“Sheri and Bill were wonderful with Annie and Freddie. They sent me wonderful pictures and videos of their time together and spoiled my fur babies. I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing my dogs were safe and being treated like a member of their family. I highly recommend them for the care of your furry family member and will definitely be using them again.”

“David went above and beyond for my dog. He communicated very well and provided picture while we were gone (help ease my mind). I would definitely recommend David as your first choice!”

“My shiba stayed with Teri and had the best time! Teri is the dog whisperer because Sasha warmed up to her on our meet and greet (for those of you that know Shiba’s they are cat like and aloof taking their own time to warm up to others). I will always be booking early with Teri because she is so amazing that she has many people wanting her services!). Thank you Teri, for being so wonderful so I can enjoy my upcoming vacations knowing Sasha is safe and happy.💕”

“Our Jasper had an excellent stay with Craig! We met beforehand and let Jasper get comfortable with where he would be staying and got to chat with Craig and get to know him a bit. Craig was very good at walking us through all the care and attention that Jasper would receive and answered all my questions. We felt very safe leaving our pup with him. I would recommend others to reach out to Craig for his services and we will definitely use his sitting services again too.”

“Our dog, Gracie, had a great stay over the holidays! She seemed to want to stay and play when we came to pick her up. We are so grateful for the wonderful care Gracie receives here! ”

“Absolutely outstanding boarding experience—Rachel is our go-to for our German Shepherd! We’ve boarded Bella with Rachel multiple times now, and every stay has been perfect. As a large, energetic breed, German Shepherds can be a handful, but Rachel handles her with such confidence, care, and expertise. Bella always comes home happy, tired from plenty of play and walks, and clearly well-loved. Rachel is incredibly responsive—messages are answered quickly, and she keeps us updated every step of the way. The daily photo and video updates are a game-changer, showing Bella playing in the yard, cuddling, or just relaxing like she’s at home. She follows all our instructions perfectly (including feeding and exercise routines) and is super flexible; when our flights have been delayed or even canceled, she’s happily accommodated the changes without hesitation. We feel so lucky to have found someone we trust completely. We’ve already booked our next few trips with Rachel because we honestly can’t imagine anyone else taking care of Bella. Highly recommend her to anyone with a big dog—10/10 every time!!! Thank you so much, Rachel!!!”

“Daisy had another wonderful stay with Nancy! She was a bit nervous to be left behind, but Nancy soon reassured me with photos of her and news of her settling in. I think Johnny, Nancy’s dog, is also the most generous host, sharing his toys and helping Daisy to feel comfortable!”

“Elizabeth is super fantastic! I have no idea how she does it. She is a super human. Our dog was so happy during her stay. Elizabeth is so thoughtful to send pics every day it made my day knowing she was so well cared for in our absence. I highly recommend Elizabeth! I love that our dog got the opportunity to spend time with Elizabeth’s son and other dogs. She did amazing. Thank you so much, Elizabeth. We will see you again when we need a dog sitter.??”

“Jenny was wonderful as always. I requested for Jenny's help so I could take my son out of town for his birthday. I have asked Jenny for help multiple times now with my dog and she always provides 6 out of 5 star service (that is not a typo). Muchas gracias Jenny :)”

“This was the longest trip I have taken without my dog and I am so thankful for Teanna knowing my dog was well taken care of during it all! They go on walks around the neighborhood, play fetch in the fenced-in tennis courts, and enjoy lots of cuddles on the couch. I appreciate all the updates and pictures shared.”

“Kimberly was amazing with our pup! She has a great setup and an obvious heart for pets. She was so kind to send us pictures/videos to help us feel better about leaving him behind. We’ll be using her again!!”

“As always, our dog had a wonderful time with Celeste and Rafael. They took such good care of him and kept us updated on all of their fun adventures. We will definitely be using them again!”

“Kevin has just returned from his 4 day stay with Linda and had a great time! Linda communicates updates multiple times a day and sends very cute pictures. I always have so much peace of mind when Kevin stays with Linda as I know she takes such amazing care of him.”

“We left our 12 month old golden retriever with Monica for a quick weekend trip. Our pup is our entire world so finding good care for her was so stressful. But Monica made it so easy. She reassured me of how her entire stay would go and listened to all my “first time mom” concerns. She sent so many updates, pictures and videos. She 1000% loved our pup like she was her own. We will go back to Monica’s time and time again.”

“Jean is the perfect dog sitter! She made our vacation so peaceful. For a small addition she came to our house to pickup and drop off our Lulu. Sent us photos and videos along with updates every day. She even gave Lulu a bath & trimmed her nails. Jean’s dogs played with our Lulu in the most gentle and adorable way. We’re definitely going to use jean’s service again!!!”

“This was our second time working with Mary, and definitely won't be the last! She was responsive and provided updates throughout our boys' stay with her, and we felt very confident that they were well taken care of and happy to be there! As always, 10/10, will work with again!”

About: I’ve always loved dogs for as long as I can remember. And I have a 2 year old golden retriever, named Honey, and raising him from a puppy to now has been the most rewarding experience. He loves to make new friends!! We live in a spacious 1 bedroom apartment with a large park just 1 block away. We go on 4-5 walks per day and we’d love to have your pup join us! I am currently working from home so my schedule is very flexible during the week. And on the weekends, I can make myself available as well for walks, play time drop ins, boarding, etc. I can guarantee your pet will receive so much care and attention. Please reach out with your specific needs and details for your pet so I can be aware!
“Michelle took great care of my two pups over a long, holiday weekend. She was very communicative from the very beginning of the process, and sent many updates with photos during the actual stay. I would definitely book with her again!”

“Swanson has been staying with Darin for about 2 years now. We can tell by how tired and calm Swanson is when he comes home that he's well loved with Darin. Darin is a great communicator, and really a great dog person. He really meets the needs of each dog individually and it really shows.”

Many sitters in WA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
