“Noah is AMAZING! Very much self directed and the only person I've hired who was able to both arm and disarm the alarm in their own. I was able to really enjoy my time away. My dogs love Noah.”

“Eloise loved Daphne...we loved Daphne! She did a great job when we were in New Orleans for Mardi Gras with our crazy schedule AND we had to change hotels and Daphne easily accommodated us. Daphne took the time to organize a meet and great with our pup upon our arrival and made our experience wonderful. Thank you, Daphne, and thank you, Rover.”

“Aura was willing to help me out on very short notice. She came to the house and met Two Bit and came back later to walk him. My job is very demanding and it gave me great comfort I Leung he would get his exercise and be cared for. He was in very capable hands with Aura.”

About: Hi! I’ve been around animals my whole life. My mom is a biologist so she taught me from a very young age how every living thing has a soul and a place in this world. She would pick up mice and spiders that got into our home with her hands and take them outside (instead of killing them). Needless to say, I am very comfortable around animals. I’ve had dogs and cats as pets my whole life and I consider myself pretty good with them, even when meeting stray cats or other people’s dogs in the street; I am very patient with them and always let them feel confident with me before I pet them. I have never house-sat for dogs before but I have taken care of roommate’s and friend’s dogs while they are at work or out of town, feeding them, and taking them for walks, etc. I have house-sat for my mom’s cat before (at the end of 2021, actually, for her birthday) which you can read about in my testimonials. Full-disclosure – I’m currently looking for a part-time job so I have plenty of time to play with your pups! I have a car so I can drive over to you, just let me know what your daily and weekly needs are so we can figure out a schedule :) I’m currently not allowed to have any fur babies at my apartment so I will give your pups all the attention and play-time they want. Like I said above, I’ll let them get comfortable with me at their own pace but, of course, take care of their basic needs like food, water, and walks. Just let me know how they do with other dogs on the street and with other humans – if they’re shy, really energetic, etc.

“This was our first time using Rover, and Hannah went above and beyond. Our foster dog, Jet, gets very nervous when strangers enter our home, but Hannah was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. She even took the initiative to schedule a meet-and-greet beforehand, meeting us outside our building to get to know Jet, understand his behavior, and familiarize herself with our neighborhood and building access. We felt completely at ease leaving Jet in her care, and she’ll be our first choice moving forward.”

“Victoria is the best! She always takes great care of my dog and I highly trust her to be my reoccurring walker. She’s very communicative and responsive to my messages which eases my mind when I’m away from my pup. Truly, cannot recommend her enough!”

“Migle is awesome!! Huck immediately loved her from their first meeting. Sent photos of huck before, during, and after the walk which was very much appreciated. Will be booking again!”

“E. Rae. J. Came on very short notice to help me with my pup when I was sick. I appreciate the flexibility in scheduling & quick response. My dog was happy to go with them & well cared for”

“Deana was wonderful with Oggi. Had her for a week to help out while I worked & he loved her. Professional, on time, followed all instructions & attentive noticing when he got tired or the heat was a bit much for him. If you want someone who will care for your fur baby I recommend her”

“Robin is super responsive, consistent and on time, and even our stranger-danger aussiedoodle loves her and is always happy to see her for midday walks!”

About: I have always been passionate about animals and grew up being a "Dog Girl". I would opt to study dog breeds before bed instead of bed time stories and quiz my parents on walks and car rides. I've cared for Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Yorkies, and French Bulldogs all the way up to Giant Schnauzers, Bernese Mountain Dogs, and Labradoodles! Once I moved out on my own and moved into a studio apartment I realized that I may not have room physically for a dog but I would be able to help out cats who are waiting for their furever homes. I have been fostering cats for 5 years and have been able to help cats in both Chicago and New Orleans acclimate to home life as they await their adoption. I have "Foster Failed" and do have my own cat, Dolly, who is my constant companion. I often care for my friends animals in the area and look forward to meeting your fury family member! I do have blocks of time through out the day where I can check in and spend time with your fur baby. I have a pretty flexible schedule but it does fluctuate. I would be able to work with your animal's schedule but it will depend sometimes week to week or month to month. I have a lot of free time in early morning, around lunch and late evenings every day with most days having free afternoons and/or evenings. I will not be hosting animals in my home at this time but I do have space for animals as I often foster shelter cats in my home.

About: I’ve had pets (dogs and cats) for nearly my entire life! I have a genuine love for all animals and am very attentive & patient. I currently have 3 cats with 3 entirely different personalities, a sweet senior dog, and a fiesty little hamster. Tell me your needs & they shall be met! I work part-time and have plenty of time to spend with your pets! I will work with your requests and be very upfront about expectations before the scheduled visits. I am offering to come to the pet’s home and provide care for them there. Before you’re away, we will schedule a meet up to go over everything. I’m happy to spend as much or as little time with your pets as you desire!

