“This was my first time using a boarding service, and I’m happy that I found Ralph to take care of Maggie while I was out of town for a month. He was very responsive, and his quick replies helped me check in on her. I was informed that there were a couple of diarrheal episodes. It would have been more helpful for me to relay these episodes to the vet if they had been described in more detail with text and photos. I also came home early and greatly appreciated his flexibility in allowing me to pick Maggie up a day early. Lastly, I wish Rover supported video so that I could see Maggie during her stay. Her house was perfect for dogs with a very nice fenced in back yard. She had lots of toys and treats available, and she even had a crate to use since my dog usually sleeps in a crate at night. She asked all about allergies and how she handled being around other dogs. This was my first time ever using Rover and so I was nervous at first but I felt very comfortable leaving my puppy with her before I left. And the entire experience ended up being just perfect.
