“Jordan did an outstanding job taking care of our fur baby! Jordan is very professional and very organized. She was punctual, respectful, and what I loved and appreciated most were the many updates and photos! We will definitely use Jordan in the future. Thanks again!”

“This was our first time ever using Rover, we usually leave our pets with a trusted family member or friend, and we are beyond impressed with our experience with Shemoy! Shemoy is just the sweetest; she sent several photos, including one holding our cat Alice who never warms up to any strangers! We will definitely be using Shemoy again and highly recommend her to take care of your pets.”

“Katarina was very friendly and took great care of our dogs. She sent lots of pictures to let us know how things were going. She was very responsive and we came home to very happy pups. I would recommend her to watch your pets.”

“Kathleen was great to work with! We have a very skittish puppy (along with 2 older bassets) and Kathleen was great keeping us updated with how she was doing! We are very pleased with the care Kathleen provided and will definitely book with her again!”

“I contacted India on relatively short notice for pet sitting. She was available to come meet us and our dog before our trip. India did a wonderful job taking care of our older German Shepherd who is dealing with some skin conditions. She was very caring and followed all of the instructions that I left for medicine and wound care. We appreciate the care that she gave our girl and will definitely book with India again to take care of our dog. We also have a bearded dragon and fish that she took care of as well. Highly recommend India for pet sitting.”

About: I am detail oriented, professional, and reliable. I provide personalized, attentive pet care—never a one-size-fits-all approach. Every animal has their own personality and needs, so I tailor their routine to what makes them feel safe, comfortable, and happy. You can expect regular updates, photos, and check-ins (unless you prefer otherwise) so you always feel connected and reassured while you're away. I currently work on base, therefore, I am primarily available evenings and weekends, with some flexibility depending on your pet’s schedule. With enough notice, I can often adjust my availability when needed, but usually work 7-4. I follow all owner instructions closely, whether it’s walk schedules, fenced-yard playtime, crate routines, furniture rules, or how your pet is to be left when I’m out. Your pet’s wellbeing and your peace of mind are my top priorities.
About: I've had and taken care of a dog since I was 7 years old. Dogs were always a part of our family life. In my family and friend group I am the go-to person for pet sitting and puppy walks. I recently participated with a trainer from Ultimate K9 training in Southern Maryland with my own pup Russel who passed with flying colors and both he and I learned many new skills and tricks. Working with dogs is one of the loves of my life. I typically work a 7-5 shift at my day job but do have some flexibility during the day that I can use for a pup break. Evenings I am consistently available after 5pm. Weekend work is not a problem and I am open to helping support your much needed getaway. Love is always the first ingredient but of course we respect puppy boundaries as set by the puppy parents or how comfortable the pup is until they feel comfortable. Meals are fed to pups at the same time to make sure they are not feeling favoritism. Belly rubs and play time are also important for bonding and trust. I will send images of pets daily if the pet parent would like. Just let me know.

Household Experience: My own home is a bustling animal sanctuary! We have two senior dogs, one middle-aged dog, and a playful 5-year-old cat, and even a turtle. All our pets have been part of our family since they were young. My Skills: Reliable & Responsible: I am a highly responsible and trustworthy 18-year-old senior in high school with flexible availability outside of school hours, including overnight stays. Excellent Communicator: I'm friendly and outgoing, and I'm always happy to keep you updated on your dog's well-being. Reliable Transportation: I have my own reliable transportation, ensuring I can get to you and your dog promptly. I'm passionate about providing loving and attentive care to your furry friend. Whether it's a quick drop-in, a long walk, or an overnight stay, I'm here to ensure your dog is happy and comfortable. Additional: I have military base access and pride myself on being drug-free I am in school and can provide services after school and on the weekends and holidays. (M-F, from 7AM-3PM) Location of pets will determine frequency of visits. I am responsible for a senior dog that needs attention and frequent potty breaks. We don't have a fenced in yard so the pets need to monitored for their safety or walked. I regularly walk all of my dogs and play with them constantly. I am the go-to person when all family and friends need pet assistance.
About: I’ve have taken car of dog since I was 15 and love all kind of dogs. I have a two years old golden retriever that is fully house trained and love everyone. “Kathleen is amazing! She checked in regularly with pictures of my relaxed and content baby. She was caring and attentive. She even picked up on his silent cues for when he wanted a snack or treat. When we came home, it was as if we'd only been away for 10 minutes. There is no one I'd trust more.”

“Hannah was our first new dog sitter in a year and a half and did a fantastic job watching our dogs for the weekend. Her communication was excellent and gave us peace of mind through pictures and updates about how the dogs were doing while we were away. Hannah’s energy was perfectly matched for our pack (calm, relaxed, comforting) even managing to get our anxious and nervous adopted pup to cuddle and fall asleep in her lap. We returned home to a cleanup and tidy house and well cared for dogs. Highly recommend.”

“Linda was awesome. Sadie was relaxed and happy while in her care. It was nice to go on vacation and know that Sadie was being well cared for. I would recommend Linda to anyone who wants their pet to stay home while they are gone. I will definitely request Linda again if we go away.”

About: I’m Mia. I have 10 years of general animal experience and 3 years as a Vet Tech at my local veterinarian clinic. I love what I do and wouldn’t want to do anything else. I currently work from home so I have a ton of flexibility. I have experience with dogs, cats, small animals and reptiles. I also have medication administering experience (including injections). I telework so I have very open availability and am very flexible with my time. Every pet I have in my care always gets the time they deserve in my presence. When caring for pets in my home or my client's home, I tailor my approach based on the specific needs of the pet. In my own home, I follow a consistent routine that includes feeding, playtime, and regular walks. I also take extra care to keep their environment clean and safe, ensuring they have cozy places to sleep and access to fresh water throughout the day. When caring for pets in a client's home, I take the time to understand their routine and any specific preferences or instructions. I ensure that pets feel comfortable in their own space by sticking to their usual feeding times and walking routines. For example, if the pet is used to regular playtime or training sessions, I incorporate that into the visit. I also make sure to monitor their health, looking for any signs of distress or discomfort and keeping the owner updated with regular check-ins. Whether it's for my own pets or a client's, I prioritize creating a positive and loving environment, offering companionship, and being responsive to the pets’ physical and emotional needs.
About: I’ve grown up with dogs since I was 7 even having my own pup. Caring for the neighborhood pets was not only something to pass the time but I built a bond with them with daily walks, playtime and feeding. This is something I continue to do today. I currently work from home, which has afforded me time throughout the day to be able to provide that extra care whether it is vet visits, walks outside, or even additional playtime in a day. I currently stay in an area that has a fenced play area outside. I do have a small dog myself but have gate areas up if needed for separation.
About: I’m an experienced, reliable, and responsible pet sitter who truly loves animals. I understand how important it is to have someone you can trust to care for your pets when you’re away, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. I am a stay at home mom of 5 two legged children and 2 four legged children with a background in healthcare. I’m here day and night to help with your pet care needs. I have a large fenced in yard for exercise, and a screened in porch. I can set up a crate if needed. We have 2 large friendly dogs to keep your baby company. Fresh water, regular feeding, medication administration if needed and lots of love! I can guarantee your pup will never get lonely!

Shemoy is so sweet and took really good care of our two dogs in challenging conditions. We left right after the snow and ice storm and the temperatures stayed below freezing the entire week. She was understanding of the icy conditions on patches of our driveway, deck and yard. We highly recommend her and will hopefully be able to have her again in the future if she's willing!
