About: I've dog sat for friends from time to time. I have never had my own dog, due to moving internationally so many times as a military family. However, I've always enjoyed other people's dogs of all breeds, temperaments, and sizes. I have a lot of experience caring for people which has resulted in me possessing the patience, tact, and empathy necessary for interacting with animals, as well. I have recently resigned from my toxic and stressful government job and am available for any and all opportunities for drop-in pet care and dog walking that do not conflict with commitments to my kids' events. I will follow directions and meet any special requests for drop-in visits or walks. I've cared for many human children in many different and even challenging scenarios, for many parents, without incident. I have been a certified lifeguard, water safety instructor, and child passenger safety technician. Safety and trust are very important to me and I want you and your pet to feel very comfortable with me when it comes to those things.

I am a teacher that is on summer break from June to July. I have pretty open availability to get to know your babies this summer. About: My name is Leanna. I’ve had pets (big and small) my entire life and for the past 2 years, I’ve been caring for others in addition to my own. I have experienced firsthand how hard it is to get someone you can trust to look after your furry family and realize it is a need in the community. I currently work with my own two dogs every day to ensure they get the exercise needed and make their dog food from scratch so they remain healthy. I understand that your pet needs interaction and breaks from being by themselves while you are away. Commercial pet boarding just doesn’t cut it and takes them out of their safe familiar environment. Raising their stress levels. They don’t need that in your absence. I can take that stress away and make some friends in the process.
