“Kailey did an amazing job! We had done a meet and greet and a trial. Both went smoothly! My pups have a bit of separation anxiety (so do I) but she made them feel extremely safe and it was like we never left. They adore her even in just the short while they spent with her. She did an overnight at our house and we could barely tell she was even here. She was wonderful and we will definitely be using her again.”

“We are delighted by Amber who watched our pup Oxford this past weekend. She was extremely proactive with her questions and willingness to come for a pre-visit to meet him beforehand. She stayed at our home from Friday night through Sunday and left our place spotless. Oxford seemed to have a great time with her and Amber was communicative even with our spotty service. We will definitely have Amber back to watch Oxford and are happy to recommend her.”

“Marcus is an amazing house sitter. We really enjoyed meeting with him in advance to go over our animal care instructions. It made us feel comfortable getting to know who we would be leaving our animals with and it also gave our animals a chance to get to know him as well. Marcus was thoughtful and considerate during our time away. He sent us regular check ins and let us know when he arrived and departed. Before leaving the final time he also straightened up the kitchen and living room and took the trash- which we really appreciated. We highly recommend Marcus and we will also be booking with him in the future.”

About: I’ve had dogs and have been taking care of family and friends dogs and cats for over 10 years. My family has had healthy dogs and dogs that have had medical issues over the years, and so I’m knowledgeable in looking after a dog who has undergone surgery, or who requires special care due to paralyzation. I love all animals and friends have relied on me to house sit their dogs while they go away on trips or vacations for multiple days at a time, sometimes with more than one dog at a time, or additional pets as well, so I’m very experienced in addressing each animals needs, while also sending “daily nanny cam” updates to family and friends so they can see their pets during the day and know that they’re happy and doing well. I work full time, but work from home two out of the five days, so I would be able to take your dog on multiple walks during the day, come over and stay with them for a few hours to play, or even house sit them for the day or several days if you’re going away for a trip. If they require special medication I just ask that you leave me their vitamin/mediation schedule and will administer based on your instructions. My family dog loves to cuddle with me in my lap and when she’s not allowed on the furniture, I’ll often sit on the floor with her so that she can snuggle with me. On the days that I work from home, I would be happy to stay at your home with your pets making sure their needs are met. I love my family pets and will give your pets the same love and affection that I give mine. My animals are allowed to snuggle with me on the couch or on the bed (unless you don’t want them on the furniture/ there are behavioral issues I need to be aware of, I would have them do the same thing). I walk my family dog in the afternoons and play with her throughout the day with dog toys and fetch, but will monitor if it looks like the toy is coming apart and could pose a risk to them. I would follow all instructions left when it comes to house sitting/walks/or day sitting, and would ask for you to share any behavioral issues or triggers with me in advance so I care be aware of them prior to taking your pets out on walks or just in day to day interactions. This allows me to be aware for your pets safety and the safety of any other animals we could come around. If a dog doesn’t seem friendly while we’re on a walk, I would remove your dog from that situation to try and keep them as safe as possible. I will also always reach out to contact you if there are any issues or questions I have about daily activities, medications, etc. When I dog sit at someone’s home, I recognize that I am really there just to look after their pet, so I don’t leave the house for extended periods of time and will actually put on animal shows for the pets to watch, including planet earth, or Disney pet movies. I also like to send updates that I called “nanny cams”, which are photos or videos of your pet playing or just hanging about so that you can have peace of mind that they’re happy and you can also see them while you’re away and receive updates. I will always communicate with you very openly to ensure you have peace of mind while I’m taking care of your pet.

About: Do you ever hear someone say they have been caring for animals their entire life? Well for me, that’s actually true .My family has a boarding kennel that was opened the year after I was born; and it’s where I’ve spent a lot of my life. Additionally, with many years of vet tech experience and a natural passion for caring for animals, I also have a knack for picking up on illnesses. Treating your animals like my own is my biggest goal, and I will do whatever is necessary to make them happy. Very comfortable giving medicine, including insulin or other injectable medications. Animals are a passion of mine and my years of experience allow me to be knowledgeable on many different aspects of pet care. I work full time but I my schedule is pretty flexible, and can be managed to fit your pets needs. I can provide windows for drop in visits. My pet sitting services are tailored to fit your pets needs. I can walk dogs or let them out in a fenced in back yard. They are never left unsupervised while outside and prefer to use a leash if you do not have a fenced in backyard.

I am currently the DayPlay Lead at K9 Heeling, rates the “#1 Dog Training Company” on the Eastern Shore, based on The Metropolitan Magazine! I love all animals and would willing to watch any type!! I am currently working full time! I’ve plenty of free time to take care of your pets and make sure they have the best quality care! After all it is what I do for a living! I would prefer to pet sit in your home so that the dog can stay in the comfort of its own home, if at all possible!

About: I'm very patient, having owned both cats and dogs throughout my lifetime. Have dealt with both from the puppy/kitten stage through old age/end of life. I am semi-retired and available for a wide range of time that can satisfy any work schedule or vacation plans from clients. I enjoy going to the gym and taking walks to remain active so I am flexible around any schedule as needed. I am willing to walk, feed, or even stay over night to be with your pet. I am not currently willing to keep a pet at my home.

About: I've been pet sitting for many years and I have experience in many different ages, breeds, energy levels, etc. I've always been naturally drawn to dogs and vice versa. I'm an active college student looking for some pups to take along on my daily walks and runs, but I can also provide regular care like visits throughout the day for those with long work days and out of town trips :) I am a college student finishing up my Junior year in May, leaving me with plenty of free time in the summer. I work part-time as a personal trainer so I have a flexible schedule that is under my control. I am often available on short notice :) I have one small dog (my childhood dog that I stole when I went off to college) that becomes best friends with every dog she meets, but she stays with my parents in Ocean City when needed. I've stayed in many client's homes before and I always enjoy the down time with the pup(s).

About: I have been pet sitting since I was 13 because I never got to have my own cat or dog at my house. I cherish all types of pets from geckos to horses, and treat every pet as if it were my own. There are no limits to the needs of your pets! I am currently working a full time nanny job but am flexible all throughout each day. My nights are free and I am able to leave work at any time during the day to feed, walk, or just hang out with your pet! My weekends are also free and I am ready to fill my time with being available for your pets. Anything you need from me I am capable. I am comfortable with crating, not crating, pee pads, and abnormal feeding or walking schedules. I will treat your pet and home like it were mine!

“Julie was absolutely incredible watching my dog over the weekend. She continuously updated me and sent pictures, and she was able to pivot, accommodating any changes I needed. Julie also provided me feedback on how my dog did and offered suggestions to help with his puppy behavior. I cannot express how great she was and I hope to use her again in the future!”

“Kara was great. She spent the whole day with our dog Ginger and when we got home, Ginger was calm and happy. She can get pretty stressed when we are gone so the fact that we came home and found her calm was a great sign. Kara made her feel taken care of and that made us feel wonderful. I highly recommend Kara.”

About: I have had several animals in my lifetime, some of my families growing up, and several of my own. I have owned a total of 5 dogs. All of my dogs have been/are rescues. I currently have 3 "puppies" that range in ages between 1-2 years old. I got two of them when they were only 6 months old and I have done all of their training on my own. Animals of all kinds have a very special place in my hear and I work hard so my fur animals can have a better life. Remember, your animals only experience what you allow them to.
