About: I have been around dogs my whole life, long before my family ever adopted our own. We rescued our first dog when I was 7 and loved him up through his grey fur and blindness. I pride myself on understanding animals needs and boundaries. I am currently between projects at my main job and am looking for a way to fill the time. I am available most of the day, every day I will always leave a space better than a found it, no waste left behind. Animals will always be put first when under my care.

About: I’ve spent my entire life surrounded by animals and caring for them is more than just a job—it’s what I love. I live on a farm and have worked on multiple farms over the years, gaining hands-on experience with just about every kind of animal you can imagine. From dogs and cats to horses, pigs, cows, chickens, goats, and ducks, I’ve cared for them all. With 9 years of hands-on experience in pet care, plus years of fostering dogs and cats, I’m comfortable with animals of all sizes, ages, and personalities. I currently have two dogs and three cats of my own, so I truly understand how important it is to trust someone with your pets. I treat every animal like family and always focus on keeping them safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. I’m currently a full-time student at the University of Tennessee pursuing my bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business. Most of my classes are online, so my schedule is very flexible. During the week, I occasionally cater for Texas Roadhouse, and I bartend Friday evenings and Saturday and Sunday mornings. If I have enough notice, I’m often able to request time off or have shifts covered to better accommodate your pet’s needs. I’ll always communicate my schedule ahead of time so you know exactly what to expect, and I work hard to provide dependable, attentive care for every pet. Your pet’s safety is always my top priority. I always use secure leashes and harnesses, closely monitor pets during walks and visits, and follow any special instructions you provide. Living and working on farms has taught me to stay alert, calm, and prepared in all situations. I’m experienced with multi-pet households, high-energy dogs, seniors, and animals that may need a little extra patience or care. I treat every pet as if they were my own and never take risks with their well-being.

“Sam is absolutely AMAZING! She stayed overnight for about 10 days and took incredible care of my two dogs. One of them is a senior who requires daily oral medication, and Sam did a fantastic job making sure he got his meds every single day while closely monitoring him. My other dog is a very active pit bull who needs extra attention when going outside because she can be sneaky but Sam handled this perfectly and always made sure she was safely on a leash. After having an unpleasant experience with a previous sitter, I was hesitant to use Rover again, but Sam completely changed my mind. She went above and beyond in every way. I came home to a spotless house, and throughout my trip she sent plenty of pictures and messages that truly showed how much she cares and her genuine love for my dogs. About: I genuinely treat every pet like they're my own. I'm comfortable caring for pets with different needs, whether that's high-energy dogs that need long walks and playtime, puppies still learning routines, or older pets that need a slower pace and a litle extra patience. I pay close attention to feeding schedules, medications (if necessary), and any specific instructions you leave. I also make a point to keep you updated with photos and check-ins, so you're never left wondering how your pet is doing. Pet care fits really well into my routine. I am a full-time student during the week, but I'm available during my lunch break for walks or quick drop-ins. After 4 PM, I'm fully available for longer walks, playtime, feeding, or just keeping your pet company. On weekends, I'm much more flexible and can be available pretty much all day depending on your needs. Whether it's multiple visits, extended stays, or last-minute plans, I'm happy to help. I just ask for about an hour's notice, so I can make sure I get there on time and give your pet the attention they deserve. In my own home, I'm used to caring for two very different personalities. I have one high-energy dog who loves to run and play, and one more relaxed dog who prefers to take it easy. I adjust my care based on their needs , whether that means being outside throwing a ball and staying active, or slowing things down for cuddle time and a calm environment. When I'm in a client's home, I follow that same approach. I pay close attention to each pet's personality and routine and adjust accordingly. If your dog loves to play, I'm more than happy to keep them active and engaged with walks, games, and mental stimulation. If they're more laid back or just want companionship, I'm just as happy to spend time relaxing with them and making sure they feel comfortable and cared for.

I work weekdays from 8:00am to 5:30pm, so I can provide morning and evening walks, feeding, playtime, and plenty of attention before and after work. If your home does not have a dog door, I'm happy to stop by during my lunch break for a midday potty break and walk to help keep your dog's routine as normal as possible. Additionally, I'm comfortable administering oral medications and other routine medications as instructed, and I'm happy to follow any special care needs your pet may have. If you're only looking for a dog walker, I'm available for evening walks on weekdays, making it a great option for those who work third shift or have late work hours. On weekends, I have the flexibility to provide walks throughout the day to fit your pet's schedule and your needs. For house sitting, I stay overnight in my clients' homes so your pets can remain comfortable in their familiar environment. Since I live in an apartment that does not allow animals, I am unable to host pets in my own home. Whether I'm caring for dogs or cats, I'll make sure they receive personalized care, lots of affection, and daily updates with photos so you can enjoy your time away with peace of mind. Your pet's safety, comfort, and well-being are always my top priorities. I take the time to learn each pet's routine, personality, and any special instructions so I can provide consistent care while you're away. Whether that includes feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications, or simply giving them companionship, I'll make sure they receive the individualized attention they deserve. About: I have cared for cats and dogs at all life stages and I have experience giving medication, giving lots of love and attention, scratchies and play time! I have a flexible schedule and have availability to do drop ins, walks, and feeding 7 days a week at scheduled times for dogs and cats. I am also open to day boarding your pup up to 50#. For Drop in visits I will make sure your fur baby has fresh water, potty break, loving, play time and treats if allowed. I will also bring in mail/packages if you would like. Daycare in my home I have 1 cat and 1 dog, a crate if needed and fenced back yard. Your pup must be up to date on all vaccinations, flea and tick, and heartworm and provide proof of records. Your pup must be house trained and well behaved in order to day board and a scheduled meet and greet in my home prior to care, for the safety of all of our fur babies. I will not accept dogs that display aggressive behavior towards people or other pets.
