She asked very specific questions about his routine and wanted to ensure he was as comfortable as possible. During her stay she was very interactive with Percy. About: I have had pets and taken care of other's pets for most of my life! I absolutely adore animals of all kinds. I used to house/dog sit for a friend all the time but most recently I've been taking care of kitties. I currently work part time and my schedule is pretty flexible. Courtney is a wonderful dog and house sitter. I knew as soon as she met our senior dog Chase that she was a good fit for him. Courtney is very gentle and mindful of Chase’s limitations at 18. Calm and gentle is what Chase needs, and Courtney is a great fit for him. She did a great job of giving him his medication and feeding him what he would eat. Chase is a very finicky eater, and we were not surprised when she messaged us that he had not eaten much in the morning. We very much appreciated Courtney’s detailed information about his food and medication intake while we were gone. We would definitely have Courtney watch our home and Chase again.
As usual Sarah was awesome. I would actually rate her six stars out of five instead of five. I was worried when I left on my 8-day trip because my dog was a little sick and I had to take him to the vet on the Sunday before I left and fortunately the numbers were good enough that the vet felt I could travel and he would be okay. That said Sarah went up to my vet for me and picked up some medication to help him get back on his feet. She was the one making suggestions of what to feed him to get him to eat and I think that's typical of her going above and beyond.
We have loved having Evie over for our animals twice now! She was wonderful in keeping us updated on the pets and being attentive with their needs. She loves on them the way they deserve and is very responsive and dependable. We have really appreciated her professionalism and our dogs have seemed so happy and well taken care of when we get home. 🩷
