About: I am a doctoral candidate in Biology at UofL, so you know I'm good at organization and scheduling! I think my time as a graduate student has sharpened my reasoning and communication skills as well. It's also increased my animal handling experience (mice)! I've had pets my whole life, mostly cats and dogs. My most recent pet is an elderly shi tzu with a surprising amount of energy! Apollo is a very skiddish cat, but we've definitely earned each others' trust. I can drop by to check on your pet, take them out for a walk (if weekday, must be before 10am or after 5pm, can be flexible), check on them periodically to feed them, or house sit (weekends only). I am a grad student, so I'm usually busy during weekdays 10am-5pm. Most of my work now is away from the bench, so I can be a little flexible about those hours Weekends are generally open! I love in an apartment that doesn't allow animals so I can't keep any here. I can however watch your furry friend at your house or take them on walks around the neighborhood!

About: I cared for (and spoiled) many relatives' pets when they went on vacation through the years. I also lovingly cared for my elderly parents for over a decade. I am a creative and crafty person, and I enjoy painting, sewing, and gardening. Being home most of the time, I would enjoy the company of furry friends! I only use natural cleaning solutions in my home; pets are provided filtered water. Common sense safety precautions that would be taken with any pet or with small children are implemented.

About: I have taken care of dogs my whole life including small to large dogs. I am not a professional trainer but I have experience in training my own fur babies. My work is flexible where I can drop in for visits, take them out walking or just spend time playing with them. I can also board them, so that you can have a stress free vacation. They will have a fenced yard to play in and two buddies to play with. I will send lots of pictures and updates. To ensure safety, please have all vaccinations up to date and send me a copy, if possible. I also like to schedule a meet and greet prior to booking to ensure both parties are comfortable with the booking. It will also be an opportunity to address any concerns. I work full time but have the flexibility to work remotely. If your fur baby needs someone to be home all the time, I can accommodate that. I have a fenced yard. I have a 3 year old beagle mix and a 1 year old beagle. They are both very friendly and wants to make friends. I like to take them for walks and they get plenty of outdoor time and frequent potty breaks. We have a 4 month old baby, so I would prefer if your pets are good with kids.

About: I have been an animal lover, animal rescuer and pet care taker all my life. I have walked dogs, and cared for cats since I was a child. I currently have a special needs cat, plus two others high needs(spoiled) kitties. I have a good deal of experience medicating and caring for cats and dogs. I walk my parents’ dog for them daily. About: I've had my own dogs and a cat my whole life. Additionally I got my first horse at 12 and have been around large and unique animals forever (even pet deer and alpacas!) From my baby Miniature Pinscher to my Great Dane I am capable of providing individualized care. I am currently a student athlete at DSU. I ride on the equestrian team so after my one in person class I am typically in and out of the barn with lots of time to spare as everything else I do for school is online. Pet care fits into my routine as a priority. I recently moved to Dover for school, and miss my dog terribly. Prioritizing your dogs in my schedule is not just a job for me, but a source of happiness! We have a large backyard for fetch and a safe neighborhood for walks and adventures! One block over we have a small park area as well. We have no other animals in the house, just four college girls who are all missing our companions from home. In the house your dog can roam freely about and sleep in my room/bed with me, whatever they are comfortable with.

About: I've been surrounded by dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, turtles, frogs and fish for 35+ years.
