About: My sweet rescue Izzy could tell you, I have the biggest heart for her and always aim to make her feel safe and loved. I have taken care of cats and dogs of all kinds, including puppies! I am a teacher that is on summer break from June to July. I have pretty open availability to get to know your babies this summer. I can check in on your pet, take them for a walk, or just play with them during the work day! It is important for them to get stimulation throughout the day.

About: I have a Bachelors in Biology, with a special interest in animal behavior (I took several classes on this!). I am also a parent to a sweet cat named Lainey, who I adopted last year. Additionally, I helped walk my dad’s dogs (medium size, one is a blue heeler) for a year or two. I don’t have a full-time job currently, so I have a lot of free time on my hands! I can come almost any time of the day to check on or walk your lovely pets. I have my own doggie bags, but please provide me with your dog’s typical walking equipment. I am very aware of how animals behave, so I’ll keep a very good eye on your pets to make sure they’re safe and happy.

About: Hi! My name is Kayleigh and I am currently a sophomore in college working towards obtaining my associates in radiology. I have grown up around all kinda of pets my entire life! From my first dog when I was 3 to our foster babies my mom and I would take care of. I have always had a love for animals. I’ve volunteered at shelters and have even asked for donations to animal shelters instead of birthday presents for my birthday parties growing up. I say this, not to brag, or receive praise, but to explain how deep my love has gone for these precious creatures. About: I've dog sat for friends from time to time. I have never had my own dog, due to moving internationally so many times as a military family. However, I've always enjoyed other people's dogs of all breeds, temperaments, and sizes. I have a lot of experience caring for people which has resulted in me possessing the patience, tact, and empathy necessary for interacting with animals, as well. I have recently resigned from my toxic and stressful government job and am available for any and all opportunities for drop-in pet care and dog walking that do not conflict with commitments to my kids' events. I then gained clients and have been pet sitting from my home and others ever since. I have always dreamed of opening my own dog boarding and then remember I won't even take my own dog to be boarded! That is why I do what I do now, to nurture to love and to calm your pets nerves. I understand that it can be sometimes even more nerve racking for the owner then the pet... I am that owner! My husband Alex and I live in Oakland, Tn with a gorgeous fenced in yard as pictured. I work from home and usually never leave the house unless I go to Walmart up the street. We do not have any children and do not plan on it anytime soon! We are totally content with fur babies for now! A typical day at our home for your pet would include waking up in our bed, breakfast, mornings outside pending on weather (I have an outdoor desk), playing with millions of toys we can't seem to stop buying and of course when Alex comes home a walk around the neighborhood. We can't wait to meet you and your sweet fur baby! Dogs and cats are my whole life I care for them just as children. I love exercise and getting outside so pet care has come as a joy to me not just a chore. Dog walking, bathing, playing, co sleeping, cooking for pets if needed, taking them to groomers ect.. About: My name is Leanna. I’ve had pets (big and small) my entire life and for the past 2 years, I’ve been caring for others in addition to my own. I have experience caring for dogs with special needs and of a variety of breeds. I’m new to working for Rover and I'm excited for the opportunity to meet your pets. I was a volunteer for a shelter for a little over a year so I have quite a bit of experience under my belt as well. I recently graduated college with a degree in occupational therapy and currently awaiting to take my certification exam; so I have plenty of free time to serve your pets.
