“Shizuko was wonderful with our senior yorkie-poodle, Titan! He has to take a lot of medication, and Shizuko was able to administer the medicine and follow his schedule. She was also able to watch him for an extra day when my flight got cancelled. Very consistent communication and we appreciated getting all of the photos and updates of Titan’s time there. Titan enjoyed being with her and was sad to leave when I picked him up.
