog is treated like family. We do not have a dog of our own, so if your dog prefers to be an only dog, that is cool with us! If there will be another dog in our home, we will request and let you know ahead of time. -Personalized care: I take the time to learn your dog’s habits, needs, and quirks to ensure they feel right at home. -Daily updates: I send regular updates so you can see how your pup is doing while you're away. I work from home, so I have plenty of time to spend with your pet. I can take my lunch break to take your pup on a walk or for playtime during the week! On the weekends, we can take a longer walk or hike at one of the nearby parks if you have a high-energy pup. Since we had a dog of our own, many things are dog-proofed (no open trash cans, no food low to the ground, etc) in our apartment. Our 2 bedroom apartment has ample room for roaming and playing. Our 4-legged guests love our hallway for playing ball. There is also a small fenced-in dog park nearby for fetch and sniffing.

Garrett Park dog parents share their Rover experiences
We are so excited to have found Nina! She is amazing with our dogs who quickly warmed to her which is not the usual for our boys. Alfie is suspicious of strangers but was quiet and calm when Nina arrived for a trail walk. Rocky can be jumpy and hyper but he was also calm with her. On one occasion during our trial walk, Rocky jumped for some treats and she quickly tightened his leash and got him focused again on the walk. We will definitely be using Nina for walks and are excited about her staying with our dogs in a few weeks for a pet sitting stay.

Andrea did daily walks with our dog and always took great care of her! She was always super communicative if any updates to our schedule needed to be made, and had great knowledge and recommendations for ways to improve our dogs behavior during walks. We would definitely recommend!

I can’t thank Mikala enough for the incredible care and attention she gave my dog. From thoughtful updates to genuine affection, it’s clear she truly loves what she does. My pup came home happy, well-exercised, and clearly adored. Reliable, kind, and professional—highly recommend Mikala to anyone looking for top-tier care!
