He didn’t mind at all giving her eye drops and medications and changing her diapers frequently. You can tell he loves dogs and he was so happy to have our little 10lb Minnie for the three days we were gone. And Minnie was a happy girl while while she was there; she especially loved the ability to roam in his fenced in back yard, which we do not have!! Rachael was great! We had a last minute cancellation with our normal sitter and were in a bind and decided to try out Rover. Rachael helped to put us at ease by answering all my questions prior to booking. She was great at communicating and sent daily updates! We will definitely be using her again.
Jamie, who goes by Lynn, was absolutely the perfect match for my dog. She is patient, kind and loving. She kept him the entire day and he was one happy dog when I picked him up. Lynn wanted to know all about him and any instructions for the day at drop off and she followed them perfectly. She has a fenced yard and they spent a lot of time out there. It is about a 20 minute drive for me and there are plenty of sitters closer, but I will continue to make the drive, because it doesn’t get any better than her.
Daniela was amazing! She updated us daily with pictures, kept us in the loop on activities and was always quick to respond. Our pooch came back in great spirits and may have even been a little sad to be home, hah! I can't recommend Daniela more highly, we will certainly work with her again.
Donovan took great care of our Ruby while we were traveling for 9 days. She received multiple walks per day and returned home happy and tired! Donovan communicated with us regularly with photos and updates, and was great to respond quickly when we reached out. We would highly recommend Donovan and will be booking with him again!
