About: I am 54 years old and have owned several small toy breeds including, Yorkshire terriers, Maltese, Pomeranians and currently 3 Daschunds. I also have a tabby kitty . I know the feeling of leaving my dogs and my mom’s cat, and yearning for the perfect care and dependability of my dog and cat sitter. I am not someone to just come in and leave . I love to play with the animal and give it attention it needs . I have house trained all of my small breed doggies and love to walk and play with your little ones. I do not have any other job. My time is your babies time and would be so happy to help . Note: I cannot board in my home due to my three dogs. I am currently out of work and looking for the next best hobby of mine and that is animals . This would be extremely intentional for me to be there every day as needed. Thank you for considering me ! I do not prefer to board animals in my home. I am a dog momma to three weenies and they aren’t great with other dogs . In my free time I love taking them for walks, playing at the soccer park with a ball, and often drive them to Sonic for ice cream ! I will be working with a puppy every day for an hour close by in Arlington, that will need my attention and love M-F from 10-11:30 a.m. Cats are also a specialty of mine . About: I’ve had an assortment of pets my whole life, and was a groomer for several years. I’ve worked with pets big and small, from the greatest of Danes and even creepy crawlies! I work in a veterinary office 3-4 days a week, and have nothing to do but snuggle pets in my spare time! I have a flexible schedule. I want to bring comfort to your pets while you have to be away! As a fur mom of a couple of “Velcro” dogs myself, I know how sad they can be without us! I really love to chat with them while I am there!
About: I’ve had a dog my whole life with my family and now I have my own dog. I love helping any way I can and ensure you I will provide a genuine interaction with your pup!! I’m currently finishing my masters program online and can adjust my schedule to my bookings. This allows for me not to be rushed when tending to the animals. About: From my experience in shelter care and veterinary medicine, I am very comfortable with caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, and medical needs. I have dealt with strays and owned pets from every imaginable background, and I believe every animal is worthy of patience, respect, and affection. I’m currently unemployed so I have a very open schedule for watching your dogs and cats! I typically let my own dogs out about 4-5 times a day, and they each have their own feeding schedule that I attend to as needed. I am very flexible right now, and would also be available to do fluids, injections, and other specific medical and behavioral needs (e.g., extra walks, extra play time, etc.). I have a fenced in yard and three friendly dogs, and two sweet cats, to keep your furbaby company. I am comfortable crating dogs and have an extra crate for a small-medium dog. One of my dogs is a senior dog with special needs, so I am perfectly comfortable housing and caring for dogs who have their own special needs. I also have a dog with epilepsy so I am very used to dealing with seizures and the safety precautions that go along with them. These dogs have also never met a stranger, and our home is an overall very welcoming environment to all creatures (I even have a pet spider!).
About: I have been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. I absolutely adore animals of all kinds, especially cats. I have experience caring for my kitty that had cancer, including providing subcutaneous fluids, medications/fluids/food through a feeding tube, and administering liquid, capsule, tablet, and transdermal medications. I also have experience with other feline medical issues, such as chronic urinary blockages and feline asthma. Further, I have never lived in a home without a dog, and have a background in animal behavior, training, grooming, and health. I have no problem providing medications to any animals and have experience with seniors. I love dogs of all sizes, especially huge dogs! I am available 24/7 and am extremely flexible with scheduling! I am fully self-employed and I have an extremely open schedule. I have no problem with short-notice cancellations or applications, and will almost always be able to take on your request! About: I enjoy taking care of dogs. They all have their own unique personalities and are so loving! I enjoy being a calm consistent presence. I take pride in owners knowing and feeling like their family is safe, secure and getting the attention needed. I know leaving your pet can be stressful but trust me they will be left in great hands. I work in the education field so I am mostly available on the weekends. We have several breaks throughout the year, so I am also available during our breaks. I am able to follow any routines that mimick life at home so your pet will feel comfortable while you're away. Your pets are free to walk around my home, I can crate if that's your preference. About: Growing up in a heavily animal-oriented household, I fell in love with caring for animals of all kinds. With a mother who is a professional groomer and previously a vet tech, I was exposed to dogs and animals of all breeds, temperaments, ages, and more. About: I am a former K9 handler of the United States Air Force. I like to keep my home loving, safe, sanitary, and fun! I have 6+ years of experience in caring and training dogs. I live in Somerville, TN and work at the Somerville Animal Hospital 10 minutes away. I check on my dogs every day I work for my lunch break M-F. I stay at home on the weekends unless I am running errands. My pets are 75% outside and 25% inside dogs at the moment. They will be inside during heat season and outside during winter because their breed. I make individual care plans depending on the breed and what the individual canine is used to.

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