About: As a lifelong dog lover and experienced caregiver, I bring both passion and practical knowledge to every furry friend I meet. I've raised two wonderful dogs—a spirited Jack Russell Terrier and a charming Collie-Chihuahua mix—from playful puppyhood to gentle senior care. This experience has given me insight into the unique needs of various breeds and life stages. My experience as a dog sitter includes working with Golden Retrievers, Great Pyrenees, Collies, and Labs of all ages, including post-surgery care for dogs needing extra attention and love. One of my favorite daily activities is walking 5-6 miles, and I'd love for your pup to join me on these adventures. Whether it’s a gentle stroll or an energetic trot, I tailor walks to your dog's preferences and abilities. Rest assured, your four-legged companion will be in caring, capable hands. I work remotely for a nonprofit, which gives me the flexibility to incorporate pet care into my daily routine. Whether it’s a midday walk, an evening stroll, or weekend adventures, I can adjust my schedule to meet your dog's needs. My goal is to ensure your pet receives the care and attention they deserve, whenever they need it. I am currently not offering pet care in my home, as I’m focused on providing exceptional dog walking services and, secondarily, pet sitting in clients’ homes. My primary goal is to gain experience and build strong relationships as a dog walker before committing to overnight pet sitting or extended stays in clients' homes. For now, I’m dedicated to ensuring your dog gets the exercise, attention, and care they need during our walks.

About: I work 100% remotely and love spending time caring for pets. I have experience fostering and raising puppies and enjoy the unique challenges of training. As a sitter, I love to communicate regularly with the pet parents, sending pictures of their furry friend and I. I look forward to hearing from you and meeting your beloved pet! - Amanda I work 100% remotely and can be around for your pet whenever, including weekdays and weekends. I am thrilled to have a very flexible schedule to meet your pets needs! I prefer to be in your home and ensure that your pet feels safe and comfortable in its own environment. I communicate regularly and love to send pictures. If you feel it’s best, please inquire about leaving your pet at my house; although the indoor space is relatively small, I have an entirely fenced in, grassy backyard.

“Lindsey was amazing!!! She was organized and on it. She had a pretty heavy task with our pups but I never worried about how they were dealing. I would book her over and over again!”

“Laura was amazing with my anxious boy! She was patient, gentle, encouraging and flexible. She adjusts her approach entirely based on the personality and mood of the dog she works with, and consequently my dog is in love with her!”

About: Neither rain, nor sleet.. wait, wrong list. Big dogs, little dogs, chonky cats and petite ones, even the occasional Royal Python, I’ve cared for them all and loved doing it. I am an avid walker and would be so happy if your pet would join me on a jaunt, or if that isn’t their bag, I’m always up for mellow hang times and belly rubs. If your little buddy has any simple medication needs, I am comfortable administering after recieving clear instruction. I am on time, communicative, and flexible to your and your pet’s schedule. I'm currently in between projects for the motion picture industry, so my schedule is pretty open. I have plenty of time during the week and on weekends. I will lovingly care for your pets like I have for my own in the past. Iwill follow your instructions to the utmost of my ability. Since you know them best, you know their wants and needs better than I do.

About: Hello, my name is Erik. I'm a true dog lover who has been dog walking/pet sitting for over 15 years. I grew up here in New Orleans, and after being gone for several years I have returned home. I have a special connection with dogs and I love spending lots of time with them at the park playing ball, going on long walks, or just laying on the floor with them giving belly rubs . I know dogs are a special part of your family and finding someone who can take care of them is challenging. For that reason, I do my best to make them feel comfortable and treat them as if they were mine. I am a real estate agent here in the greater New Orleans area, and so I am usually out-and-about with clients during the day; for that reason, I am available most any day during the week while you are at work. I can also do afternoon, evening & overnight visits. I also like to spend about 30-45 minutes with each pet, so that they get the exercise they need during the day. I look forward to taking care of you furry baby! :)

Hannah W.
“Hannah is a great friend, but more importantly for this testimonial, a loving and responsible caregiver to my dog Archie. Hannah has watched Archie multiple times while we have gone on vacation, and she is always very tentative to his needs and ensuring his routine is not too interrupted. She loves and cares for Archie like one of her own pets, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a pet sitter. In addition, while staying at our house, she was clean and kept the house in order while we were away. I am very thankful for all Hannah has done for us, and leaving Archie with her definitely takes the stress away of leaving your pet behind.”

Heather S.
“Heather is a loving and incredibly responsible caregiver. Her affection for both cats and dogs is clear, and I’ve seen her care for each with such grace and compassion. She has looked after our three cats, our dog, and even our hamster—and she’s always been wonderful with them. Heather is trustworthy, dependable, and truly passionate about animal care. She has a natural warmth that animals seem to sense, and they’re always comfortable and at ease around her. I can’t recommend her enough!”
