About: I am 54 years old and have owned several small toy breeds including, Yorkshire terriers, Maltese, Pomeranians and currently 3 Daschunds. I also have a tabby kitty . I know the feeling of leaving my dogs and my mom’s cat, and yearning for the perfect care and dependability of my dog and cat sitter. I am not someone to just come in and leave . I love to play with the animal and give it attention it needs . I have house trained all of my small breed doggies and love to walk and play with your little ones. I do not have any other job. My time is your babies time and would be so happy to help . Note: I cannot board in my home due to my three dogs. I am currently out of work and looking for the next best hobby of mine and that is animals . This would be extremely intentional for me to be there every day as needed. Thank you for considering me ! I do not prefer to board animals in my home. I am a dog momma to three weenies and they aren’t great with other dogs . In my free time I love taking them for walks, playing at the soccer park with a ball, and often drive them to Sonic for ice cream ! I will be working with a puppy every day for an hour close by in Arlington, that will need my attention and love M-F from 10-11:30 a.m. Cats are also a specialty of mine . About: I’ve had a dog my whole life with my family and now I have my own dog. I love helping any way I can and ensure you I will provide a genuine interaction with your pup!! I’m currently finishing my masters program online and can adjust my schedule to my bookings. This allows for me not to be rushed when tending to the animals. She came to meet my fur babies the Friday before their scheduled drop-in which made me feel so much more comfortable. She fed, watered, let them out to potty, and stayed an extra 30 minutes to give them some extra play/exercise time out of their kennel. She messaged me as soon as she arrived, left, gave me a report on the boys, uploaded pictures, and let me know they were safely back in their kennels before leaving. About: From my experience in shelter care and veterinary medicine, I am very comfortable with caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, and medical needs. I have dealt with strays and owned pets from every imaginable background, and I believe every animal is worthy of patience, respect, and affection. I’m currently unemployed so I have a very open schedule for watching your dogs and cats! I typically let my own dogs out about 4-5 times a day, and they each have their own feeding schedule that I attend to as needed. I am very flexible right now, and would also be available to do fluids, injections, and other specific medical and behavioral needs (e.g., extra walks, extra play time, etc.). I have a fenced in yard and three friendly dogs, and two sweet cats, to keep your furbaby company. I am comfortable crating dogs and have an extra crate for a small-medium dog. One of my dogs is a senior dog with special needs, so I am perfectly comfortable housing and caring for dogs who have their own special needs. I also have a dog with epilepsy so I am very used to dealing with seizures and the safety precautions that go along with them. These dogs have also never met a stranger, and our home is an overall very welcoming environment to all creatures (I even have a pet spider!).
About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life, so caring for them has always been a natural and important part of my life. I currently have a little over 2-year-old Bernedoodle who is playful, energetic, and loves being around people and other dogs. I plan to provide care primarily in the pet’s home rather than boarding pets in my own home. I understand that every pet has different routines, needs, and preferences, and I’m happy to follow any instructions provided by the owner. I’ll make sure your pet is safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away, while also respecting your home and keeping their usual routine as consistent as possible.

About: I'm a semi-retired RN, a dog mom and a dog grandma ready to love on your fur babies while you're away. I've cared for dogs for 30 plus years, and I've rescued all my own dogs. I never met one I didn't love. We'll walk and help expend some energy during the day. A played out dog is a happy dog! I'm currently working 2 days a week, so I have time to spend with your fur babies whether you need one visit a day or two. I will take them on a walk or spend time with them in your backyard. About: I enjoy pet sitting in my free time. I also have a residential cleaning business, so sometimes they come as a package deal! I’ve had dogs my whole life; I currently have four. They’re my life and when pet parents are comfortable with it, I bring along my blue heeler pup to play with my pet sitting dogs. He tires them out in minutes lol! I make my own schedule, so I am available for drop-ins and local overnights 7 days/ week. I also typically do early morning dog walking sessions when close to my other pet clients. I focus on plenty of outside time with my pet clients, especially if they have high energy! I give plenty of love and treats and give fresh water every trip to the home.

About: I’ve had an assortment of pets my whole life, and was a groomer for several years. I’ve worked with pets big and small, from the greatest of Danes and even creepy crawlies! I work in a veterinary office 3-4 days a week, and have nothing to do but snuggle pets in my spare time! I have a flexible schedule. I want to bring comfort to your pets while you have to be away! About: I enjoy taking care of dogs. They all have their own unique personalities and are so loving! I enjoy being a calm consistent presence. About: Growing up in a heavily animal-oriented household, I fell in love with caring for animals of all kinds. With a mother who is a professional groomer and previously a vet tech, I was exposed to dogs and animals of all breeds, temperaments, ages, and more. Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
